Our Pentecost breakfast was simply great — wonderfully prepared with local specialties and homemade bread, no wish remained unfulfilled.
Haus Nachtigall is located directly on the beautiful Uedemer Hochwald and is an ideal stopover for cyclists, the (of course) homemade cakes looked wonderful.
We will be back — surely soon!

Today we ate excellently at Haus Nachtigall.
We chose Game, but other good-sounding dishes are also on the menu.
Lots of fresh and homemade. It wasn't a problem at all to conjure up a pancake for our son that wasn't on the menu at all.
We were warmly served and even under Covid-19 circumstances, one has fully felt that the AHA rules and the hygiene concept are fully adhered to.
(My father probably still raves about your homemade grillage cake as dessert)
