Excellent menu and friendly service.

The hotel is fine, the food not ok. We took a snitzel — was not well done, also a black angus steak but the onion on the top was not well done, the price was quite big but the food quality was not ok.

All the best, staff, room, breakfast all tipi topi.

As always, everything is top in the Mercure hotels… All super nice here in Hamm… Great breakfast buffet, … the restaurant also offers delicious dishes… Very satisfied… Gladly again…

Very safe handling of the current regulations. Delicious food and always friendly staff. Hope that all hotels will soon be on the up. There are certainly no drivers of the pandemic here.

Beautiful room, clean and spacious. The hotel building very dark and unsightly. The neighborhood. Hmmm… I do not recommend people who travel their dogs. The evening walk was not very pleasant, unsecure.

Staff and service was very nice and friendly. We celebrated our wedding there. The planning went smoothly. Even after the celebration, there were no surprises. 4 out of 5 stars as I personally would have hoped for the "certain extra". But well, yes.

Great location, clean rooms, nice breakfast and friendly staffs and speaks English too. I have been a returned guests here often in the summer, especially this one since they have Aircon. They even gave me a 3 person room although I booked for a 2.

A bit dated and very boring. Room booked for 2 had only 1 set of towels and the trash can wasn't emptied upon check-in. But the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Fair performance: Standard DZ bigger than expected, very clean, coffee station included, big TV. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Underground car park with €7/day appropriate.

Very nice barber Eichsfeld. Breakfast also with decent selection. Room nice with tea and coffee cooking facility. Also the sauna area is very clean and cozy.

A nice well run hotel with friendly staff. I have not stayed here for a couple of years. I was impressed back then and my recent visit has not changed my opinion. Room was clean and tidy and beds comfortable. Fruhstuck excellent. Hopefully will be returning in September.

Friendly staff, large room with kettle/Sep. Desk/TV sufficient sockets and bathroom with bathtub. Good but everything has come in the years (tile defect, carpet with small holes/curtain slightly dirty… in the bathroom everything is somehow outdated — rust/cracks at the drain and pipes without casing and started/Spritzflecke — rust etc. Breakfast is good. Rooms are modern in the 3 floor but not newly refurbished.

Room well furnished, friendly staff, good food, good service, good housekeeping. Two minor minuses: 1) Lift has antiquated programming, stops mercilessly at every floor called, no matter if people called it after you. Okay if you have time to waste, but not when you have cases and can't use the stairs and have an appointment to keep. 2) Unable to get a cappuccino after dinner because both machines out of order at the same time. However, room has kettle and — vast plus as most hotels of this class in Germany don't.

Service-oriented and great fitness — and wellness area. Food is delicious. Especially good, I liked the massage for only €29 the hour. That was definitely worth your money!

Friendly staff, rooms are well appointed and clean. Small fitness area and sauna. Great breakfast, excellent value for money.

Rooms were quite movement, had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Good service and good food.

I've not yet stayed here, and will update after, but I feel they deserve 5 stars for the excellent customer service. The staff were quick helpful and went far beyond what I've experienced at other hotels when I had an issue.

Centrally located hotel with good parking facilities. The staff is friendly and accommodating. If staying for a long time you should book very early as the hotel is booked again and again. Short stays are generally possible. Who wants to be close to the centre and stay well is right here. The rooms are pleasantly furnished and clean. You only notice that the hotel has come a little over the years. The bottom line is recommended.

I was there for a seminar without overnight stay. So I can only say something about meeting rooms and restaurant. The meeting rooms are well furnished according to your needs. Nothing special, but expedient. The restaurant offers a good and rich cuisine. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Spacious rooms and good service.

Unfortunately the rooms and the breakfast room were not sufficiently heated; Although the heating was higher, it was not warm in the room (31.12, 01.01. ). Breakfast buffet was ok but the quality and selection of bread and buns was really bad! I haven't experienced that yet… Value for money, however, is really good…

Spacious rooms and good service.

My girlfriend and I, had booked a wellness weekend included 2 x breakfast buffet, 2 treatments in the beauty salon and a Kendelight dinner.
The Bergüßung was short and concise, then it was easy to make appointments in the beauty salon without any arrangement, without asking us if it fits in time. In the wellness area we did not find anyone who could explain the equipment to us. The dinner on Friday was very good, we paid for it ourselves, and we were the only two guests. The restaurant was not really cozy, it was cold and very brightly lit. The applications on Saturday in the beauty salon was very, very good and the lady was friendly and competent.
Then the Kendelight dinner was a disaster, we were transported to the lobby bar because a company was planned in the restaurant. The food which was included in our booking was 3 courses menu, mocks every description, we have complained every gear, the reaction "I give this to the kitchen" that's it.
Back home, I immediately wrote an email to the hotel management.
Man apologized for the inconvenience and offered us 36, 50 and on several emails of the travel agent would not respond.
We will not forget this wellness weekend.

Unplesent fact when I forgot my charger… was not declare missing from hotel stuff and of couse… I have not recover it. As a 4 star hotel and such a price/night the service was disapointing. The room card wasn't functional, for 3 days guest there, each day a new card was given.

Great hotel. Through my work I came to this hotel. My room was very well cleaned and clean. Even when I accidentally tipped off a tea in bed, the bed was again 1a clean the next day. And also bathing for big people is good. Unfortunately I could not visit the sauna, but I was told that it would be great too.
A huge choice at breakfast, so the day can begin.

Great hotel. Clean comfortable. Great value for the king size bed. Relaxing bath. If you want you can also order a massage or make a sauna. The restaurant is very good.

The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The bathroom was no longer the best and was quite unaccustomed.
Generally, this hotel is very comfortable, also because the service staff are very helpful and friendly.

Very Nice, clean place with great service and helpfull staff.

Located near the city centre of Hamm the Mercure Hotel offers quality rooms and service for a fair price. Rooms are light and well equipped. Restaurant is decent. The Brötchen at the breakfast could be better but they are still better than 90% of what you find outside of Germany. Wifi is decently fast and stable. Parking garage is available.

Clean room. Bathroom filled with toiletries and other essentials. Great on-site restaurant.
A/C barely working, no USB ports anywhere, 1.5 towels for 2 people to share and the receptionist wasn't very impressive either. I don't think we will consider this place again in the future.

We booked a family suit with 2 rooms and we're given a single room for 4 people as our room was booked by someone else. Very disorganised air-condition wasn't working in room 208. No play area for kids. Good breakfast.

Great hotel with good facilites and a wonderful restaurant. The staff are always very helpful and make every effort to ensure you're comfortable. I'm a regular visitor and I've never been disappointed.

The location is great, but you need to search the entrance. The rooms are okay, and the service is great.

Really not a great experience. The man at reception doesn't have a great attitude, and the room itself isn't as good as a Premier Inn. See if you can book elsewhere.

Very pleasant in the top floor pool and sauna top restaurant is good but the desire for well done was probably ignored.

Staff is friendly, the cleaning could be better (hair in the bathroom which is not to be overlooked).
