Very nice, clean and quiet room. Perfect for a weekend getaway or work trip. Parking is no hassle thanks to the garage. Great breakfast buffet and also very nice bar. Thanks to the subway station next to it you reach the entire city in no time.

On our first night at the hotel, someone broke into the room in the middle of the night, went through our wallets, and stole over 500 euro in cash. For about a day, we had no money to eat, so we had to buy a box of cereal as our only meal. The hotel staff were not particularly helpful beyond telling me to wait for the insurance to get back to them. After waiting one and a half weeks, there has been no indication of any reparatory actions by the hotel. This is apparently an incident that has happened multiple times in the past, and evidently nothing significant has been done to improve the security since then. A four star NH group hotel should be held to better standards — no guest should have to worry about their safety. I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel until this issue is figured out, as either the staff or a thief is targeting guests here.

Clean and tidy but the hotel needs renovation. Close to the central station and you can find free parking. There's a bunch of rabbits next to me.

Modern hotel located near the central station. Proved an ideal base for the Tour de France when it visited. Rooms aren't huge but aren't cramped either. Breakfast had an excellent selection of cooked and cold food. It's about a 35 minute walk to the proper centre but the U Bahn is just outside.

Beautiful reception hall, magnificent view over the city, partly bathroom with new shower tub, bright and clean.
Carpeted floors in the rooms and corridors have come in the years and the smell in the hallway and room is not very pleasant due to the poor air conditioning, however in the room it was possible to flip the window.

The Hotel was very good. Breakfast was very balanced, so everyone could eat something they like. The Rooms were also very clean and adequately equipped.

The hotel is nice and clean. The situation is also very good. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not go.

Full conference hotel in the city of Dusseldorf. The meeting rooms are fine and the service is also good. I was also satisfied with the furnishing of the room and the cleanliness was flawless. Depending on the location of the room, the high traffic noise load is a bit disturbing. The underground car park is also fine and allows quick access to the reception.

Great room, cheap and great service, my room it was a little bit hot… but okay.

Hotel — Overall Good value. The rooms are average but relatively spacious and well priced. The service quality varies dramatically from person to person. They have a good breakfast buffet as well as a nice bar at the lobby.

Was there for a business meeting — nice ambience, bar area is comfortable, food was tasty. Hotel parking (€2/hr) solved a big issue in Dusseldorf — where to park.

I just had a training there. Everything is well prepared. Only the food was not special.

We were on New Year's here for three days. Great service at the registration and at the bar. Nice room. Good facilities. Great breakfast.

My experiences were not so good… Rooms were OK, very spacious. The bathroom was very small. Very close to Central station. On the day of departure I waited 30 min to be able to check out! Supposedly because there was no cost transfer. At the end, after 30 minutes, the credit card was suddenly present in the system. This situation before and also after me had more guests.

Very comfortable and easy access by public transport to the Messe Düsseldorf and also to the city center and restaurants. Food is good as well. Reception people are nice. Breakfast is very good.

Loud ventilation, with the windows open, you have a lot of noise from the city. Horns, roars and dozens of vehicles, so it is advisable not to open. For showering, the bathtub is simply impractical. Breakfast was versatile, but fried food is either too much burnt or too little.

Was only there for a seminar. But it was ok for that. Parking garage for large cars extremely narrow.

Really a nice hotel. Room spacious and clean with nice deep soaking bath tub. Lobby modern and sleek. Seems to be in an OK location for checking out Düsseldorf. A little traffic noise out the window but not too bad. Good value.

The hotel overall is good. Rooms, staff etc. There's nothing wrong with that.
The breakfast is a double-edged sword in my opinion. The choice is great and delicious. But 22, €80 for breakfast is just too much.
Left my charging cable for my phone and knew exactly where I forgot it.
However, it was not found.
That has annoyed me a little. I do not know who is happy about it now, of course.

I would find the hotel very nice. Good location close to Central station. Nice rooms only recommended.

Overall ok. Good location near the underground (1' away) and train station (10' walk). The staff were nice. The rooms were large, but outdated. Bed conformable, but the pillows not so much. The ventilation is poor, and the air inlet is probably near a smoking area — we had a distinctive cigarette smoke when the air-conditioning was on. It was also much too hot and humid in the room. The whole lobby feels empty and prison-like, with no character. The whole hotel felt empty and lifeless. Overall the whole place lacks a distinctive touch, but pricewise it's fine. The sauna is tiny, and there's a small gym.

NH the way it should be! Completely satisfied. Would love to come back here when I'm nearby.

The hotel is near the Central Station, around 10 minutes by walk. The personal is really kind and helpful. Also, the hotel is so quiet.

Very Guggenheim styled foyer. Friendly staff. Only — ve is my room had a whiff of smoker about it.

Conveniently placed, right two steps from subway station. 30 minutes walking from historical Altstadt. Spacy and modern rooms, kind personnel. I do rekommend that hotel to anyone travelling to Dusseldorf.

Meeting room: Ample seating and free Wi-Fi. We were all well looked after.

Unfortunately not quite friendly bar staff, rooms not clean (small hairs and crumbs + incrustations at sink drain are not that tasty). For a night to stay just quick, it's OK. But I also have to say fairly that it is definitely cleaner than some hostel I was in. But nevertheless, I am not satisfied with the apparent standard of this hotel.

Front desk were very pleasant, the room was nice and spacious. Town centre was only a short walk away, or short taxi ride. Would recommend to a friend if they were visiting dusseldorf.

It's an OK hotel. The room is nice, the location is great. In some ways it seems to be a typical NH hotel (I was in another one in Belgium before) : Good, but nothing special. However, the breakfast is too expensive for what they offer and asking for extra money for faster Wi-Fi is not acceptable anymore in 2017.

Very close to Düsseldorf Central train station (10 min walk) and 2 minutes to Metro station. Good breakfast and very bad Wi-Fi in the room. I asked to be fixed, reset the nearest router and it worked for a couple of hours. The Wi-Fi in the lobby worked properly, along with the bar and restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Maria and Sofia. Congratulations. However, those who serve breakfast do it in very bad taste, bad face, arrogant and without desire.

The hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly and comfortable. Good breakfast I recommend it. The Basque girl at the reception, whose name I don't remember, a charm and very attentive. The only thing I could say is that the sheets were individual and I couldn't put them under the mattress.

WLAN code had to be picked up at the reception. It was not mentioned at the beginning. Phone in room did not work.
The room was very musty. The room was on the street and from half past six was not thinking of sleeping anymore. Unfortunately, this is not possible at all. Service at the front desk didn't even ask if everything was OK.

Hotel with every comfort pity that from the train station The walking distance is not recommendable in the evening.

Great hotel, rooms and service. Very close to metro station. Cafe-restaurant could be better. Very good breakfast.

Reasonable chain hotel. Restaurant closes too early, before advertised time. Unless, perhaps, you have booked.

Four star hotel you deserve good breakfast spacious rooms.

Adequate. Not the most interesting of locations. Title of "city" is pushing it. City is a little further away. This is the sleepy part of town. Expect a 30 minute walk to the city center.

The other one is better, although farther from center. Small and old-fashioned conference rooms here.

Nice and big rooms. There is a small gym. In case you want to go outdoors, there is a beautiful park just besides the hotel. You have nice breakfast options. Great variety of cheese and cereals… Just loved the breakfast… The best part… You get early bird breakfast from 4 am. Perfect for people you have an early flight to catch…

Very nice Hotel, but a little pricey given the services offered. Great candies in reception.

Its a awful service. Roims aircons dosent work and we were given a pedistal fan to keep cool. No technical department on site. Who wants to stay in a rubbish hotel like that. Poor service.

Not outstanding, eigtl only 3 points for rooms and facilities… Ordinary tourist hotel, due to location and really fast Premium Internet also business travelers can feel comfortable However no real noise protection window… Breakfast NH is typical really highly recommended for non hotel guest.

I'm not really satisfied, this hotel doesn't match the expectations I had of NH Hotels. — Checkin procedure takes very long because they require every guest to fill in a complete form. Never had this before in any other NH Hotel or other hotel in Germany. — One curtain in my room was too short, so I woke up early in full day light. After making a complaint about this at checkout the only reaction was "we will inform housekeeping, besides this you had a good stay? ". No understanding of the problem at all. — Breakfast buffet is with 24, 90 euros way too expensive for what you get. — Bathrooms are outdated for this type of hotel. The only positive point is that you can request a free late checkout on Sundays (till 17.00).

Very good hotel, the personnel was professional and friendly. The hotel has an impressive lobby. The rooms were big, very good beds but very soft pillows. The bathrooms were clean but to small, the toilet was very low. Also the shower was in a bathtub with a showering curtain, not very hygienic. In general a very positive experience, but some details are up for improvement.

Unfortunately, not-so-great NH Hotel. It is already noticeable and visible in the years to come. The Breakfast is for the performance it delivers is clearly too expensive. The rooms are ok, and here and there are technical and structural defects present. Everything would still be tolerable, but the WORST is yet to come… We were on a long weekend in the said NH Hotel. Our room went to the Rear out with a view to a beautiful small Park. As we at 11 o'clock for Breakfast, came back and something for us in the room lockermachen wanted to, we heard the loud, aggressive screams from the Park. I looked out the window and saw approx 40-50 black Africans, fought with, played football and had a barbecue. It was not a neat, cultural Meet. Rather, it was a criminal, assoziales Negerkonglomerat, which is regularly on weekends and public holidays in this Park havoc. Every few minutes we were able to observe, such as cars, to the Park went before, where small packet against the banknotes were exchanged. Then, when I took my phone out of the window holding to get this black Bustle to photograph, I was very vilely insulted and threatened. I was at the hotel management complained and demanded that the Drive halted. I was then explained that the Park is open to the public and does not belong to the Hotel. So I called the police themselves and explained my observations. It took 10 minutes to 4 patrol cars came. Immediately began 15 Negroes, for their lives to run…

Positive: good food, Central location, conference rooms, gym negative: cleanliness in the ordinary area, willingness to communicate of some employees.

Very extensive Breakfast buffet and delicious lunch buffet. Rooms are ok and clean.

Great apart from the parking x bus however great.

Positive: With the U-Bahn (Station right next to Hotel) in about 5 minutes in the center (3 stops). Great Breakfast, nice staff, nice Lobby. Negative: The curtain in the room was too short, i. E. Early in the morning it was much too bright.
