I spent some good time here, price and quality standart is great.

Had a room in the backyard, I wouldn't have dared to rent it out. The inventory was from bulky waste. Never again this hotel.

Very pleasant, small Hotel with nice Staff and clean Room. And Climbing Stairs keeps you sporting;)

Nice Reception at the Reception, Rooms were neat and clean.
If you need a simple and clean Room for a few Nights in Cologne, you are very well lifted out here.

From the outside we didn't expect the interior of this hotel to be so surprising! Only drawback, I had to strip the TV cable cleanly to be able to receive more than one transmitter.

Small Hotel, fair prices. The stars are appropriate. The service and friendliness was very good though.
Cleanliness of the beds was good the bathroom was not overly great but well equipped. A hair dryer can be rented at the reception. Free Wi-Fi.

The room was small but clean. The breakfast was delicious and adequate.

It's a pity you can't distribute negative stars. The supposedly freshly refurbished room was mega dirty. On the sofa quite a lot of hair and mega disgusting stains on the Persian carpet. The beds were horrible. We kept it in the room for a whole five minutes and then left it as soon as possible. The hotel owners thought it would be their best room and found it OK that the receptionist made fun of us. You will find a room with lots of foreign hair not bad either. Since we had to pay the room in advance we wanted to have the 10% guaranteed in writing again which one gets if you do not take the room. Then a woman came in and claimed we had already sat on the beds and pulled out the sheets. Of course, that's not true. I can only warn against booking in this hotel.

Room on third floor oriented towards quiet backyard — perfect. Room clean, bathroom ok. Would I recommend it? Yes. For your money you get equal value.

Make sure that you have the price in written as end price otherwise they will always try to add the city tax which is 5%

Location decent but far from most of the main attractions. Quadruple room is spacious but has some flaws because of it's in the attic.

Pro's great service, huge triple room, lovely breakfast. Comfortable bed, good value for money. Con's no on site parking so it took awhile to find a space although the staff where very helpful. Bathroom is functional however it is very small. Recommended. Got such a good night's sleep!

Access to the top rooms is really dangerous ==> feeder. The seat cushions are battered and hint of bacon. The TV is broken. Breakfast should be there from 7 h 00, but still far to 7h 00, all doors were locked. Conclusion: never again!

Terrible Hotel, no reception, rooms old and ugly, Wi-Fi free but not working, what they call the Garden Room, it's like a box for horses. The staff does not know anything, the Chief is never found. During Anuga show, I paid 160 euros per night. A real steal.
