The air conditioning works well (unusual in Northern European hotels in our experience). Breakfast is good. Very comfortable bed. Good sized soft towels. Quiet room facing garden. Pleasant friendly reception staff.

Hotel Indigo is a luxury hotel, with staff that welcomes you like family. In the two full weeks that we stayed here, we had not one complaint or difficulty. Our very quiet room was designed to feel like an efficiency apartment, and had a beautiful view of the terrace and gardens. Loved the rain style shower, heated tile floors, and lighted makeup/shaving mirror in the bathroom. There was a coffee maker and refrigerator, which was put to good use, when we got tired of going out to eat. All this, and the best staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Well done, Lukas!

Spacious, modern and artistic rooms, well-equipped with everything, generous free drinks and nice coffee machine. Lovely balcony with city view. Several nice cafes nearby. Guests could use the fitness next / under the hotel which was a big big plus. Breakfast was nicely served. In addition to the small buffet, there were warm drinks and food prepared upon individual order. The only disadvantage is the lacking of parking lot.

The staff fixed a bed sofa for our kids in almost no time, top quality breakfast and service. Super clean room. I'd rate it 6 stars if I could!

Nice hotel in a convenient location. A lot of restaurants very close by, less than a 5 minute walk to the s bahn, and about a 10 minute walk down to the river or the altstadt. The staff spoke English which was very helpful, and the rooms have everything we needed.

We booked this hotel last minute. But it was very nice, friendly frontdesk, clean and fresh looking. Small thing, the elevator was hearable in our room and there were even several rooms between us and the elevator.

The Hotel is nicely decorated and clean. The staff is in all areas very friendly. The Breakfast buffet is nicely done and sufficiently equipped. The location of the hotel is good. Is located between two stops of the public transport. The only drawback is the high drinks prices at the Bar. Nevertheless, we would recommend the Hotel!

Very friendly service, nice stylish rooms. Good location to city centre with subway connection. Shower is incorrectly constructed so that water from the bathroom runs into the room. Beds with Boxspringmatrazen are very comfortable. All in all a very nice hotel.

Very tasty food! You can have industries or breakfast. You don't have to be a guest in the hotel. Very tasty and nice staff!

Fantastic hotel, very elegent, quirky and stylish. Really friendly staff on front desk always had a smile and made you feel welcome. The hotel is very quirky and is unique its a boutique hotel and I would recommend this hotel most definitely. The rooms are very stylish very airy and very clean they have modern shower a TV you can cast to using your phone a radio in the bathroom and the lighting is very ambient. We had a complimentary large bottle of water a Nespresso machine and the mini bar was very reasonable in price. It was nice to arrive at the hotel and have a ice cold alt beer. The area is pleasant too and very close to the underground station. Beds are very comfy duvet is very snug and I slept like a baby. Thanks hotel Indigo we had a really nice relaxing stay.

The Indigo has been my regular hotel in Düsseldorf for years and I like it very much. The crew is so nice and everything else fits well really wonderful for me. Thank you dear Leut of indigo!

My room has booked by my Company. I love your hotel, when I come to DU because I have a meeting … I prefer to stay in your hotel. But today I can‘t believe what happens in receptiondesk. I was first of the 3 people to check in. Same Company reserviert ours rooms, und I‘m the only person who needs credit card „for extras“? Excuse me… my Kollege HS is his first time in this hotel, and women doesn‘t say nothing about he needs a credit card. Why? Is a rule only to Spanien people or woman? Incredible… because when I asked about this situation… receptiondesk don‘t say sorry or a good Explikation, only say… the Rule is about new guests… ok… but for my Kollege is the first time, not for me. I‘m very unhappy with Service. I feel discriminated and personal from receptiondesk don‘t care me. Now I have no faith in them, as I have put a complaint… perhaps are they going to load to me an extra one that I have not consumed? do I have to cancel my card?
I have felt shame of the situation and of the received dealing. Your hotel has lost everything good that it had. I feel discriminated and offended. Thanks for reading my complaint, maybe you can do better answer.

This is one of our favourite hotels in Germany. This is our 4th time here and we find the staff here welcoming and very friendly. After 30 hours plus of travelling it’s nice to feel so welcomed. The rooms are great and the hotel is ideally located.

All in all a great place to stay. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast was also very nice. So many options available. Dinner doesn't have much options though it was good. Ordered tomato pasta and it was quite a meal for hungry tummy. The dessert was also tasty. The location is also okay. Room stay was very comfortable.

CAN NOT RECOMMEND! The worst service I ever experienced in my whole life. I did a booking via our company hotelbooking website but the customer workshop was cancelled a few minutes later. I called the hotel and a nice lady on the phone told me that normally they have to charge due to fair-time but they will make an exception. She further asked me if I could call the hotelbooking website so they can send a request of cancellation beacuse the hotel indigo needs it to cancel the reservation. After that I called the hotelbooking website and they told me that they will contact the hotel indigo to make the offical cancellation without charge. A few days later, the hotelbooking website called me and told me that there NOBODY from the hotel ever told me that they will make an exception and they will charge FULL price. After that I asked the hotelbooking website to ask again in the hotel indigo and that this must be a mistake — today I discoevered the full amount was taken from my credit hard. How badly does this hotel need booking during fair-time? I´m sure our rooms were taken over by fair-visitors but they are still charging and making false statements to customers in need. Don´t go there. They will rip you off.

At the beginning: The breakfast buffet is really good. The selection of fresh ingredients from neighborly-based suppliers is both tasteful and qualitatively top!
There is something for everyone. Freshly squeezed juices, good coffee and tea, delicious sweet pastries round off a successful buffet.
The waiters are very attentive and friendly and continue to lay down.
The rooms are impeccable. Spacious and stylishly furnished, most of the rooms have a balcony overlooking the Ruihgen Innnenhof. Comfortable box-spring beds and working Wi-Fi are standard as well as a modern bathroom.
The connection to the city is outstanding.
The subway station is a short walk away. From here it is only two stops to the Heinrich-Heine-Allee.
We were now the third time guest at Hotel Indigo and it certainly wasn't the last time.

The totally renovated hotel meets today's standards. Here you can not only sleep, but also eat well. Even in the directly connected fitness — and sauna area you can forget the stress of the day or undergo a massage or physiotherapy treatment. ProMa.

We were lucky to be placed here by British Airways following flight cancellations. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and which was a nice welcome following the chaos at the airport. The front desk staff were very communicative in both German and English and I found them more conversational compared to staff at other hotels. The rooms were really nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. We had an enjoyable dinner and my only complaint was the service was unfortunately very slow. Breakfast was also very good and had a large selection of local produce. The hotel staff were very helpful in helping us try and contact British Airways about a second night's accommodation, but we were placed elsewhere in the end. Overall I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Well… quite nice. The rooms are quite ok. A bit small for a longer stay, but sufficient for one night. The breakfast is plentiful and the selection is quite large. This is not refilled and coffee is only brought to the table by Cups. If the room is fully occupied, it lasts forever.

Hotel Indigo have gone out of their way to make our trip special. Our friend proposed to his girlfriend and they covered the room in petals, Swan towels on the bed and champagne. They have been amazing. The rooms are lovely too!

Must say it is really a very full hotel. Nice rooms, good breakfast. Fitness Studio in the basement (equipment from Technogym, 2 treadmills, pair of crosstrainers, unfortunately no free weights area. But many machines to train the different body regions). No free parking spaces! Parking garage is located behind the hotel, €18 per day or night.

Great place, got a free upgrade to a ginormous room. Staff was lovely and spoke perfect English. Food was delicious and it had a great selection of drinks. Would love to visit again.

Fantastic hotel with a great sized room and very well equipped! The bed is huge and very comfortable! I would definitely recommend it to anyone! 1 stop on the underground from the main centre!

The staff is very kind but they couldn't offer us a two beds room with separated beds. It does not exist In the indogo hotel. But we. Had two sheets and a very nice bed so it sill was alright for us. The location is Nice. 15 to 20 minuts walking to the old town or one stop with the metro.

Nice hotels for jungsters! Rooms are very modern! The espresso machine was quite good every morning and afternoon which I used in the room! Breakfast buffet with nice design but the taste was just ordinary. Very close to nice restaurants and just 1150 meters to U-Bahn and to the bus station for the trade! Parking very expensive as in whole Duesseldorf!

I checked out of another hotel and into this one. It was awesome. The staff was FANTASTIC and the room was great. I'm returning in a few months and I will be booking again with this hotel, no question.

Service was very nice. The room (king size) was amazing. Comfortable and clean. The style of the hotel/rooms is great as well but different. Maybe not for anyone. The breakfast we enjoyed as well. High quality food and juices/smoothies.

I really like this place, everything is just as it should be, nothing really to get upset about. Wifi works as it should, the rooms are nice, the bed is acceptable (perhaps a bit soft) and the staff are well trained. I'm rating it 4 instead of 5 for two reasons: 1. It's consistently pricey relative to hotels around it. 2. The 2.5 meter tall woman beside the bed (painted on the wall) occasionally freaks me out when I'm half asleep.

The Hotel was very nice True identity, class atmosphere but relax. The rooms are good, the breakfast also and the staff is very nice.

Conveniently located design hotel featuring fashion and some 60s style thematics. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast with quality local products, e. G. Local bakery treats, and a bar rich in interesting spirits so loved by mixologists. Very clean and cosy rooms. Most recommended experience equally for business travelers who love to feel the local aura, young couples exploring the world or families.

The Hotel is Near to the oldcity of duesseldorf. I had a room Near the reception with a big bed. The bed was very high but sleept the verY good. The breakfast was fine.

Location: I've staid in the hotel for two weeks in both their executive and standard room. The hotel is located in a lovely area with many shops, bars and restaurant. It isn't close to the city center but bus and rail are well connected in Duesseldorf and you can be where you want very easily. Quality & Facilities: The hotel itself is fairly modern, however the gym facilities are out of date. For business travellers it will also come as a disappointment that there is no room service, though due to the location one should not stay in the room anyway. Breakfast is great with a good selection of different juices, delicious bread and smoked salmon and cold meats and cheeses. The executive room is big and has a balcony. The bathroom is modern and clean and a decent size though not huge. The TV in the executive room was old fashioned while the TV in the standard room was a standard hotel flatscreen. I didn't like the single bed room. It felt cramped and old fashioned. Service: Overall I would recommend the hotel, not least due to its friendly service personnel and good breakfast.
