Do not go there! Food is terrible. Drinks (apfelschorle) was diluted with water. Cesar salat was with sweet corn made from the rest found in kithen. And! Waiter tried to cheat! He said we have to pay service fee.! This master mind pointed to Mwst amount in check (VAT in English) and asked to pay extra 8 euros. I regret I did not call police. He asked to pay 58 euros even check was for 50.

Restaurant: You are lured by the waiters and persuaded to stay, but then let wait a long time at the table. We ate pizza, which was ok, but also nothing special. Time and again long wait for reordered drinks/bill, as one is only trying to reach people on the way to get all the tables full.

The staff was very rude. No smile on your face, no demand if the food tastes good or if you want something else and the beer was warm! Nor was the food the best.
Money people.

Dont even go to the hotel here it is the worst hotel ever the beds are broken the showers are broken the pillows on the beds are bad and it costs a lot but I recommend to go to a other hotel because this hotel is the worst.

This was the most Bad Restaurant did I eat and Drink in my life, and the staff was very unfriendly. We paid to much for a Bad Spaghetti meal, Beer was warm. Never again! If the food would be for free I would also not come back!

Cocktail was delicious. And dessert too. The location is great. Can't track the reviews. Waiter was nice, too.

The worst Margherita Cocktail in the World for me! This Eatery is really not recommended! Overall, it looks like the Cocktails contain little to no Alcohol — others are already sufficiently reporting about the Staff.

We were there on Saturday food.
I have never experienced anything unopened.
On the glass there was still the lipstick from the predecessor and when we asked for a new glass you would also look at it in a skewed way.
My food only came when the others were already done eating. I was not allowed to cancel it any more.

Little bedroom, double bed. After a good partynight, could get good sleep, good windows. Many eat and drink possibilities. Very good center situation, riverside room. Not a luxury hotel but the staff was really friendly and helped a lot (parking! Thx)

I was lucky, was only 1 ant in the food… You should read the reviews before.

Unfortunately absolutely not recommended. Desolate room, exposed power cable, smoky indoor climate, no air conditioning, shower only droplets and very noisy. General condition of the house borderline. If you are not artisans please keep your fingers off of this relegated.

I wonder why there are Samsung? The room's double bed sunken did not change, the traveling night wants to sleep good some not to be possible, the pillow's cotton is a piece of block.

Iced tea is sold as 0, 3 and 0, 2.
Type is mega rude. Famiy was filthy… looked after Popel.
Please avoid the shop.

A case for the health Department! Unfortunately not at all recommended, the Klöse and fries were raw, the sauces disgusted by the consistency, the salad taste neutral, the waiters rude, the boss roars in front of guests his workers, the toilets totally filthy. Despite complaint of the food we were forced to pay everything.

We were there today and the food was very poor, the Tin Woodman Steak was cold and half through. The salad was ordinary and nothing special from the taste only bad. The waiter was very rude and even angemotzt me because I wanted to pay and he was not responsible for me. We never go there again, we paid 38 euros, that was 37 too much. Never again.

I haven't eaten so badly in a long time. My wife and I were there yesterday and we were sitting outside and looking forward to a delicious meal.
Apart from the fact that the waiter was rude, the food was also just bad.
We first received a small plate of pizza buns with garlic dipping sauce. The buns were obviously baked by the disco under (you could see the dividing points) and partly burned.
My wife had an knuckle that looked funny and was not edible.
I had a grill plate. The Kassler was dry like a shoe sole and the poultry looked like it had been put together the last remnants that could not be recycled otherwise. The beef and pork was edible.
The orange juice served looked and tasted like the cheap orange nectar from the Tetrapack.
All in all, the whole food worked like a leftover recovery.
Since the waiter when we ended up returning half back not even asked if it tasted, I assume that he knew perfectly well that the crap was what he served.
The whole thing for about 45 euros.
I very much regret that we did not get up as the food came up immediately and have gone.

Foods a bit weak but they have lovely service.

1 star is still too much.
Dirty plates, rotting salads, and sauces had the consistency of a mash.
From our place we had to look at how ice cubes and lemon slices were served with the rinsing hands for Aperol and other drinks, without spoons or hands washing. Our criticism of the food was simply ignored.

"Toasty" dont call it schnitzel was the motto of our visit yesterday noon… our Järgerschnitzel was breaded and similar to the above product, simply unpalatable, fries were floury and semi-crude. You can warm up something positive ready-made sauces, but that's it, too! Ice cubes and lemons were filled with hands in the jars… so people ordered Aperol without ice cubes! We tried to complain, but this was taken by the waiter with a smile! This kunibert never sees us again!

Food was not particularly tasty. Salad extremely sour, pizza rolls very dry, Tzaziki taste neutral, spare ribs little crispy. The service was very helpful. Two stars because it was reasonably priced. However, despite low expectations, it is rather disappointing.

Fast service, but outrageous prices & medium quality. €50 for a grill plate for 2 persons with a maximum 300gr of meat. It was neither high quality nor sufficient. To the question "has it tasted? /was everything all right? "We have noted this and have been treated directly insolently.

Horrible service! The waiter is rude and screams at customers. Do not recommend! Bad service!

No air-conditioning or ventilation whatsoever. Instead, cleaning ladies leave the room doors open to corridors in daytime without any supervision — even though customers' belongings are in the rooms. Beds are very old and noisy. Spiderwebs in the corners of the breakfast room and why used dirty coasters at each breakfast table? This location would justify much better quality hotel. The owner should hire someone to take a fresh look at the hotel and point out lots of small things to be corrected. Before that I can't recommend this hotel.

Not to be recommended! Had a simple breakfast! Old cheese, old sausage, vegetables sliced the day before! Unmotivierter, unfriendly, unpleasant waiter! And the cherry on the cake: waiter argues loudly with the guests, so that all get with it and moreover urges others to express the opinion! Disastrous!

I was gestern18.07.15 with two Girlfriends nasty Kunibert, the Shop makes its name all the honor! The waiter schnauzten each other in front of the guests at the next table guests complained about the bad food then 10 minutes, according to has been discussed. Also the kitchen was overwhelmed! My girlfriend wanted to Rumpsteaks like well-done and got it Medium. Unfortunately, you haven't even complain because the waiter her no attention bestowed. My Chanterelle cream sauce was very tight. The receipt we had to still myself apart to be expected since it was not possible for everyone to be eating at your own cost. It was us only the total amount submitted. Before we get to the Restaurant left, we all went again to the toilet and it was just disgusting, wet paper on the ground is no possibility of the hands dry. Once and never again.

Such a bad Service I have never experienced! As a "salad" as it was marked in the map, it gave at the end of a "Salatblättchen". Worst place we have seen and visited. Bad quality of the food and no worth for the price. Would suggest to skip.

Our room was very small, so that only a 140 cm bed with a very, very soft mattress fits in there. Really more of a single room. Overall, the Hotel is very in the years to come. With the window open went to sleep because of the gastronomy in front of the Hotel not. It was until late in the night very loud. This is the location on the Rhine and the old town is great and the staff is friendly.

This Restaurant was not for me. We have then only a table in it (since it has been raining) — close to 10 minutes, the waiter came and said that we now sit outside. The Appetizer (goulash soup) was underground and had not had a real goulash soup. The Pizza has me not even tasted.

The Restaurant: not at all. The waiters make rude remarks. Clap the plate just on the table. Just Touristenabfertigung. The kitchen: The Pizza labberig and tasteless and too oily. The Carpaccio: have never had a worse. And: the olive oil (on the table) was rancid! Maybe it helps, a little salt, so the pizza rolls not only with the delicious Milramquark to "enjoy". Hotel: No answer, because not not inhabited.

We were in the Restaurant are very nice and friendly served. The waiter had a really good mood and fun. I visit the Store for more than 20 years. Earlier, it was really great there. Now swarms the waiter to tourists ask the restaurant to come. I was now a couple of years is no longer there, and returned there again to Bahia Cocktail to drink. The large glasses of the last few years for this Cocktail, there are not more, it is for the same price, only in smaller glasses served. I was today (15.12.2013) with my girlfriend to eat there. (Not in a Hotel but in the restaurant business to the Rhine, which, as the name has and probably is) The Hotel itself, I evaluate not here! Unfortunately not recommend. Maggi Kochstudio salute. My friend had a vegetable lasagna ordered and came a little roast which is not nearly what with lasagna had to do, where the sauce is clear from the pack and came for 9, 20€. I had the Kunibert grill, where the term plate probably will be extended in may to a "normal plate" with a small piece of chicken breast (not right through), a piece of Mettwurst, a small piece of pork, a triangle, Kassler and Tendons durchzogenem beef tenderloin. Whether it's Filet was, I doubt not what the Medium was, that was horrible to a maximum of the flame kissed. A pile of French fries and a side salad it better at every rest stop. The plate for only 17, 50€ In advance meant nice pizza rolls with soure cream, unfortunately, were the pizza rolls so dry I the Restaurant insinuate that this is still the morning. This Restaurant is not the Kunibert der Fiese, but the kitchen. PS: The diet coke from the False was great, as had the operation so that only the bottle opener key. For 0.33 casual 2, 90 there is also a bargain. I say to every chip shop I would have my girlfriend and eaten better.

If I could rate as zero, I would. Worst experience ever: disorganization, nasty staff, bad bedrooms. And the recepcionist (nasty as hell) didn't allow me to pay with cash at the checkout — since did a reservation with a credit card, it was advisable to use it. So I did it, and days later I discovered my card was frauded. It's necessary to say that before that I haven't use this particular card in months, and the time at the hotel was the last one until I discover the fraud. Worst experience ever.

Worst place ever! Besides many other no-goes for a so called "restaurant" like discussing with guests and deliver bad and cold food, the waiter took a salad which was standing at our table and served it to another table! just don't go there.

We were placed in the breakfast room of the hotel upstairs, apparently the cosy downstairs was fully reserved. We asked if the shrimp cocktail was made of Northsea shrimps (a. K. A. Brown/common/sand/grey shrimp), the answer was a yes, for sure. But we got a bowl of watery pink shrimps from the freezer with pieces of canned melon. Yuk. Carpaccio also watery, the steaks were just adequate. The change we got from the depressed waiter was also 1 euro short. Nevermind, we left as fast as we could.
