I was recommended this hotel on the occasion of a golf tournament in the beautiful golf club, Schloss Miel'' in Swisttal.
About 15 minutes taxi ride to the hotel and you will be checked in by friendly staff at the reception. The beds are super comfy, everything is clean and tidy.
I have particularly positive memories of the Reservation & Revenue Manager, Stefanie Schings, ' who convinced with an extremely friendly and competent manner in advance.
I can strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great hotel in Euskirchen, which is very conveniently located to the golf club.

Large well-kept rooms. Central location. Very good breakfast, the staff is very professional and friendly.

A super nice hotel, very nice staff, were there with our two little dogs now over New Year's Eve. Everything had already been judged for the dogs. Super great lady at the reception. Super breakfast you could have breakfast until 1 p. M. Great spa area. We come back and thank you for the nice cozy stay.

This hotel is om another level. Electronic curtains, split showers, soft beds, world wide TV and fast Wi-Fi. Just don't take one room with someone els if you want to sleep because you will be playing with the curtains for sure!

A stay of one night is rated.
The hotel is located right next to the train and bus stations and is therefore very easy to reach. Paid parking spaces (12€ p. Day) are in the adjacent underground car park.
The hotel makes a very clean and well-preserved impression. The staff is very nice and helpful.
The room was spacious and clean. Despite the location at the station, we did not find any noise nuisance.
The breakfast was very extensive and there was something for everyone. The waiter even put a complete jug of coffee on the table without asking us. Drinks such as cappucino were also prepared.
Happy to return.

Service room — mediocre
Rooms — nice large, but defective make-up mirror, curtains were no longer, soap was no longer available in the hotel (response of the reception), thick dust behind the heating…
We had 3 rooms. In all of them there was something missing regarding cosmetics.
Restaurant — very friendly, helpful, committed, not looking at the clock, do not allow empty trays — would be filled up immediately. Awesome.

So for me that was not so great: Eating average (buffet) room ok, but not super hotel garage pretty tight parking staff (as far as visible) something cozy (reception) or little professional (restaurant, students? )
All in all, too expensive for performance.

Good location, great breakfast.

The hotel looks great the rooms are spacious but the bed is very bad from so long in use it has deep hondulaciones that is impossible to sleep, the shower leaves all the bathroom full of water that looks like a lagoon, those of the reception seemed military reluctantly.

Very nice and well maintained hotel! Breakfast is also very good with lots of choices. Large tub + a shower which is very appreciable.

We had selected the AMERON Parkhotel due to the great wellness offer as a rest after the Christmas days. However, for us on the site it was not directly apparent that the wellness offers can only be used on weekends. In addition, the whirlpool was also in maintenance, so that the wellness holiday for us unfortunately had done quite quickly and limited to sauna with not so well functioning showers.
The choice at breakfast is quite large, but unfortunately the buns tasted like bought Aufbackbrötchen, which after a certain time were just hard and dry. The soft-boiled eggs were, unfortunately, also anything but soft.
After the departure we had to find out that we had forgotten a drug and a Tupperbox in the minibar/fridge and reported it directly in the afternoon to the hotel to quickly find a solution for the lost things. Unfortunately, both things were not found again.
The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good.

A hotel very close to the train station, with a class congress centre. The restaurant is also recommended, just a little expensive…

A super hotel. Top service and a mega buffet. Made us feel like a fairytale. Requests were fulfilled immediately. A great spa with a gym in the house.

This is a good business hotel at a good location, but no electric outlets in the rooms. Needed to unplug a lamp to charge the phone, tablet, tooth brush. If you don't have a multi plug, you are running out of lamps very quick.

Floor in room should be renewed urgently. Some defects in the control of the obscurations. And extra charge for parking are not OK.

I go back many times a year because my office is in the area. Often I forget to specify my preferred room, but in my last visit reception took the initiative to ask me what room location I preferred and fulfilled my request! Good job for being sensitive to long time clients!

Room is very nice,, but no hotel room slippers, shower room was not water tight so after showering water are everywhere on the floor. Looks luxury but missing the quality point there. Location is perfect, in front of train station and direct walking access to city central.

Habe das Hotel für ein Seminar an einem Nachmittag besucht. Alles in allem war es ein angenehmer Nachmittag. Allerdings gab es auch ein paar Unannehmlichkeiten. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage verlangt einiges an Können, da nahezu jeder der engen Parkplätze links und rechts von einer Säule begrenzt wird. Der Vorraum vom Saal, in dem es in der Pause Kaffee.

It's getting a little run down and the Wi-Fi signal is terrible. But it does have decent amenities in the bar, restaurant, spa, and fitness center. Overall, average.

Super Hotel, very nice Service. It was a pity that the hot tub is a technical Defect and, therefore, except use was and also in the steam room no Dampfstöße could be delivered, because the function wasn't feasible.

My Germany, if not Europe-wide favorite. Sophisticated ambience, quiet atmosphere, modern and even in the cheaper rooms absolutely Super chic rooms. Even when the prices an absolute recommendation for this beautiful House.
No wonder that even people like Michael Schumacher should stay.

I travel with my mother. We are a little spoiled, but we are convinced by this hotel. The equipment is excellent. The bathrooms are large and tiled with marble. Everything is very solid and beautiful.
The breakfast could be better. Here outweighs beer sausage — but one is enough.
