Good rooms very clean and a good breakfast in the centre of the town.

The car could be parked free of charge in the underground car park. The rooms are tastefully and functionally furnished. Everything was very clean. The breakfast buffet is very extensive. There was nothing missing. The staff always friendly and attentive. The only shortcoming: to get into the room at 15:00h, you had to pay extra.

Prima insider tip in the region. Breakfast was great. Service and staff very much in love and courteous. Parking plentiful next to and in TG and available free of charge. The only shortcoming: The elevator takes forever, but climbing stairs is healthier anyway.

The location of the hotel it's very good, it have a beautiful little park and a great square very near of the hotel. There is a lot of restaurants from about 5 minutes from the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and to have all the resources you need every time. The service is very good and they help you everytime you need and the breakfast have a lot of good food options.

We had booked incorrectly and yet we were given long and detailed advice on what solutions there are. Unfortunately, I no longer know the name from the nice Blonden woman at the reception.

The location of the hotel is great. In the middle of Haan, many shopping and restaurants are within easy reach. The room is modern and clean. The design would give some thought to. USB charging socket is installed directly. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is rich.

A very good hotel, nice staff, nice room with balcony or terrace, swimming pool, super breakfast … happy to come back! (The breakfast ladies were a little bit too loud in the days … you don't want to know everything as a guest So early in the morning)

Spacious, tastefully furnished, cosy rooms … some with infrared sauna! All rooms and bathrooms are well maintained and clean …
The staff are very friendly and always endeavour to fulfill all wishes as quickly as possible.

This is a great hotel for few nights on a business trip. Rooms are big, clean and well equipped (even with a kettle and tea/coffee set). Beds are comfortable. Staff is very helpful and always smiling. You can have a good breakfast at a little extra fee. If you need to stay in Haan then this is a good choice.

The hotel staff was very polite and spoke English when appropriate The room was well appointed, clean, contained a refrigerator with soda and a few select beers; prices for the minibar were modest (low compared to other hotels), and a coffee maker with several choices of blends and tea The breakfast was outstanding — fresh fruit, vegetables, breads, eggs, meats, cereals, juices, plenty of coffee… pretty much anything you could want spread out in a very appetizing fashion Overall a GREAT place to stay!

Top hotel, super friendly and courteous staff, despite the fact that we had several adjustments in advance!
We were a larger group of sportsmen who stayed at this hotel during the West German championship in Solingen and felt fiddle!
Breakfast exellent, Room good (reason for stern deduction below), location Central but still super quiet, wellness area super Cool (feedback from my players). ✌ still gives a star deduction, since in one room the bathroom was not perfectly cleaned (a few hairs from the previous tenant in the sink) and in the other room the cleaning rag was left in the bathroom.
is a trifle, yet it does not belong to a 4 star hotel.

Central location, at least 7 restaurants within a radius of 300 meters. The room, however, was very small and lay on the lower floor (rather basement). So I would classify the house into the lower middle class.

Free underground parking, nice room, doesn't seem to be old. Friendly staff and good service. The entrance of the underground garage is somewhat hidden, but well signposted. Right in the centre of Haan.

The room was very nice and the hotel was very good. My granddaughter also enjoyed the infinity pool.
I would nevertheless like to point out that we were denied access to the breakfast room at not even 10:45 on the pretext that breakfast was served until 11am. Nothing had been cleared, customers were still eating, but we were not allowed to serve. If the room were to be released for 11:00, it should have been clarified: do not write "Fruestueck bis um 11h, but Fruestuecksraum geschlossen um 11h.
And I also find it petty to give tap water for the baby's bottle as bottles of open mineral water were in front of us. Damage!

A smaller hotel with exceptional personal service. Room is nice and of course, German clean. Restaurant is outstanding. Location is very close to Koenigsalee, so a good walk is in store.

The hotel itself is very quiet but still centrally located. The rooms are very clean and modern. The breakfast was relatively clear for €11 but very tasty and fresh.
The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Parking is not a problem.

Excellent location, smiley and nice staff. The room had a good air conditioning, essential especially on such a unusual hot week. Definitely, I am recommending.

Nice simple hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy, although many rooms do not have air conditioning, ask about this especially in the summer. Ideal for business stays and a few resteraunt in the town which is 2 minute walk.

PLUS: I loved the two rooms we booked. They were two well equipped rooms with connecting doors, just what we needed for our stay with two toddlers. The staff was very professional and friendly. The wellness area was also clean and nice and as a bonus during our entire stay we had the pool entirely for ourselves. MINUS: Breakfast was very disappointing. On some official photos it looked much richer, while in reality we were presented with very limited choice. Maybe it has to do with the fact that we were staying there in a quiet period and arrived relatively late for the breakfast (9:45h).

The staff is very helpfull. Unliminted access to internet more than 1 device you can use them. Very good coffe machine in the room. Nice decoration in the breakfast room, nothing to complaint regarding the food quality.

Great service, everybody speaks english and the breakfast is really good! The local is excelent, next to a very beautiful boulevard with commerce and restaurants really close.

Centrally located in beautiful Haan between the marketplace and the little City Park on the other side located. The equipment is absolutely satisfactory and the service zuvorzukommend.

Alles bestens, sehr schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, großzügiger Wellnessbereich, nette Mitarbeiter und sauber ist es auch.

The room was Good, the Breakfast also. We have a warm swim in the afternoon to get something to cool from the heat, and also the bottle with chilled water was very pleasant. The staff was very Friendly and behilfsam. Some of the not so Good was the room, no Airco had, making it inside just as hot as outside.

Enjoyed previous stays here in a nice central area for good food and drink.
