Great hotel, in the middle of the city, easy to reach. A car park is nearby and you can stop right in front of the hotel to check in. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. For me definitely the first address if I drive over two days to Münster.

Very nice hotel in a good location. You are walking quickly in the city center, a public parking garage is nearby (15 € per day). Staff are very friendly and the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. We're happy to come back.

Very noisy street on the main entrance. You will need to pay 40€ surcharge to be on opposite side overlooking to a little park and bicycle roads. There are 3 steps from reception to elevator which is annoying for disabled people. Breakfast was OK but not great. Always the cheap orange juice instead of a simple machine to squeeze it yourself. Approximately 10-15' walk away from major points of interest. Public parking outside (not free. Clock starts at 8am) Staff at reception not very welcoming. Overall rather expensive for what you get (over 210€ breakfast included)

The hotel has readily accepted our cancellation,
which we had to pass spontaneously without observance of the 24-hour cancellation deadline due to the cancellation of our flight, in the course of the airport Chaos at Terminal 2 in Munich on 28.07.18.

This also speaks for us for the high level of the house.

Extremely friendly and courteous service, pleasant ambience, everything very well maintained, comfortable & quietrooms, very tasty and varied breakfast buffet, great rental bicycles, central location — what more could you want.?! Highly recommended!

A very nice modern hotel, well located …
The rooms are of the size ok & in the cleanliness we had nothing wrong … Staff at the reception are authentically friendly and very helpful (we were travelling with a pram and were always offered to help at a small staircase to the elevator or with the luggage) … We felt very comfortable!

Well designed hotel close to city centre. Best solution in town for business travellers, rooms are big enough with modern styling. Breakfast is good.

Beautiful design hotel in the middle of Münster. Very nice helpful staff. You can easily explore the city centre on foot. The rooms were well equipped and really pretty. Unfortunately, it was a bit too warm for me and a little too loud with the window open. The air conditioner has shown 19 degrees, but it seemed warmer to me. Good breakfasts and as a tea drinker you have also got your money's worth. That's not always the case.

The rooms are newly decorated and beautifully furnished. However, really very small and constricted. For a hotel in Münster, the Mauritzhof is overpriced. Other hotels offer larger rooms and more additional services (sauna, fitness area, etc. ) for cheaper prices per night. Cancellation times are also worse than for surrounding hotels.

My absolute favorite hotel in Münster.
Extremely friendly team that has internalized the service thought, very nicely decorated and good grace clean rooms and a fantastic breakfast buffet that leaves no wish open.
The location is perfect. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the train station; At the same time it is located directly on the promenade and you can reach the old town in 5 minutes by foot without having to cross a road that is driven by cars.

Nice, but way too expensive! €8, 70 for a Gr. Bottle of water! Very sporty!

Back here. The hotel is our cuddle hotel. We visited it before the renovation, the impression is the total renovation, which is a new house at the place. A good starting point for Münster city centre. The lounge with the Danish facilities is to our liking.
We will certainly come back more often.

Had a very relaxed weekend. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The offered driving service has also taken away the stress of the journey, because the traffic in Münster is very turbulent and the parking facilities are not exactly available in outmost.

Very expensive hotel. Very small room. Breakfast was not included. It would have cost about 25 euros per person. The room was very clean and comfortable.

A buisness stay which was great! The hotel is a boutique hotel, whic starts with the room key… has great rooms, spacious, Breakfast is fantastic, Location is super, Staff is attentive helpful and polite, Know what… I'm changing to a 5 star recommendation… Certainly well deserved!

Nice enough hotel, clean, good breakfast. Rooms next to the road can be very noisy.

The hotel was recently remodeled and clearly not complete. The staff tried so hard to make the experience great and they are the only reason for 3 stars. The AC didn't work and it was over 90 and humid. The windows didn't provide enough ventilation but we had to keep them closed because of the bus stop right below our window. And the bus ran all night. Our bathroom door wasn't hung and the floors were not mopped adequately after the construction. One of our group actually had a saw blade on the their desk. I thought a long time about this review and feel besides the awful street noise they needed another week before receiving guests. Definitely request a room in the backside of the hotel. It's really was hard to stay positive. But, breakfast and the service was really top notch. The staff was polite and tried to be helful. I would stay again, but never in a room facing the street.

Nice hotel and centrally located. I felt very good and I am also very kindly recorded. The rooms are simple and clean. Should it again beat me to Münster, I like to come back. I missed only a cosy restaurant for a nice dinner. Odds and ends in the bistro for the guests were served but.

This hotel has extremely comfortable beds. The wireless is also the fastest I have found in town. The flat screen tv's are great for watching the Olympics this week and you could not ask for a more convenient location to downtown. The staff comes across as inexperienced but are friendly. There is road noise, even on the prominade side from Einbahnstrasse. The breakfast is well done and there is even a library filled with books on art, travel, and hotels. The location alone makes it worth the higher price.
