➜ Actually no star owe to the kindness of a lady at the reception and that of the interest of the management.
We had booked here, Since a mistake happened to us with the date we immediately called there and a nice gentleman on the phone who promised us that it is no problem he books that and has also explained to us very friendly some things.

unfortunately the date was not changed we got the email we have to pay.
During the phone call, in my eyes, a lady who has the wrong job on the phone was more than unkind and offensive.
Immediately she claimed that we were lying so much in a tone that she knew it wasn't right and was so nice to tell me that I should learn to read first. Thank you for that, that was not the only insult.
she did not try for a second to discuss the problem or find a solution.
