Spar and sauna area is clean and tidy, staff is nice and helpful. Only the kitchen in the restaurant does not get along so quickly with the food when there are too many guests in the restaurant. Otherwise top.

So in the middle of the week, during the holidays very very pleasant and empty.

It was my first stay in the Tannenhäuschen but certainly not the last! Comfortable beds, delicious food and a breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired.

I would recommend it only to a limited extent. First of all the positive: the food was excellent, the service very friendly and accommodating. The Corona rules were super adhered to by all guests!
We were a little disappointed with the hotel, the room was clean, but the furniture was already very old. The windows were not particularly soundproof, otherwise the hotel was very bright. At the beginning we were told directly that because of the pandemic there is no room cleaning, which we also found very unusual!
Due to Corona, of course, you had to expect restrictions, but in the spa area it was already the case that you had to expect significant waiting times to start a sauna session. Not all the buns were open either, which of course also led to the above-profile waiting times.
However, we found the fact that a Corona surcharge of 5 Euros was applied to all applications. We had already booked our applications in advance, we were only informed about them on site.
In addition, it is particularly aggravating that we had a voucher for a weekend from Friday to Sunday, in which the services and the price were recorded in detail. Nevertheless, we had to pay 50 euros more in the end, for exactly the same services, because there would probably have been a general price increase.
Overall, it has to be said that Corona had less power, but for that you had to reach deeper into the pocket, which in our opinion does not fit.
What a pity!

The staff is worth gold! The charm of the 70s meets modernity… easy to feel good about. The spa area is cosy and everything is done to make sure you can relax completely. The kitchen knows how to pamper guests. We will definitely come back.

It was our 3rd "Wish-Wellness" weekend and we went home mega-relaxed again! It was totally worth it to drive from Sunday to Tuesday: it was totally quiet and we had soooo much space everywhere!
The spa area actually needs a "refreshment", which is also due as I have read!
The rooms were totally cozy (we tried the smallest ones — as single rooms) and the food like the last times a dream!
The treatments were also optimal and nicely distributed over the three days. We'll be back!

It was really all around a great package. We have felt ourselves very well. The staff were accommodating and have made this stay unforgettable. Cosmetics, massage, Service at the Bistro and also the service staff at Breakfast/dinner. So… we come back. Thanks for everything.

Wonderful, a nice well-run Wellness hotel for the third time here, and not for the last Mall.

I have been here now in the 5th year and after I noticed some points last year, (but were informed of the hotel) I was all the more enthusiastic this year that everything has been implemented so! It is a beautiful and great hotel. Rooms very nice and attractively designed. Service in the spa during the treatments. Sauna and swimming pool invite you to relax. It is all very cozy and outside in the sauna garden a dream. The service in the bistro compared to last year has blown me away. I have never been able to experience such a super good and friendly service as there! Personal, appealing and very friendly. We felt very comfortable! This year we also tested the sports courses and they were also great! We will definitely be back next year.

Friendly and courteous staff, very chic outdoor areas, but the cleanliness of the room (open windows = dirty window frame + torn rubber, hung in the room) and the buffet was unfortunately not always very warm (but also do not have the menu chosen, might have been different) otherwise really top!

As always, we felt very comfortable with you. What we still miss very much — especially this summer — is the opportunity to cool off in the outdoor textile area; be it through an outdoor pool or even an outdoor shower.
Apartment 6, which we also had this time, still does not have outdoor lighting on the balcony. Otherwise it is functionally furnished and above all very clean.

Just awesome. The staff always very friendly. Very clean. The food lace. And the applications a dream. All around a great weekend. Very recommended.

The situation is very good. Quiet near the hotel right on the edge of the forest and close to the Rhine. The hotel is very well run, extremely helpful staff. Evening buffet and breakfast very, very good. Class swimming pools in the house and super sauna facility. Here you don't need to reserve your couch with a towel, there are enough. A place to come back.

Super room. Very very tasty evening buffet. Breakfast also tastes very good there. A great way to relax. The wooden house with a fireplace room gives a special flair, especially in winter. Every application I have received there to this day, their money has been absolutely worth it. Clean rooms and a very nice staff complete the overall impression.

We were at the 4.3.2018 with a group of 6 ladies there and have booked the "always on Sundays" Arrangement. It was, in the meantime, I think the 5 or 6 times in about 12 years that were there. As we didn't like were the first Time many years ago, there us the room because they were out of date by the time total. The sauna area was very appealing with the new sauna house. Nowadays, it is the other way around. The rooms are Top and clean, but the room is disappointing. In the meantime, we have visited a number of sauna facilities and Spa hotels in the past few years, and I had to find the pine cottage with disappointment that the Spa more and more converts into the Negative. It offers there is no harmonious picture more, it was renovated a little, but it doesn't fit in the overall picture of Everything right. In the area of the steam bath it smelled, also, for a damp, musty, stale air (like a channel). The water dispenser no longer looked for a long time now so watch knowingly as some time ago. In the sauna with coloured light, the dust stuck in the crevices and under the sauna benches inches thick. The corners from the floor in the wet area were also not particularly clean. Also the saunas, you could take a look at your age, unfortunately. It all seems a bit neglected and the benches had nasty stains. There was no staff to see what times, what the guests are up to, or an infusion of power.

We were now in the beautiful Waldhotel Fir house again. Always happy to come, staff very accommodating, cleanliness there are no complaints, service also wonderful. There is definitely a goodbye and we are looking forward to it. Continue so.

Ich war dort mit meiner Familie (8 Erwachsene) zum Weihnachtsbuffet am ersten Weihnachtstag. Das Hotel an sich ist etwas abgelegen, aber sehr gut zu finden; Parkplätze sind sehr viele vorhanden. Das Hotel an sich war wundervoll weihnachtlich geschmückt und jeder der vielen Mitarbeiter war fein gekleidet. Im Inneren ist es etwas verwinkelt und ich hätte es alleine wahrscheinlich nicht spontan gefunden. Das Buffet an sich beinhaltete eine sehr reichhaltige Auswahl an typischen festlichen Speisen, z. B. Gans und Wild, Rotkohl, Schupfnudeln mit Mohn, Feldsalat mit Zimtcroutons, auf Wunsch zubereitetes Steak und Garnelen, usw. Es war natürlich alles sehr fleischlastig, aber unsere Vegetarierin wurde ebenfalls pappsatt :) Einzig die Desserts wirkten auf mich etwas einfallslos im Gegensatz zu dieser üppigen Auswahl an Vor — und Hauptspeisen. Es gab einen Schokoladenbrunnen mit Orangen — und Bananenstückchen, ein paar Cremes, Apfelstrudel mit Vanillesauce und Eiscreme zur Selbstbedienung. Die Bedienung war freundlich und nicht zu gestresst, und alles war sehr sauber und frisch, es wurde regelmäßig kontrolliert und nachgelegt. Und sehr lecker! Buffetessen an sich ist etwas lauter und rummeliger, das war aber alles im Rahmen und hat nicht gestört. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war völlig in Ordnung für das, was einem geboten wurde. Für Kinder wäre die Auswahl an Speisen wahrscheinlich nichts.

I've been going here for over ten years when I want to relax. The fir cottage gets better every year when I could never imagine with that, because I came back completely thrilled the first time. Everything is right here: Rooms, service, cosmetics, sauna, staff, food. Great!

We were in the FIR House for the second time NOW. The food and service are very good. The rooms are cozy and clean. The wellness and sauna area has a wide range. The only thing we have to complain about is that there are not enough rest places in the sauna Area. These are also blocked by people all day. That's a Pity.

The hotel is very nice, we enjoyed our time There. We loved the restaurant: this is very nicely decorated, friendly service team and excellent CUISINE. Just lace!
A note to the room: the beds should be attached to each other so that they do not slip apart at night. We would love to come back!

Last weekend from Thursday to Sunday we were in the fir house for the first time with 6 women. We are doing this kind of weekends for the fifth year, this time we decided on the fir house. Based on the experience in the other wellness hotels, I think we can distinguish well.
We were very enthusiastic about the rooms, the cleanliness was great and since our rooms were unfortunately not on one floor (as requested at the time of booking) so the problem was immediately taken care of.
The sauna — and also the swimming pool area were also clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we too have to criticise the fact that it was very crowded, especially at the weekend. It is also a pity that there are only two infusions in a sauna, which is only very small and you have to sit in this sauna very early in order to be able to participate in the infusion at all.
The treatments we booked were great throughout and let us really relax. Unfortunately, this relaxation lasted until dinner or in this case only after breakfast.
Unfortunately, we had to change the table for almost every meal because regular guests were scheduled at our table (I find the reasoning cheeky). So we sat for every meal between large groups (10 — 14 people) who could not allow a relaxed meal in a quiet atmosphere. It was very loud. Even we could not talk to each other because we did not understand each other.

I have been going to the FIR House for a number of years and I always enjoy the short time Out.
I always feel pampered all around.

Spacious rooms with nicely renovated bathrooms but unfortunately without air conditioning. Tiny TV. Breakfast buffet offers lots of variations. Best feature is the spa area with lots of saunas and indoor as well as outdoor pools. Friendly staff and free parking.

The room (CAT. 4) were very modern and new, also the sauna landscape.
Especially the hotel offers a romantic and familial atmosphere, and yet it was not tight in the saunas.
The staff was very friendly!
The only shortcoming: The food was mediocre.

We were disappointed by the crash of a Hochtzeitsfeier-03.00 morning lasted and therefore not possible making a sleep because our room was directly above the Ballroom. Should you ask at time of booking whether you can have a room to the other side and not about the Ballroom. Everything else was just beautiful. Food was prepared with much love and the room, sauna is just beautiful.

Was for the 2nd time to the wellness in the fir tree huts.
The room was somewhat old-fashioned, old carpeting, newly renovated bathroom. Unfortunately, the room was very overheated and stuffy when we arrived as it was under a Dormer — in air-conditioning would have been not bad for this room, otherwise pretty spacious. Would have expected but something better for 4 star, especially as the room was not just lowest category.
The staff in the restaurant and the wellness area was very friendly, I saw hardly any staff in the sauna area. The breakfast and the dinner are excellent with a very large selection.
The locker rooms in the sauna area are much too narrow, as in a swimming pool and that when so much people who are there on the weekend — that would have to be expanded urgently.
The sauna area inside is very dark and has very little space to the dropping of things aufzuppeppen not very inviting, though has been tried with some decoration. As well, the indoor pool — very dark and very stuffy air. Otherwise but clean. Good one at any time on one bar with gemstone water to the drink can operate.
The exterior is beautifully designed, with plenty of space, a new, great outdoor swimming pool with a large deck swing, which unfortunately was already broken on the 2nd day of our stay and could therefore no longer be used. It is still a very nice log cabin outdoors with among others a great rose sauna and 3 beautiful relaxation rooms.

The location of the hotel was only refreshing. The room was not the category 4 as described and busy. At the reception we were told each room was different. Overall, the room was very dark and old-fashioned, also cleanly.
The spa area was very cramped and absolutely not inviting. Relaxation didn't come on, we have felt unfortunately not well.
The bistro Service staff were overwhelmed by the number of guests and little friendly. Dinner at the buffet, the service was also very slow, but friendly and helpful. The food was ok.
We are left in the night and decided against an overnight stay.

Great value for money! Well equipped spa area with peels and free water. Breakfast very good selection and quality. Also the dinner buffet has to convince. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. At any time again!

"Getting back on Sunday" was a great package for me. Massage top, clean and very comfortable rooms, spa area leaves nothing to be open.

Hotel: clean, comfortable furnishings. Staff: very friendly, goes to customer wishes (for example vegetarian menu). Buffet breakfast: varied, all dishes were very tasty. Rooms: clean, generous, had beautiful views of the animal enclosures. The wellness — and Spa area is attractive and neat. I will like to recommend for a short break and star put it top of even a half!

very relaxing. The rooms are also very nice. The food was super delicious us and the buffet was filled. The staff was very nice. We were there for the first time, however, and would have liked a person, who explained everything to us and "tells us". At the reception, this is not happening and we felt somewhat overwhelmed. I would have liked more a few magazines in the relaxation rooms (more diversified). Otherwise everything was great.

We have here a few weeks ago a Wellness weekend enjoyed. Our rooms were very tastefully decorated. The sauna area was for "Hoteleigen" very generously proportioned. Here, too, as everywhere, we were with the cleanliness very satisfied. The Buffet has All the evening rounded off perfectly. This Wellness Hotel, we recommend you further! Price and performance are appropriate. PS: we felt neither by train nor by cars disturbed.

Good but it's better. Restaurant 5 Stars. Everything is okay. Room 3. Floor are large and have everything you need. Clean. 4 stars. The sauna area 3 stars is okay but has seen better days. In the week is enough space. The Spa and Massage Department is on the site of scattered and partly not well labeled. Massages even okay. Expensive. 4 star Volume of the adjacent railway line bearable. The Wi-Fi is very slow and is not available anywhere. You can feel comfortable here but overpriced.

I have a Spa voucher gift and I get this on 30.01. Redeemed. When I have this Spa day out of my own pocket have to pay, I would be probably at the end of the day, not more relaxed. My conclusion: price/performance ratio is all out of proportion.

This Hotel is decorated with four stars, but should have at least three of them. On the eve we were invited to a wedding and wanted to correspondingly more sleep. Already to 8.00 o'clock in the morning, the room was tidy and the hotel staff made an unbearable noise in the hallway. It was from one room to the other, according to fresh towels asked, detergent and sheets, should be initiated. In the hallway was rumgebrüllt and employees were insulted. Like in the Zoo! There was only the Megaphone. Then was still diligently sucked! Really deadly! Well, we even tried to remain asleep, but the vacuum cleaner was constantly against our door slammed. Impudence! The Best was then, as at 9.30 (without asking) someone our room, then according to apologized and then finally hesitantly asked if we have something from the Minibar, took us to. Absolutely disrespectful. We were at this time still in bed! The curtains were drawn! I wanted to me later by phone from my room to complain. About 5 min. I have the phone at the front Desk to let the phone ring. No one picked up the phone. However, I was 20 min later recalled. Much too late! By eleven o'clock we had to leave the room. We can't even have Breakfast and had to even pay. We had until 8.00 only four hours sleep! Thanks dear Tannenhäuschen Team! Conclusion: If you are a Hotel with Service to search, then a big bow around this outrageous Hotel. If you want peace and relaxation, then you will find the more on a cheap camping!

The Wellness Schnupperabend: greeting at the Desk top in order. In the Spa area, good selection of different saunas, unfortunately, in the entire area of little ways, things store. One always searches for a suitable place, a bottle of water to be deposited, beach towel or Bathrobe to hang up, also for the Slippers would be an appropriate storage is necessary. My criticism refers exclusively to the Spa. And the visit to the Restaurant of the house. The Tannenhäuschen is a 4 star Hotel with Spa, for which we have a coupon including a visit to a restaurant and Massage. The employees, who we have cared for were always friendly. Surprised we were, however, first from the locker room, but rather at a cheap indoor swimming pool with narrow unsightly wooden benches and narrow Spinten remembered. The Aquasilva Spa included several saunas, a swimming pool, a saltwater pool, and several other Locations (such as Solarium, etc) but we have not been tested. Unfortunately was in a Sauna, the door is not closing properly and it was everywhere on the floor in front of salt scattered. From the Spa, I would have at 4 stars but expected more. The Restaurant was unfortunately a huge disappointment. We were allowed 2 dishes from the bistro menu pick while an Executive with several young employees 5 feet away about 10 minutes of a lecture held. May temporarily amusing, but also in my eyes is not appropriate, if such a thing before the eyes of the guests happens. The bread Appetizer was dry and old, but was so sorry that it may be too long in the oven. My salad was patschig, and with far too much vinegar angemengt. The noodles in my party were fine. For a voucher ok, if a little disappointing. Maybe we caught a bad day.
