We were there for an event at the Tonhalle in Düsseldorf and had checked-in Berial and were greeted very nicely, with a Surprise, a free Upgrade from the hotel rooms. Our Deluxe room was modern and very nicely decorated. Also the Breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. It should lay us once again to Düsseldorf to waste, we will book the Hotel Berial happy again.

I have to make up for a review today. We stayed 1 year ago in this hotel for the start of the Tour of France.
I still think of this hotel a lot because it just had the best bed I've ever been in. It was so incredibly comfortable. I've never experienced such a great bed and I've been to many hotels. At some point I will come back. Maybe just sleeping or watching TV in bed.

Good centric hotel. 10 minutes distance to the Altstadt. Good price and good breakfast buffet. Not well prepared for high temperatures.

Nice, small boutique hotel in a central location.
The rooms are relatively small but clean. Breakfast is sufficient and there is fresh latte macchiato. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very nice personal and very clean rooms. Everything is pretty small but adds up to the atmosphere of the place. The only negative thing was the missing switch for the lamps over the bed. Had to completely shut off the power for the room to to turn them off.

Nice boutique hotel. It's possible to go to alstad by foot. Cozy room, very clean. No noise at all. The breakfast is good too. There's a beautiful park nearby.

Chic renovated hotel with contaminated sites like mini lift, smells strongly of new color.

The Berial Hotel is located in an excellent and quiet location, close to the Royal Avenue and the Old town. Already at the reception you feel very welcome. The staff is very accommodating, friendly and always attentive. Our room was squeaky clean and modern furnished, nice wooden floor and a very comfortable box spring bed.
The day begins with a perfect and lovingly prepared breakfast.
We like to come back…

Lovingly designed boutique hotel in the heart of Düsseldorf. The hotel is within walking distance of the garden courtyard and the centre and the old town. The rooms are clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The beds are comfortable with enough pillows. That's exactly what I miss in most of the hotels I've stayed in. The breakfast buffet is extensive and leaves nothing to be desired. Service is a major priority here. At any time again and highly recommended!

Great hotel, nice and friendly staff. Breakfast rarely so good. Location is unbeatable. 5 min to the theatre, 10 min to the 10 minutes to the longest bar in the world.

Small but fine hotel with everything you need. Newly renovated. Automatic entrance door opening. Small elevator. Room, optimal use of space. Nice spacious bright bathroom. Good service.
Bar becomes a cosy breakfast area in the morning. A rich and appetizing buffet. Would love to come back. Price/Performance Top.

The bed was a bit too small for me at 1, 90 m. Is not otherwise tragic as long as you can just let the feet "dangle". Since there was a wall on both sides, this was not possible. The feet were always in trouble with the TV just above the duvet. And also the mattress was very very soft… The breakfast was fine. The scrambled eggs made it to the beds and was still very soft, in some ways liquid.
Otherwise the staff is very friendly and the overall impression is clean.

Very good breakfast. Very nice staff. The rooms are equipped with the appropriate facilities. You feel very comfortable. The old town is within walking distance.

Also the parking was not a problem despite the central location — just reserve a parking space at the booking.

I have rarely met a nicer, centrally located city hotel — and I travel a lot. You really feel at home at Hotel Berial!

Stayed one night for a work event. The rooms were beautiful and the staff was friendly. Couldn't try breakfast but I'd recommend staying here and would book again.

The rooms are nice and clean, breakfast was very good. And the location is very convenient. However it is missing the finishing touch of "feeling welcome". The staff could be much more friendly and make a big difference in the general athmosphere of the hotel.

Very friendly staff, rooms are, unfortunately, not been clean. Especially the bathroom was not well cleaned. Who does not want to eat Breakfast should not be on any other book, the price will not be refunded. Thus, we have not eaten but are still paid. Supposedly could not do it anymore from the invoice swipe, but what in each so far. Parking in the area is under all Pig, unless you get lucky and one is free, then you still have to pay. We have 400 meters to go. The bottom line is we can't get more back.
