Good great hotel, clean, big parking and very friendly and nice staff!

3 months I have been in this hotel and I could not say negative.

From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. A great breakfast, a great and warm team. All wishes were fulfilled and the coffee was always super delicious. I would keep coming back. Thank you for everything!

Always well looked after at the ACHAT Comfort in Monheim. Great breakfast. Just right to start the working day.

Had a strange smell, and not that great.

The entrance area is beautiful. The rooms are a bit older, I personally just don't like carpeting as I find it extremely unhygienic. The rooms have no climate, even if this is not advertised, it would make sense in my eyes to leave a fan in the cupboard. On television, everyone can form their own opinion.

Breakfast is TOP. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

We (2 adults and one toddler of 21 months) were there for some time and we were more than satisfied.
The breakfast has a wide selection to get all satisfied, the rooms always clean and the staff very friendly and interested in the guest!

Super breakfast, totally nice staff, rooms are O. K. But staff and breakfast more than pull it out.
Have I already mentioned the fantastic breakfast.

Good value for money. Its location between Cologne and Duesseldorf makes it a great hotel if you want to visit these two cities on a city trip. The hotel is clean, the staff pleasant and attentive to the guest. Breakfast is of good quality.

We were not here for the first time and will always like to go to the ACHAT Hotel in Monheim. I commend the friendly and helpful staff — and the delicious breakfast. Keep it up!

For the price perfectly fine. Breakfast for €142 might be a bit unimaginative, but you don't have to book breakfast.

If you are looking at the not so ideal location a very nice hotel. Very clean and good value for money.

Very comfortable and functional hotel with fine quality breakfast. There is a free Wi-Fi but the signal can be considerably weak and the connection speed is too slow.

The rooms are very simple but clean. Décor corresponds to the style of the mid-nineties.
Breakfast is very good with great selection.
Overall the price accordingly.

Rooms are ok, only in the description of the hotel is GREAT TV, which is probably a joke. The breakfast is the same. Are at 10 o'clock breakfast cheese well, sausage ham divided into 4 parts ridiculous. Staff reception friendly, I find for a night 100 € for what you get offered gets fierce. Once and never again.

Nice rooms, extra comfy cushion in cupboard. Didn't get breakfast as was a bit pricey. Room had a TV with lots of German channels but also BBC and CNN. There's a supermarket across the street. Only negative bits were that the water in the shower didn't drain so it was impossible to shower for more than 5 minutes, having to wait over an hour until water was gone again. And the second thing: someone tried to get in our room in the morning while we were asleep, probably cleaning staff? Checkin is from 14:00, checkout till 11:00

Good hotel for the price. I stayed here a week and had absolutely no issues. Unfamiliar with the area, but would not recommend visiting the shops / restaurants directly across the street. There are some very nice restaurants several blocks away.

Ok rooms, fair Pricing, internet avaiable.

We were with a tour group and had only 2Bed with extra bed instead of 3 ordinary 3Bettzimmer. This travel cot with terrible mattresses were even for 12 years an imposition. But had to sleep also 2 men. Furthermore, I can not recommend the corresponding Pizzaria. Even if we registered a larger group of 28 persons and not were it is unacceptable that the last 1.5 hours waiting for his Pizta. Also, the portions was too small and too expensive for that. Tasted it has us unfortunately also. You could search the noodle still much too tight and the salmon.
The hotel staff which was very net.

Service is friendly.
In-room equipment is really STANDARD, but so far clean.
Breakfast buffet is rich and the service is also courteous.
It was bad that in the shower the water runs slowly to barely. At some point, you stand in the water.
There was also a silverfish on display.
For one or two nights it is ok.

Completely failed in the most important point. At night late still rebuild so that guests due to the noise can not sleep is simply unacceptable.

Clean, comfortable, breakfast ok, service ok. If you want to break an autobahn journey, or a one night stopover in the area, this hotel does the job and is easy to find.
