Zimmer war im Dachgeschoss, daher etwas warm und stickig. War alles sauber, ansonsten gab es weder etwas zu beanstanden noch etwas besonders hervorzuheben.

Hotel was good. The breakfast not so much.

Rooms were very clean and ours was quite big. We had a fridge, TV and decent beds. The breakfast was done by two very kind women and was very good for the price!

Zimmer wasn't clean at all. On the Sheet were still hair from the Predecessor. The Bathroom was not cleaned … Lime and Soap Leftovers everywhere. I don't want to start From the Toilet in the first place! It smelled very much of Runoff and in the Room it was very warm. A single Outlet in a Triple room! The Curtains were yellow and had Holes …
The Window hasn't been cleaned in a long time … It was really an Imposition!
Breakfast was ok. The only positive Thing was the friendly woman at the Reception!
I Would like to give no Star at all …

So the Location close to the Highway may be good, but it's already noisy.
Throughout the Hotel there is a lack of Interest in making the Experience pleasant for the Guest.
On our 4 Bed room There was an Outlet and 2 working Bed Lamps?!
Otherwise, the Room was seemingly clean.
The Bang was the Breakfast Staff, so unmotivated and bruised I haven't seen a Hotel Staff for a long time.
Even the Breakfast itself consisted more of pre-packaged eating and complete unintress.
The Coffee was the Horror!

Poor staff have booked a room was personally there to cancel it works says it will not be charged and this morning I see that it was debited. The reasoning is that the boss wanted it so although it was agreed that it would not be debited. Motto Customer is king is not valid at this hotel.

Hotel basic, poorly equipped room and deserves a refreshing. Not enough curtains to hide the outside light. Unworthy breakfast for a rate of €98 per night. The 2 stars are only for the proximity of the tram and for the good restaurants that we found in the vicinity. I advise against this price.

Not bad hotel. The room are not so big, but it was not so bad overall. At first, I was afraid of the noise because my room was located near the main street, but it was no problem at all. The breakfast were huge and delicious.

Several things in the room were broken, some places on the exterior wall were moist, the bed linen smelled uncomfortable. Breakfast was included in the price; But unfortunately not good quality. The fridge stank.
Easy access to public transport. TV worked. Service was also nice. And a modern high-tech elevator (why not put the money in renovation?!? ). Overall, the negative aspects prevail. I didn't feel comfortable. Not portable for a three star hotel. What a pity.

For one night I occupied a small, very quiet room. It was clean, warm and seemed fresh. The bathroom was also clean. In the morning a good breakfast buffet, a perfect start to the day. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in good quality. Parking is available in limited numbers at the house. I am happy to return here.

Service members very nice. Room equipment leaves something to be desired. Towels e. G. Frayed, big jump in the sink, many spots on the carpet, cover for light switches missing. Since the breakfast is just as good as on the last visit it travels out a lot. We are just here to sleep anyway and the bed is comfortable.

Cruel, not nice service at the reception. No card payment is possible under €150th. Shower was totally calcified, sinks leaking so the floor in the bathroom was completely wet. The breakfast rooms are so small that there was no room for two people left and we had to eat the not exactly lavishly failing breakfast in the room. No recommendation!

To call it hotel is perhaps already too pretentious. The only value are the rooms quite spacious but otherwise scary! … It's definitely better around. Not to mention the prices applied during the trade fairs period… You pass quietly from 40 to 250 euros per night…

Very, Very basic hotel in a strange area. Definitely not a bisiness hotel. Credit Cards not accepted if you stay one night only.

Not clean hotel, very noisy, no Wi-Fi, cold room, bad smell in the bathroom, you cannot pay with card for less that 150 euro but a good basic breakfast # not recommended.

Das Hotel war sehr günstig. Für den Preis war das Frühstück sehr umfangreich und auch das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage war nicht zentral aber für den Preis gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Stained bedding. Mine even with 4 holes! Not nice. 1 star is also too much.

Heating in room 110 smoked so loud that was not to think of sleep. In addition, poorly patched holes on the walls and in the base area of the carpet grey dirt rim. I wrote a friendly mail to the hotel management. So far, zero reaction.

Real nice and helpfull people, the hotel is real comfortable, nice and roomy.

I have informed the administrator before, that my plane landed very late and I can reach the hotel only after 1.00 AM. The administrator said that everything is OK with this and the hotel is opened 24 hours. Me and my wife, we were at the hotel at 3.15, but the hotel was closed and the light was off everywhere in the hotel. We knocked the front hotel door, we called to reception — nobody answered and opened us the door. We spend the rest of our night at the fast food opposite to the hotel, but they worked only till 4 o'clock, so we moved to the nearest petrol station. Thank you for the most awful night in my life. Don't trust this hotel ever! So disappointed! PS. If You come at night we recommend to stay at cozy petrol station opposite to the hotel Lorien. The service there is much better.

Good place for few night. Good breakfast. Shops 100m ALDI, REWE, TOYrUS etc.

For budget accommodation, this is really a fine place. No, it's not fancy. But the bed was comfortable and the room was basic and clean. It met my needs and expectations and was better, in my one experience, than some other reviews suggested. Parking on site was quite limited, though. Finding area parking since their few spots were filled was a definite annoyance.

First, the positive: The Hotel has a few Parking spaces in front of the house and a garage! From there to the Hotel can be reached only via a ring! The best part of our stay was the Breakfast, although the best was mediocre. The coffee is not tasty at all! The room was the purest disaster! Broken and dirt everywhere you looked. In the shower was mold, the shower head you had to hold in the Hand, the shower doors were broken and on the outflow of read left. The mirror had seen better days. No hooks for towels available. The toilet seat had already lost its color! In the hallway there was a poorly cobbled together outlet! Here, too, no hooks for Jackets. The beds were much too soft and below look I didn't dare in the first place! The Curtain has almost fallen down. The provided glasses were dirty! Fortunately, we had to spend only one night there! Never again!

Good location for stay in Cologne. Great Breakfast and cheap prices. The old town is easy to reach with the Tram.

Well, I don't know where to start. I gave one star for 24 hours available check in (precisely, after 2pm) and few parking lots in front of the hotel. I could bear the room's old fashioned interiors and lack of amenities such as slippers. But there were two or three hairs on the washstand. Isn't it one of the basics for hotels, keeping cleanness of a restroom? Anyway, even until this point I was not going to leave a review for this hotel. The most unpleasant thing has occurred when I was going to check out from the hotel. I tried to pay the money with my credit card, but it was prohibited by an unfriendly employee at the front desk. He said that they accept only cash for paying less than 150 euro "due to the hotel policy". What kind of hotel policy prevents guests for paying with a credit card? As I didn't have cash at that time, I had to withdraw some money from an ATM which was at a gas station across the street. This was totally unpleasant experience and I wouldn't go there again in my life.

The room is loud, both Windows and a window directly to the street, a feeder road to the motorway, i. E. The on-ramp to A 3 only a few feet away. The rooms and the shower are dirty, partially covered with mold. For Allergy sufferers, absolutely unsuitable. The Breakfast is another disaster, the coffee is served in a total of filthy jugs. Cleanliness, Service and Breakfast leave something to be desired. Furniture a little worn. Also, the location is beautiful and there are certainly nicer places in Cologne.

Only on the phone you say that you have enough room, then when you arrived, you say that you have no room. The is last. Never Again.

The room can be to desired because there was hardly any daylight … das window went into the Hall and everyone could look inside… the breakfast was the purest bust no buns were made up and the lady who made the service was fairly unfriendly and has 10 minutes earlier despite sitting guests finished breakfast and just cleared everything!

The room was reasonably, but not comparable to a Best Western Standard. You should, however, aware of the fact that the Hotel is right on a main road and 200 meters in a straight line to the A3. Breakfast was ok. For this, the Service was underground. The reception was apparently more important to phone as the line in front of the switch to operate. In spite of correct reimbursement through my employer, I had the Hotel pay — although my employer has informed, that the costs are correctly present. Would the Hotel not again book.

I had a training session in Cologne booked the hotel. Am a week before it got sick, then I cancelled. Had to still pay! no response from the hotel to get. The seem to be very sorely needed! customer service is zero! I can only advise from!

Very comfortable rooms with beautiful furniture.
