Was really a good hotel the service was really great very hospitable.

Was a great stay with my two little mice. All the staff was very helpful & understanding. Particularly noteworthy is the employee in the service area / restaurant (from Plauen) who responded to every wish of the mice and my nieces and read every wish from their lips. Thumps Up! Great team, everything super clean and pleasant. Absolute recommendation!

All good so far, except for the friendliness of the reception… Although not fully booked room in the far corner and on the street. Not nice and not nice…! Even otherwise, the service seems a bit shot today. Probably the long Corona break. As I said, actually a top house, but the very last spark to the guest, "that certain something or extra" is unfortunately missing. What a pity…

It can't be better. My keywords: Very welcoming atmosphere, great rooms, first-class food, tasteful furnishings, very friendly staff, perfect hygiene (corona) implementation. My little highlight is the hotel bar, because you would like to "sink". So 5 stars from me!

Very well run hotel, great service. Ideal location to visit the Landesgartenschau 2020. Excellent cuisine! The hotel has a convincing hygiene concept. Unfortunately, we were able to observe at breakfast that just over half of the guests did not use the provided disinfectant dispenser when going to the buffet. It was pointed out by the staff.

Really great, nice welcome, a lot and above all very dear and service-oriented staff. Large room with terrace, the whole complex a dream. Bicycles there, so far every dinner delicious, breakfast also good. Location top, between LaGa and monastery. We feel really comfortable here!

Item. : A beautiful house with beautiful and very well maintained outdoor area.
Our room was clean and nice. This "new" marotte in many hotels, with an open bathroom, I personally do not like so much, but as a couple it is still possible. When you travel with a girlfriend or children, I don't find it that practical.
We had a nice pad for our two dogs, 2 bowls and even a door with treats. This will make you happy right as soon as you enter the room.
I just looked at the wellness area, not used it. I found it very appealing. Really nicely furnished.
I would only find it nicer if the bag with the bathrobe and so on, in the closet in the room. So it was only when I asked that a coat and slippers were pressed into my hand.
The breakfast was impeccable and there was nothing missing. The staff at breakfast was very friendly and attentive.
Neg. : Neither at check in nor at check-out was asked if we could cope with our luggage. Even when I said that we were struggling with the luggage, no help was offered or the hint that help was possible.
It should also be borne in mind that the journey from the elevator to the room door took about 2 minutes.
There is a really very nice conservatory, which according to the inscription is called "favorite place" and could also be one of the ambience. If the service there were appropriate.
I was brought a different tea than ordered, was not so tragic now I kept it anyway.

Everything from the welcome to the farewell was simply fantastic. Friendly, accommodating, super great room, a beautiful SPA area that can be reached in a Bathrobe around the house. Very very good food and a gigantic Breakfast buffet.

Stayed here for a night on our way back to the UK (3.5 hrs from Calais). Had really lovely family room (2x double beds nb) in new part of hotel above spa. On back overlooking garden and field so v peaceful even with window open. Immaculate and spacious with separate shower and WC and super comfy beds. Parking a bit limited immediately outside hotel but they have another big car park across the road and some underground. Restaurant out of our price range but looked lovely. Nice garden areas back and front. We enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool and a sauna. Relaxing end to our holiday!

Very good hotel. Everyone was friendly. Great equipment. Good food. Great breakfast. There is nothing to complain about. Only the wine prices are too high.

A beautiful hotel, however, without a climate or only in the larger rooms. With 4 stars and 100 euros a night, this should actually be possible in every room. In addition, only one of the three large windows can be tilted. The other two are just going to go up. At 34 degrees I had to open everything and quickly the mosquitoes were in the room in the evening and I wasn't comfortable sleeping on the 1 floor with completely open windows. Window again and slept in the heat. My night was so short and I could hardly enjoy the beautiful ambience. With climate everything would have been great.

Food was top, the location is a dream.
The people were all very friendly and accommodating.
One point deduction only because of the price.
Who can afford this, for this is a must!

The hotel room was directly above the main entrance and therefore also quite close to the main street and therefore very noisy. The room has no air conditioning and without open windows you can't stand it at night, but it is also very noisy. Rooms are otherwise nice and spacious. The wellness area is nice and cozy.
Would go back here, but only in a quiet room!

Decent hotel with all sorts of amenities and a small spa area including a pool. The restaurant serves tasty food and the bar has severally craft beers on draft and bottled. I would have appreciated having an iron and ironing board in the room itself. Unfortunately the hotel ‘only’ offers an ironing service.

Very nice house with a great equipment, harmonious down to the smallest detail inside, as well as in the outdoor area and the spa area.
Very good cuisine and sumptuous breakfast. Despite a sleepless 1st night due to a booking error for which the principal has paid himself the next morning, we have had a great stay.
We like to come back.

We were in the hotel from Friday to Sunday. On the day of arrival we enjoyed a four-course dinner in the evening. Both the food and the staff were outstanding. Also the few remaining time we spent at the hotel were felt to be very pleasant and relaxing. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. The hotel is highly recommended. Even on warmer days you can relax at the Hotel pond very well! Furthermore, the situation is advantageous. Culture, shopping, good restaurants are within a radius of 50 km and are therefore easily reachable.

Really nice and convenient hotel. The spa area (two saunas and a indoor pool) is really good and confortable. The food in the restaurant has good quality. Breakfast is good with lot of variety. The common areas are nice, clean and detail.

The whole Hotel makes a very beautiful and pristine surrounding and lovely, generous open spaces. In addition, free Parking is on the hotel grounds possible and, in addition, bicycles are available free of charge. Our Deluxe rooms in the 2. Floor, overlooking the street, was clean and had a fantastic view. The Check-in and Check-out were fast and uncomplicated. We also got a glass of sparkling wine. The Spa area of the hotel is very… designed to be clean and modern. The relaxation area is quite small, but cozy. The Pool is clean, quiet, and tastefully decorated. Among the free as of towels, Bathrobe, Slippers, water and tea:. Great towels in the Pool and Spa area well enough. The delicious Breakfast buffet is delicious, and also offered to the guests is both gluten-free as well as lactose-free products. The staff is very friendly, attentive and competent. At the reception there is also the "coffe to go" Take-away. In summary, this Hotel is rest and relaxation as well as relaxation.

Very nice an naturalistic place. Its atmosphere is relaxing, every place is designed well, radiating harmony and balace. The restaurant is nice, the food is amazing and served professionally. The staff is really friendly, the rooms are very clean and comfy. There is a pool, two saunas and a small gym. There are some business room which I didnt like that much. The "city" is in the middke of nowhere which might be a disadvantage for travelers.

A very nice and great hotel. We had booked an upgrade, and had a suite in the "House of Ideas" all you have to think about has this suite. 70 m2 with roof terrace and deck chairs. One whirlpool and two big smart TVs. So pure luxury. The food was of the finest… and the breakfast was very extensive… In short it was a real great short break and this is guaranteed to be repeated soon.

We have only eaten and the meeting rooms. The facility is very spacious and full of nooks and crannies, but we didn't know at any time the feeling to where we need to go. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. All in all, very nice.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Very pleasant to relax and take a bath. Wonder place to stay for a night and get a power for further travel.

Addendum: 2 times since having been inhabited with colleagues a total of four different rooms, all rooms had shortcomings and that at a fairly high price per Night.
mildew, defective showers and broken windows are not acceptable for the category and the Price.

The hotel is very nice but there is one minus point when the hotel bath room doesn't have toothpaste and toothbrush (one time use)

Gorgeous hotel. Rooms are large with large desk for working. Breakfast had a great variety. I would stay again.

Do not come here during the summer months! The rooms don't have air conditioning and the building is from the seventies, so if it's warm outside, its hot inside! (Right now it's not even that warm outside but the rooms are still terribly hot) During the winter months, however I bet it's a very nice hotel… with mostly friendly and professional staff! Oh, and the reception is not staffed after 11:00pm…

I have had 2 workshops here with overnight stay. For these kind of activities is a really good hotel.

I was there last night with my girlfriend. The food was very good, if expensive! The restaurant was nearly fully booked, so we decided because of our small dog on great places to sit outside at the entrance. Operation worked, only the spotlight, which is why we risked it at temperatures went after 15 min, what totally bugged. Because we just had to run to make turn the back. We wanted Yes food and no smoking. Stupid thing, but a KO criterion. In addition there were but 3 rosé wines, but all 3 were semi-dry, that is yesterday, hardly anyone drinks still semi-dry wines. A Weißherbst was still drinkable. Nice ambience with unnecessary weaknesses!

We were all super until we were in the hot tub while on the current squad because we have been angaeblich too loud! Then the statement that we no longer can stay if it happens again!
