Very few parking places. No acces to floor 5 with elevator. No ventilation in rooms, excessif warm. Goog location.

This is the worst hotel I have ever met. The front desk service is terrible. When you respond some problems, the hotel doesn’t try to solve them, but they just say that they can do nothing. The hotel is not equipped with air conditioner, so the room is very hot. At night, it’s too hot to sleep in summer. The hotel doesn’t provide electrical fan, and they told me that my friend and I are very “lucky” because we don’t live on the fifth floor where is hotter! What a ridiculous response. Since we can’t sleep well because of the poor facility of the hotel, and checked out in advance, which made me lose a lot of money. To sum up, the hotel is where the boss just want to make money, but provide poor service!

Pretty hotel, room suitable for the price. The breakfast was varied, for everyone. Disadvantages were the warmth in the room and the noise from outside. Well suited for people without a car, as very close to the center, thus great connection to public transport. The staff was very friendly.

Good location, on warm days something noisy through the party posse. Hotel is ok. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi reception didn't work at all.

I stayed with my son for 2 nights at the Conti. 1st night in a room overlooking the courtyard. Have then moved to a room on the 5th floor with a balcony to the street. This room was much better. It goes without saying that it is still in Cologne in the Innestadt in the evening. Due to the high outdoor temperatures, it was very warm in the room. Breakfast is OK. Rooms were clean. For this price and this location absolutely OK.

We were very pleased with our stay at Centro Hotel Conti. The hotel is located in the beautiful Belgian Quarter with its numerous small shops and restaurants. The connection to the Cologne centre is also very good, you only need 20 minutes on foot or you take the metro.
The hotel itself is certainly not a high-end luxury hotel, but really good, solid and affordable. The beds were very comfortable, it was all clean and the rooms were cleaned daily, and all the staff were always friendly. Breakfast was included in the price and really delicious and rich.
Our conclusion: We had a really great time here and like to come back!

The rooms are not air conditioned and the one facing the street are quite noisy, they are not well insulated. Breakfast could be improved although the deal is pretty good.

High price for a value. Good localization in nice and crowdy district. Very poor and basic rooms.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, even if they could not meet our needs. Since we had a room on the street, it was too noisy for us and the hotel was fully booked due to the large fitness fair, so we could not move to another room. We had a double room and got our beds apart, where we had a lot of dust that seemed to have accumulated for a long time under the beds. The very friendly gentleman at the reception could not come up to the room and suck the many dust fluffs as he was alone. Since we were only there one night, however, this did not bother us, because the room was completely well maintained. As we mentioned before, what was only very unfortunate at night was the volume from the street outside and the people celebrating Rumschreienden, and that the hotel was very noisy. A plus was the breakfast which was very well arranged, but as far as everything was expected from a mid-class hotel breakfast.

A good and reasonably priced hotel for a city trip to Cologne.
Breakfast was adequate for the price range. Great location. Staff was friendly and also a place in the underground garage we could get hold of.
The room was fine. The mirror could have been streak-free, but I'm already very petty.

The room we had was very tiny, which was fine with us as we didn't spend a lot of time there. For me the bathroom was really too small. I did not feel very comfortable in there when the door was closed. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked therfore it was not possible to get another room. Maybe the rooms are biger if booked with a double-bed. Our room was not very noisy as the window was facung the inner court. Breakfast was good for its price. The location was very good! Tram station is nearby. Just next to the hotel is a small restaurant. All in all I might book the hotel again if I'd get a room with a bigger bathroom.

Enough for a weekend getaway! The rooms are clean and the staff nice. Breakfast is good, there was always something of everything there.

Incredibly unprofessional staff, no service, communication difficulties to book a room as well by phone as by mail. To flee.

Very good hotel in Centrum of Cologne. Recommended for excursions in Cologne city centre and for the carnival in Cologne, 3 stops in the direction of the city centre. The rooms are clean, tidy. Bathrooms are very well equipped.

Pls avoid the place! Real category 1 Star hotess.

The hotel is very central… The noise level should be calculated at the booking. The property and equipment have been in the years and meet the purpose of an inexpensive Übrnachtungsmöglichkeit. The single rooms are usually angled, the furnishings are merely to be considered functional. The bathrooms are still OK and were always clean with me.
Breakfast is simple but rich, the breakfast room very spartan.
In the house there is WLAN available, but in my last two visits is in fact useless.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
There are hardly any better hotels in this location in Cologne for the average overnight prices of about 80 euros!

A hotel in a central location.
The room is rather spartan. A single room has a bed which is habwegs OK, a desk and a chair.
In the bathroom there is a toilet, a sink and a shower.
In the shower at least one door lacked the rubber lip for the sealing to the bathtub edge of the shower, which causes the water to penetrate through this slot between the shower door and the rim of the bathtub outside. (comes in several rooms)
The floor in the bathroom is flowing, where the joints are no longer present.
In the entrance area the condition of the hotel is also reflected, where a large part of the skirting strip is missing.
The room is very clean. Doors popping, conversations in the next room and in the hallway are good to be enjoyed.
This also affects the street noise.
The positive thing is that the staff are mostly nice.
The hotel is supposed to have 3 stars?!

Awful! Avoid at all costs! Staff unhappy, unfriendly, indiferent… carpets dirty, poor breakfast.

Check in and check out OK beds too soft, strange hair found on the pillow floor dirty and spotty, room too small and the breakfast selection was also very mau for a hotel since I have more choice at home.

There is an elevator even if it doesn't come to the top floor, but it's okay.
At the reception there are people who speak Italian as well as Italian!
The room was well furnished and the bathroom was very tidy.
The breakfast anyway is a show… Every Well of God!

As a city hotel absolutely okay. Breakfast nothing special but adequate. Room clean and spacious. Beds old and Knarzig. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Small rooms Excellent cleanliness.

Rooms are fine if you just need an acceptable place to stay, but is essentially a dorm room (for my single room). Reception staff are fantastic and were able to answer all my questions. However, there were parties and really loud music that permeated the room until 3am every night, even in the middle of the week. Wi-Fi was good, bathroom was spacious, bed was ok, shower needed maintenance. Overall, perfectly adequate.

Affordable, clean and well located. If beds where more comfortable I would add a star.

The only two things I missed were airco and a 2nd key from the room.

The service is good. And the food is good too.

Beautiful hotel, 5 minutes walk from the Rudolfplatz with very good connections to S — and u-Bahn, located in the immediate vicinity of the Aachen pond and directly in the Belgian quarter with many scene bars, pubs, discos. Here is always something happening ;)
The rooms of the hotel are all clean, if somewhat in the years to come. The staff is very friendly and tried to allow for much for the guest. The bathrooms are very small but clean and functional.
Important: Not all rooms have a table/desk. Therefore when booking indicate that you would like to have a room with a table (if needed…)

Good Drinks and kind staff.

The hotel is situated in the Belgian quarter — close to the city centre, but also surrounding there is plenty to see.
The rooms are not bad, more practical, but very clean, especially the bathroom! But our beds were awful, extremely location and quite old-fashioned with feather pillows and cover.
For the breakfast was very nice, scrambled eggs, bacon, various bread and rolls, very much cereal and fruit did not lack.
The underground parking was also very good, although the entrance is very small — it fits but, don't worry! ;)
If the beds would be renewed, I would come back definitely!

Rooms are older, lack of electrical outlets, lamp broken, duscschlauch also broken. Central location, good price. Many bars surrounding.

Nice staff, the rooms are very clean and appropriately furnished, good Breakfast, price-performance ratio is right the ideal connection to the Rhein-Energie-stadium and city centre at the next concert happy again.
