Was a super great stay large rooms we always eat super good friendly staff always happy to return.

Clean, modern rooms and wonderful service. The breakfast is one of the best Hotel breakfasts I've had in Germany, and the Relax restaurant inside the hotel has delicious food. A very comfortable place to stay.

Good place to stay for a few days. You can easily walk towards Innenstadt. Good breakfast, large room.

I am completely satisfied. Both the rooms were very tidy and the staff was very accommodating. All rooms were well air-conditioned in hot weather. The food at the bar evening was also excellent. Happy to return!

Lovely hotel, with professional and welcoming staff. Spotlessly clean throughout, very convenient location for trains/airport public transport and a short 15 to 20 minute walk to the old town and cathedral etc. Didn't have breakfast here, so can't comment, however, would book this great hotel again when on another visit to Cologne. Thoroughly enjoyed my 60th birthday treat from my daughter staying at the Mercure Hotel.

The rooms have already seen better times. Dirty carpets, unpleasant smell from the bathroom. If you can look past it, expect a first-class breakfast and very friendly staff.

Was very positively surprised and had a great room. The staff at the reception were very friendly, the breakfast buffet is very plentiful. Price/performance have been absolutely fit. A bit confusing I found the signage in the corridors — had run me several times. You could optimize a lot with little effort.

I've been to the hotel this week. The hotel is good… I can't say the same about the reception. We are a couple of 65 years… we cobraqron 700 euros of bail by formalizing the entry. I wasn't giving credit to what happened. I called the agency and said it was all paid for… I went back to reception and I was reaffirmed that it was in case I broke or drank something at the hotel. I could not understand that the money I had charged and told me that I devolverian it when I left, let me dance the visa so already with a friend who knows English claim the money. These amounts are not to be received as bail. Or take the money out of the notebook this way. No receipt. And denying at the time of the claim that I had been charged, I have the phone notice that had done the operation of charge.

A four star that, in my opinion, does not deserve this qualification. Almost all turíIstico points of interest are about 15 mn on foot. The rooms are quiet. The cleanliness of the rooms is better.

Our stay at this hotel was great. It is situated next to the subway and there is a car park underneath, so you can leave your car here and do everything with the public transport. The staff is really friendly and helped us with every question or request. Breakfast is great aswell, with some choices of warm meals. Rooms are clean and big enough. Great hotel!

It does not have a bus parking nearby and getting there with a group is a drama. Work in progress always present on the outside. Absolutely not recommended to groups.

The breakfast at the hotel is very expensive. Moreover, far too little choice compared to other hotels in the four star area. Positive is definitely to be assessed that the buffet has always been replenished and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Rooms are nice though a bit dusty. The bathroom is very small. The train station is a good 20 min. To run.

Well located hotel to celebrate carnival. Got a pretty big room with a terrace. The sauna and fitness room are nothing special but at least existent.

Until 2 o'clock at night, it was celebrated here in the lobby. The reception is of course not reachable. An elevator that doesn't work. The cleaning is in the morning from 8 o'clock every 10min in the room. Carpet and curtains dirty. How can this hotel seriously have 4 stars?

Friendly staff, good, fresh food. Is close to the city centre. The rooms are furnished with everything necessary.

Located just next to the u-bahn, excellent for travelling to koelnmesse for exhibition. It is located slightly outside the main shopping and dining area, but still reachable by foot or few stops via subway ride. Staff are extremely polite, but there are usually only 2 open reception, so at busy times, there is a short queue. Very clean, spacious, modern room. Water heater and pressure is great. Really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is located just outside the old town which can be easily reached on foot or by the nearby subway. I had asked for a quiet room and was very happy with my courtyard facing room on the third floor. I could even sleep with a tilted window. The staff at the reception and bar were very friendly. I can't say anything about the menu because I didn't use it. Conclusion: My next Cologne excursion I will choose this hotel again.

Excellent hotel. Just clarify that it's a bit out of the way from the city center. Walking 10 minutes by pedestrian you will reach the cathedral of the city.

It's a great hotel. Large, spacious, clean rooms. A quality bathroom. There are channels in Russian language. Very good breakfast. The city centre is easily accessible on foot in 15 minutes. For those who do not like to walk — the subway is 50 meters from the entrance. Of the cons — a weak signal WI-FI.

The hotel is in a great location, 10minuti on foot and 2fermate by bus from the Haumarkt, where the Christmas markets are located, and 5 minutes from the Chocolate Museum. The rooms are clean and tidy every day; The only thing to do is to have a small towel. The staff at the reception and the bar is very friendly.

Fine hotel. Nice personnel. Good breakfast. Not even 10 min walk to centre. Only downside was the noise of the U-bahn. However you get used to it after first night.

Good hotel with friendly service and varied breakfast offer. Cologne's centre is easily reached by foot or by tram, subway or bus. The sauna area is small but clean and also offers some lounge chairs. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

Also with platinum status, the Mini bar is not free! Parking place very comfortable in underground garage.

It's actually a 3 star (but it costs like a good 4 stars in Spain), the common areas are OK, the breakfast is very good but it costs €19, the rooms are a reasonable size but the décor is a bit spartan, the carpet is screaming for a cam Bio and the bathroom is small, the best thing is that it is 15 minutes walk from the cathedral.

Very nice hotel and a short walk to the centre and cathedral. Hotel was very nice and staff were great. Rooms were great and bed was comfortable. As always with Germany, you are expected to make your own bed! Only negative is the time it takes to check in and check out, which is ridiculously long.

To be ignored in a 4 star hotel at the hotel bar at moderate operation is unusual for me.
I lost interest after 45 minutes and went back without a drink.

The hotel is very good, not so close also not so far away from the city center. The room is actually good, except for the bathroom, it was not so really clean and did not smell so good.
The bed is a matter of taste, I find the mattress too soft for my liking, but that's no reason for the poor rating.

I stayed here during Drupa 2016. Friendly, clean, good breakfast, located near the central station (just a few bus stop), within walking distance from train station and relatively large rooms. Recommended for business visitors.

The room was very clean and we'll kept. Breakfast was great and dinner was very tasty (although dinner was not included). Free parking was very useful, and you are walking distance away from the cathedral. The only problem that I had was that the original room had been smoked in, however; they immediately gave me a new room. Overall very good service and food.

Room was modern and clean. Bathroom was nog enough for one but not for two at the same time. The hotel itself was very good and friendly. Would've liked a swimming pool but we knew it wasn't there so not that bad. As conclusion I would say too everyone go if you want to be close to Köln and like a nice hotel.

Nice comfortable hotel rooms. The superior rooms have a balcony, nice if the weather allows the use.

Location has a good number of amenities and conveniences near it but is quite a distance from the train station. It is near the main shopping areas. Rooms are quite large by European standards and are well set up.

Pretty clean, terrace in almost all the rooms. Very very noisy ventilation (always a muffled sound of duct of ventilation to the 4 corners of the buildings)

Nice modern hotel, inviting bright and spacious. Also the restaurant area is very nicely decorated and the food was super delicious.
Breakfast unfortunately not more fresh was varied and good, some rolls, but otherwise everything tasted good.
Unfortunately, my friend and I were disappointed by the bed. The pillows and the bed were very uncomfortable and we slept poorly.
The fitness area was also very spärrlich. (Only a few cardio machines).
