Lovingly managed, individualistic hotel with an absolute feel-good atmosphere!

Great Unique Location. No wishes open.

Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful ambiance, very courteous hostess and staff. We were well taken care of and special requests were fulfilled. It was a very relaxing weekend and we'll definitely come again.

Hotel is in a very picturesque and peaceful location, not far from the centre of Heimbach. The themed bedrooms (We stayed in Steam Punk no 7) are all well appointed and comfortable. We had a lovely balcony with great views. Katrin the owner speaks excellent English and suggested good walking routes. She caters for vegetarians and I had a superb burger for dinner, best I've ever had! We would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.

Katrin the owner is warm and inviting, and nothing was too much trouble for her. Our room number 7 (Steam Punk) has a lovely balcony and the bed is really comfy! We both had burgers (one meat, one veggie) and they were delicious. Katrin does an excellent range of vegetarian food and can cater for vegans too. The location is both peaceful and picturesque and there are many walking trails in the area. Next time we visit the Eifel we are definitely staying here!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Very nice owner, good food and beautiful nature. The themed rooms are all unique, stayed in the witch and arabian nights themed rooms. 5/5 would always recommend.

Fantasy-perfect/Fantastic hotel, bistro, bar, café. Reader's rats will feel like in paradise prices are absolutely fine. Breakfast can be booked for 5 euros. Where else is that available? I can absolutely recommend it.

Wonderful little Hotel, beautiful rooms, wonderful views and neighborhood, great for walking or relaxing. The food is just great and the staff are very friendly, the Boss is simply super! Absolutely to recommend for a relaxing few days to pamper yourself.

Talk about personality! This hotel has tons of it! Friendly and social hosts and basic but nice rooms. Each room has a sci-fi/fantasy theme. Nice location with possibility for a nice morning run :-). Breakfast could be better, but for the asked price it's more than sufficient! I will most certainly stay at this hotel again.

Anyone entering this hotel will immerse themselves in another world from the very beginning. Into a world to feel good, relax and dream.
With a lot of attention to detail, the hosts have turned every little corner into a harmonious "eye feast".

Unique Hotel, nice out and very reasonably priced. Each room is unique. Great Seminar Room. We are here on a regular basis with the Wandercoaching…

We have here a trip incl. Overnight stay with our company and can the Hotel only highly recommend. Super views and a great room. The employees are all super fallen. Of us, in any case, a huge praise.

Just nice to feel, the right place to relax in the North Eifel.

On a recommendation from a friend I'm with two friends during a district holiday in the "behind the mirror" Vice a, where we were welcomed by the owner very friendly. It is quiet, but easy to find, just a few dozen metres away from the main road, which leads to the popular vacation areas around the very lovely Rursee.
First we had something to drink only (lactose-free cocoa — where to get the otherwise already? ), while we affect us the Café. Very cozy, type "Living room", with many books and games. The large garden on the other side of the huge window was at the time of our visit still in the making. She already promised to be beautiful. It was all so wonderfully relaxing.
So, we stayed still something and explored the bar area which was decorated in addition to several bottles of different spirits including with fantasy maps. While we came up with the owner in the conversation who showed us to our prying questions and also the hotel rooms.
And what hotel room! Each room is decorated differently furnished according to a specific theme. All for good, bright, friendly and clean. My personal favorite is the Babylon 5 room, although I'm certainly not a fan of the series. At the moment I have made me to spend when I'm in the area again. I was down and away.
Back at the Café I ordered a crumble then finally (I had procrastinated awhile before me that, because I had eaten for lunch shortly before only), a "bottomless" cake.

Even in winter, it is very nice to wander into the Eifel! The hotel behind the mirror is a perfect starting point, because it is situated in the RUR-Eifel. You have the choice between different themed rooms. My room had the motto of "Western" and is decorated with many loving details. The bathroom is new, clean and bright, the rooms spacious and comfortable. The bed has liked me the most: super comfortable mattress and great bed height (slightly higher). The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Especially nice, I found the Nice and hospitable reception. That certainly was not my last visit.
