Review of Hyatt Regency Köln 5*

Admittedly, we had decided to pull us for the Celebration of our wedding first (and without other Alternatives should be considered) for the Schloss hotel Bensberg. However, after some serious and partly disappointing to planning difficulties, we decided to look around us for Alternatives and have a chance on the Hyatt Hotel in Cologne to the attention of. We were fascinated from the beginning of the Location, and in retrospect, we must say that everything was much better than we could imagine. From the beginning, we were accompanied by very friendly and knowledgeable, they took time for us and stood by us with advice and assistance always on hand. The planning and execution of the event was very professional. Even if we had expected from a five star hotel very much, were more than exceeded our expectations. There were certainly times here and there, some (very small) misunderstandings, which, however, were vacated by our contact person immediately and far more than expected, out of the way. A pleasing surprise, we were also coordinated by the staff on the evening of the event, numerous but still amazing and, in addition, extremely friendly and polite to us and our guests. We look back, even with friends this evening, and was truly (and without exception) the most beautiful night of our lives.
