Clean but the shower door was broken/gone and the rooms can her really hot in summer. After you open de window it cools down in a few minutes.

It's very good place to stay, u have a lot in near (like: Supermarkt, Restaurant, ATM,. Even a comic shop :D). The rooms are clean, samal, they have Old furniture but that's fine, good morning cleaning and great hotel worker. They can speak in English, if u can't speak German :)

It would be quite okay if the Noise of the High Street wasn't.
Breakfast isn't a Hit, either.
But for the Price, I can't expect any more either.

Price Performance perfect. Room was clean the Breakfast very good. If you want Peace and quiet, you should avoid Rooms to the Street. The Staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

Very poor customer service! I had written an email to the hotel that we will only arrive after 6pm and you will get our booked (! ) Please keep the room free. When we arrived, the reception said that our rooms were already allocated to other guests. The email was read though but telephone room inquiries would proceed. We were now in Dortmund. Within 50km there was no room to get more than 200 EUR. So inevitably we had to drive 50km further. I haven't done this in 4 years with daily business trips and hotel accommodation.

The rooms are quite small. The TV occupies so much space on the desk that it is no longer possible to work on it. The cleanliness in general could be better, but for me personally this was still acceptable. I liked the good mattress and the quiet environment (the room was on the street side facing away)

Unfortunately I have to forgive a star otherwise I can not write, deserved the hotel would not have a single!
This hotel I would recommend only fitters. Very much in need of renovation, furniture partly musty, in the bathroom is mold at the corners. Walls in the room are dirty, wall corners are provisionally patched with Scotch tape and plastic angles. According to advertising, WLAN would be available but this does not work at all even on request of me it was said that the amplifier was not delivered yet, only a pity that this problem already exist for more than 6 months (excuse).
Door frame to the rooms the varnish is partially off and the doors have extreme air where it also pulls into the room.
Heating also does not work 100% in the room it was never warm despite being put on 5.
At the reception desk we were approached foolishly when we wanted to pay cash.
Breakfast was extremely poor, the breakfast eggs were almost purple and stank as lazy. For 7.50€ far too expensive then prefer to go to the nearby bakery.
Toilet in the reception area under all Sow, Pippi on the floor and noisy cleaning was cleaned 7 days ago.
The overall impression is not even a star.
I travel a lot and have not experienced such a hotel for a long time.

I stayed for 4 nights alone in the hotel and am very happy. My room was a bit older and small but perfectly adequate. A really super friendly staff, which also helped me with my misery with my weekly ticket, which one can only book online and print. Rooms were tidy and clean and there was a small bottle of water, this I also found very pleasant! In the bathroom there was a plastic mug to brush your teeth and a hairdryer. An absolute plus point for me are the soaps — and Duschgelspender. No annoying little samples from which you have to squeeze out, but almost installed dispensers.
Unfortunately the hotel is not so central (only 4 stars), but the public transport is almost on the doorstep (by car you are probably going to go somewhere faster – there is a parking space and garage spaces for a surcharge (P €3, G €5).
All in all, very satisfactory!

Room was clean and warm. Lady at the front desk was a bit rude, but maybe it was also stressful by the whole fair visitors. Free Wi-Fi is available with your own login. Parking costs €3 per night. There is a kicker on the first floor — very cool pastime!

Rooms do not look as beautiful as can be seen in the pictures. They are small rooms. The curtains didn't cover all the windows. The lamp on the headboard exactly between the heads was also not advantageous, as one could easily bump into it. Light switch of the lamp so at the head end that it could be turned on overnight also with the head, if the switch also works. So you had "luck". Otherwise the beds were OK and the room was clean. Unfortunately it is very noisy, which makes it difficult to sleep. The staff at the reception was friendly. The breakfast was reasonably ok but not a 7, €95 worth. Overall, the value for money does not match. Even if the accommodation was reasonably priced, the quality is not correct. For one night it is OK if you have no great demands. Parking was available for a small fee.

Very good value for money. Friendly staff at the reception. Checked in extremely early with no problems or surcharge. Modern and functional equipment. Rooms are clean and tidy. For a small taler there is a very varied breakfast buffet. Highly recommended, grade for business traveller.

Price — performance is OK. Rooms are simple and a bit older. Was several weeks in different rooms and so far all are quite good clean. WLAN is free but limited to 1GB per session. Unfortunately there are too few TV programmes. I didn't use breakfast, so I can't say anything about it.

The advertising and images on the website promise more than it actually is. The rooms are small and not really cosy furnished. For one night the price is still fine.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I disabled WLAN in favor of my faster mobile data again. TV reception is similarly difficult, so I have also looked here over my mobile data. Overall impression rather something musty and come in years. Staff mostly nice.
If you are looking for a low budget accommodation and no claims, this is the right place.

Room was outdated but clean, staff was friendly, location not optimal.

Outdated hotel with old rooms, there is a television in the room with a bed and a bathroom. The room was clean but outdated. It's a good place to stay if you only want the sleep after a day exploring the city. It has free parking, remember your licence plate number because you will need to write it down at the front desk. Check-in from 16:00, Check-out at 12:00

Simple but clean hotel with small rooms. Just right for Wochenendgaeste and business people. Nice friendly staff. Simple breakfast. Shop, a good Greek snack and a restaurant in the immediate vicinity.

Worst hotel ever standards very bad. First checked in a very dirty room luckily the young man on reception was moved me to a different room. Room was very cold at nite and around 01 :00 while sleeping someone opened by room never been so scared in my life. I had to wake up and call 3 of my friends just to let them where I was and what had just happened after could not sleep. When I called the reception I was given a stupid excuse about my signature and checking fire which they only apologised by saying go back to sleep sorry for that. In the morning on check out I thought let me find out what really happened and the lady at the reception was very rude and said I don't know anything. If you want a place to sleep don't bother with the hotel, I am tired because I could not sleep. Sleeping in my car would have even be better. Does not even deserve the 3 star and not even a star.

Everything is perfect, I recommend this hotel, and restaurant opposite.

Rooms are smaller than we tought, but clean. Breakfast is good. Okay Quality for the price.

Located at a busy road, the rooms are good especially compared to the rest of the hotel. Bathroom is old but functional. The rest of the hotel pretty old, but the breakfast area is a bit more modern. The breakfast itself is good.

A very decent hotel for the price, friendly staff.

We booked 2 double bed rooms more than 3 weeks in advance but when we arrived at the hotel we were given one double and a single room. When we brought this up we were told that this was all that they could offer and refused to offer any refund. Both rooms also only had just one towel even though they were double rooms.

Simple and simply held, we were there just because of football, breakfast was quite good choice, helpful staff. Unfortunately, the window in the room was leaking and moved at night, milk at breakfast was angry, otherwise I would say it is oki, like when you have no great claims.

NEVER again I will book this hotel! Is built around 1970 and you look at the years very clearly, because the money which would have to flow into renovation and Instandaltung is in other places "wasted" (entirely in this building). Moldy grout in the shower, stale air on the floor, off the beaten carpet, a wardrobe which can be not opened because the ground was smoked and was simply removed and the dining room of which in "beautiful" dark brown was held as usual in the 70s. The breakfast is the real joke, buns there is none just mini-baguettes of which you loose 6-7 "can eat piece as an adult". Cold cuts are there any, only cheese and that even just a sort. Coffee and hot water is available, milk, there is also no, supposedly this is dictated from Berlin. A cleaning of the room not even takes place on Sunday, there you will probably save money. I really resent that I have paid the whole travel price advance. Mrs Bendic I "look forward" to the default comment of which of the "hotel" step will come on this assessment: "we're sorry, this is not our standard…, I have this discussed… with my team, would be nice if you again… — not visit us a very determined.

I spend over a hundred nights a year in hotels and Days Inn Dortmund is one of my favourites. It has excellent car parking, undercover and easy access to hotel. The staff on the reception are helpful, friendly and efficient. The room is a good size, well lit, adequate power points for my many electronic devices and charging. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. The room is simply furnished and there is not a pile of goodies in the bathroom. Breakfast is good. But most of all it is very affordable.

Very clean but simple hotel. Comfortable beds and breakfast was good. However we arrived in the evening and had to eat at the restaurant across the street (very good restaurant). Moreover it was not possible to order any drinks so bring food and beverages yourself if you want to eat something while staying in the hotel. Don't expect too much but if you only need a place to sleep while visiting Dortmund this hotel is the right place to stay. Tip don't look at the photos our room looked completely different, not like the photos at all.
