Very friendly service… totally delicious food and drinks.
Good ambience… strong rooms in an exceptional atmosphere…

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, were warmly welcomed and very well catered for breakfast.
We slept very well in the large, modern room with a comfortable bed. The hotel is perfectly located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Aasee.

Good location, greenery and ideal for guests with dog, friendly staff, two restaurants, nice bar.

It wasn't as great as it was touted! You can't make a recommendation, it wasn't clean, the bathroom is small and not according to the times. It is not worth the price that is demanded.

Very friendly and attentive service, great breakfast, rental bikes, comfortable beds and underground parking.

We tip very well, service is very Friendly and Helpful New facilities in the room… the New model Box Spring bed for self-adjustment of the body just… you have to experience yourself to only Recommend… a praise to the kitchen and Service staff in the dining room. The Breakfast Buffet was great, something for everyone … please add more.

I stayed for almost 2 weeks at this hotel. All staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean, and they are pet friendly. Almost every day the cleaning staff will leave a treat for our dog and a chocolate for us. They always have fresh fruits and coffee in the lobby. The only part that I was disappointed was with the restaurant. Some of the staff apparently don't like Americans, and the few times we ate there, staff were very rude. For instance, one time we were eating and they came to our table and picked up our plates and put a sign of reserved. She spoke in German, we didn't understand and she left. On another occasion we ordered food, and they never came back with the food. I recommend the hotel, but based on my experience, I don't recommend the restaurant.

The service from the entire staff was topnotch! Management and staff were friendly, efficient, professional… people who genuinely felt happy to be working at this hotel. Being able to rent bicycles from the hotel is an added bonus as we were able to explore and experience the city via its vast cycling network. The quality of the food is superb, the spa facilities great and Chocolate Hour was a treat the kids enjoyed. The location of the hotel is ideal for those wanting a blend of nature's calm with urban activity.

Nice hotel **** with nice rooms with air conditioning, very friendly staff, there is a sauna and fitness area.
The restaurant is not quite as cheap but for the services of the service and the kitchen (good cuisine) do not exaggerate.
If you need a bike, you can also get it in the hotel, but it is worth renting in Münster, because in my opinion the price performance ratio fits better there. On the whole, however, I can say the hotel with very much liked. I'll be back!

I had a chance to stay at this hotel as part of a business trip and I am perfectly satisfied: the hotel is very nice, the food was absolutely great (the steak tartare is something to die for), the people were warm yet professional. There are a spa and a fitness area as well, which unfortunately I couldn't try, and a nice parking area. My room was great, the minibar was in great shape and the distance to both the airport and the city centre was perfect for my needs. A great experience, I would recommend.

The staff is extremely friendly. The restaurant is quite good. The access to the lake is excellent. The room is comfortable. I will gladly recommend this hotel.

The personnal is quite helpfull and pleasant, this is the best point for this hotel. Dinner and breakfast were also quite good, again served by nice people. The main problem is, I would say the room. I got a small room, with a small window and a sight was not so pleasant. In the room no no slippers, no free bottle of water, etc … and no nice products in the bathroom. Insufficient for a real 4 stars hotel.

Very good hotel in a beautiful lakeside location. Very comfortable rooms with good facilities. As always, performance comes at a price and so the hotel is also slightly more expensive but appropriate.

We felt the welcome cool rather than friendly.
In the evening we got the TV off very badly via the remote control. Obviously, the batteries were empty. There was no "off" button on the TV at all. The next morning, it was reported to the front desk that the batteries should be replaced. Unfortunately, nothing happened, so late in the evening, already in nightwear, we had to call the front desk to help us. The friendly gentleman also knew no advice other than to separate the antenna connector. For us to sleep, we had to hang a blanket over the TV.
Apparently the batteries had recovered after a few hours, so that we could turn off the TV. This action has upset me a lot and is not going to do my very much!
A dirty strip on the wall still bothered me quite a bit. Should not be found in a 4-star hotel.
Otherwise, everything was great — the info about a tour of the Munster from the reception, thank you very much for that. The breakfast was great. The room itself very tastefully decorated and clean.

Very poor service. Could not start my trip and I was not accommodated at the Stornop Prize or given the opportunity to postpone the overnight stay! Quite mies.

Nice Hotel, nice Reception. Unfortunately, our View was terrible, straight onto a Container wall. But we hardly stayed in the Room: Showers and sleep. That's why ok.

I visit this hotel regularly. In itself, I am quite satisfied. The restaurant is really nice and has an eclectic breakfast buffet. The staff have always been friendly.
+ The beautiful coffee machine in the room (not available in every room) — You should pay a little more attention to the expiry date as far as the products in the minibar are concerned.

Very good restaurant. They fried me a steak late at night without shrugging the batting. Presumably that's standard, but I can get excited about something like that.

We really liked it. We met with friends with you. The spa is very nice, on request it was also opened to us earlier.
Unfortunately, there are too few parking spaces at the house for this large hotel, so you have to rely on the expensive underground car park.

Great hotel in a super location — Lake Aasee — within pleasant walking distance of Monänster town cent and excellent shopping and bistros. Hotel personal very courteous, friendly and helpful. Highly recommendrd is amongst others Herr Krabbe — Oberkellner in Restaurant, Herr Mohamed — Waiter in Restaurant and Herr Jakob in the Reception who all made our stay even more enjoyable! ***** Well done — please pass on! Thank you Mövenpick — you are doing it right just like your founder Ueli Prager in Switzerland intended! We were regualrs then at the Black Bull restaurants in Zürich and Geneva and in the normal Mövenpicks in Paradeplatz etc way back in 1969!

Great staff at the reception desk and especially in the bar on Friday evening April 06. I felt extremely welcomed and relaxed.

Great hotel. Good bar though at very high prices. Restaurant is great and the rooms worth their money. Can be recommended to a good conscience.

The coffee powder in the room was not replenished.
In the sauna, the clock was set to winter time despite the message at the reception. The water machine in the sauna area was defective. A treadmill in the fitness area was also defective.
We wanted a quiet room — that was not possible. Although we booked very early, the room was not as requested.

Excellent choice and quality at breakfast. Dinner in both restaurants highly recommended. Friendly and well-qualified staff.
We slept very well … the bed quality is excellent.
My next business trip to Münster will take me exclusively back to this hotel.

Good rooms, but pricy, excellent food, Helpful desk.

Spacious twin room with a queen size bed. The lack of doors to the toilet was a little uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was great with several options on hot and cold dishes. Nice hotel, very clean and friendly staff at a reasonable price. Very close to the city centre. Very nice hotel with an excellent restaurant. I recommend to spend a bike and go to the old town.

Every stay here is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the hotel in its central location is very nice. The food — especially the breakfast is very tasty!

Comfortable rooms and excellent staff The hotel is located near a nice small lake and it takes just 15-20 minutes to walk downtown. I had been a guest some months ago and had no doubts in booking it again Possibly I will return in the near future.

Very decent hotel, no longer the latest but really neatly maintained. Impeccable performance, friendly staff. The room was not ready in the morning, there was a free upgrade. Do you want chocolate? Only the reception and the service there is an experience in itself? The underground parking is not cheap but good. The breakfast was OK, there was quite a lot going on. All in all: You can go on a business trip.

The service and ambiance were very good. It was particularly gratifying that we were allowed to take our dog to the restaurant and responded sympathetically to him. The food, especially the ice cream, were also delicious.

Super nice room, good price, good restaurant.

Very nice, clean, comfortable room with a wonderful quietness. The breakfast was very good and the room was very comfortable. In the hotel there are always small attentions and events.

Very comfortable stay and it's location is well surrounded by nature. Breakfast menu had plenty of options and it has paid parking within the hotel.

I couldn't connect to the Internet from my Apple appliances, keyboard would go down and disappeared every time I tried to enter my name. This is unacceptable in such a hotel but given the rest of the services, I can't give a lower rating.

The worst hotel I know. The bathroom in the suite has no heating &. Is cold.
The chambermaid has 4 windows open at 3 degrees outside temperature with fully upgraded heating. When we came back after 5 hours, the room was correspondingly cold.
She removed the bathroom preoffshoot, but didn't lay a new one.
The service in the restaurant, however, was very nice, the quality price dish. Nevertheless:

This hotel definitely keeps up the Movenpick standard! Like in all other Movenpick hotels I´ve stayed at, the service, the location and the rooms are great. Smooth check-in and check-out process and excellent breakfast!

Great hotel within walking distance of downtown.

Went there for Christmas dinner from work. The buffet was great with a lot of variety and the meat was on point. The service was very attentive, too.

The location is super accessible by public transport, since I was only here for professional reasons can not say much to the service. The room was tidy and well furnished.

What a wonderful hotel! Not only the ambience is right, but also the staff are extremely friendly, helpful, service-oriented and spread a positive mood. I left the hotel with a smile and let myself be infected by this mood. Thank you.

Top-class Hotel! Huge breakfast buffet. Clean rooms with high quality equipment, large underground parking (which costs 15 euros per day) and friendly, competent staff. Definitely one of the best addresses in Münster.

The location was very nice. Eating outside at the lake in this beautiful weather and environment went by great with my purpose of visit. The personel was great, too, as was the food.

Very clumsy administration. Staffs here don't seem to communicate w. One another at all.

Reception is friendly and explained to how to get the bus in the city, but what a ticket costs, she unfortunately don't know.
Restaurant has a very good kitchen, just like the breakfast TOP! My room (259) had the world's best air conditioning, you never heard it, were always TOP temperature and humidity. Was negative, the Hung air conditioning and who has deleted whatever the ceiling near the cobwebs, he forgot all around again to put the brush in the paint bucket. Have never painted a ceiling, but even I would have made it better. That's why only 2 stars not goes so cobwebs and the huddelige ceiling. Wi-Fi is free, but also not to use, who would like to have more steam must pay to do so.
Sauna is open from 17: 00 until much too late for me.
Nice, I got this hotel but not again.

The Europasaal Was nice and big with a wide dance floor since food is also great And a great choice. The waiters and bartenders are really slow / forgetful. And the General toilet in the vicinity of the Restaurants are dirty. So as a 4 star Restaurant, I see the not. Backyard sight it was actually a Smoking room have been ordered and have not Smoking. Rezeptiondamen very nice.

The hotel is very nice and quiet outside in Münster, yet it is reception achieving dei City (car, taxi, bus or on foot).
I felt very comfortable, spacious room, excellent bathroom, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The breakfast is highly recommended, great!
The sauna and the fitness area leave nothing to be desired. It is clean and everything is provided.
The only thing that does not fit the overall impression is the Verhältnissmäßig expensive Wi-Fi.

The hotel is located somewhat in Münster. The rooms are relatively large but inexpensive (MDF plate on the table). In my room were clearly visible spots next to the toilet and was missing the remote control for the TV.
Prices for Internet and telephony are not. €12 for 24h Internet that is reduced to the on 65kbit/s is almost outrageous for me.
A 0800 number call fails with 2, 00€ one option fee to beech.
This is last millennium and not contemporary.
In Münster there are cheaper alternatives that have said more to me.

Very friendly and obliging.

For dinner, as well as just for coffee drinking, the Mövenpick restaurant leaves nothing left. Above all the wide range of cake inspires me every afternoon on the new. Highly recommended the fruit cake with him — and blackberries. That the service was friendly demeanor stands out appears here of course and therefore no further noteworthy. A super goal to dine comfortably.

Upon arrival we were given a wheelchair accessible single room (gallows bed and toilet/shower area) with passage door. Not necessary, because we both enjoy good health: — (! )
Booked was a double room/smoking / with beautiful views. At the second attempt, a double room with courtyard view was offered us. Hallway with questionable carpeting, walls as in the youth hostel designed — just practical. The facility was more than appropriate, surfaces of furniture painted MDF slabs — because even 3Sternehäuser are better equipped. Window was stuck, for the air conditioning didn't work well.
At breakfast, the pronounced failure planning at the end of the buffet made noticeable. Arrangement of the buffet areas not to "Bi-directional" suitable for full restaurant traffic jams and inevitable scramble. Breakfast good, but the cost isn't worth!
A total shame — what bring back an opportunity lost to offer a feel good hotel — 4 star if fundamental factors do not agree.

Movenpick is an excellent choice for business travelers. The new modern rooms are one of the only places air conditioned in all of Muenster. The breakfast buffet is great and the staff very friendly and helpful — good swiss hospitality. The only downside is the extras you have to pay for everything. The parking, breakfast, and internet are not included making this a very pricey option. The location is quiet and next to lake Aa which made for a wonderful evening walk around the lake followed by a restful undisturbed night of sleep.
