Great hotel with great location. 10 minutes walk from the city center (cathedral, train station) and 5 minutes walk from the river side with great places to take a beer looking at the water. The staff is really kind and helpful. The bedroom was super (508) very clean, great size and the bathroom spectacular. Breakfast was awesome with a lot of options to choose from the most healthy to the most strong. Even they had champagne for mimosas! If I go back to Cologne I'll stay there for sure. thank you.

Beautiful, modern Rooms with comfortable Bed and good Bathroom. Unfortunately without a Bedside table. In addition, the Street noise Itself penetrated through closed Windows. Breakfast is excellent and leaves nothing to Be desired. If you like, you can even drink sparkling Wine. Overall, however, the Hotel is too expensive If you do not receive a Special Rate. Having this one, I was satisfied. If you like it centrally and have a deep Sleep, you've come to the right place. As a City hotel for one to two Nights in order.

Had breakfast there today at 8.30. Very friendly staff. The buffet was great. Coffee, also specialties, sparkling wine, juices, sausage, cheese, cereal various rolls, eggs, bacon, jam, curd, salmon, sausages etc. Full delicious.

Absolute recommendation for a short trip — and is also intended for a longer stay — to/in Cologne. The house is centrally located and the city centre is within walking distance. The renovated rooms are modern and individually designed, so that even our children were impressed by them. The service is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very extensive and leaves virtually nothing to be desired, otherwise the service is always friendly here.

Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind von ausreichender Größe was allerdings auch daran liegt dass wir nicht die billigste Kategorie Doppelzimmer gebucht hatten. Die Rezensionen die ich im Vorfeld gelesen hatten, haben genau dieses Punkt bemängelt. Die Zimmer sind in einem guten Zustand und waren sauber. Allerdings sieht man schon an diversen Details dass die letzte Renovierung etwas länger her ist. Das größte Manko ist der Mini-Frühstückssaal. Hier bekommt man nur mit viel Glück direkt einen Platz. Das Buffet bietet eigentlich alles was man braucht. Allerdings ist es so klein dass von allen Sachen nur sehr wenig da ist und das Personal nicht mehr nachkommt mit dem nachlegen. Was man nur aus den Rezensionen erfährt ist die Tatsache dass man im "Rewe" Parkhaus parken kann und dafür 10€ pro Tag bezahlt. Das Parkhaus ist allerdings aus den 60er Jahren… was bedeutet dass alle Auto die größer sind als ein Golf1 zu groß für dieses Parkhaus sind.

Very kind staff… Very nice hotel… Modern… refined and relaxing deco. Makes it easy to move… clean… imoecable breakfast… there is a little progress to be made in the maintenance and change of the linen … the bathroom a little small … but we'll go back… we liked.

We were out yesterday morning for Breakfast, it suited the ambience, however, belongs to a champagne Breakfast, even champagne, is consistently available! On demand, the answer came we have no more, also, it was after 10:00 your nothing more on the Breakfast buffet followed. The clouded by something…

We were for two nights at the hotel at Augustiner Platz in Cologne. The room was clean, the bathroom also. The breakfast was top and there was a great selection at the buffet. The hotel is located in the middle of the city centre at the crossroads of the sign Alley and the Hohe str. So perfect for a weekend of shopping. Approx. 10 minutes walk to the cathedral and Central Station. The staff was super friendly and the chef gave us direct recommendations for restaurants in the area and provided us with a map. All in all top.

The hotel is centrally located. Parking is possible in the connected parking garage of Rewe. The rate for the hotel is 10 euros. Room rate for room 310 — quite clear (small), but completely adequate to stay. The bathroom is really very small, the shower is the biggest in the bathroom. Nevertheless clean and as said for a short stay also sufficient. The proximity to the main street is noticeable at night with the appropriate background noise. I would recommend to take a few ear plugs with me. Breakfast is very appealing and plentiful, but not included in the room rate. Wi-Fi is also available, but you have to inquire about the access data. Overall impression of me: for 1-2 nights the hotel is quite fine. The biggest advantage here is really the proximity to the city and the sights.

The rooms was ready, just like we ordered it, the room was quiet and clean, breakfast was ok and enough we really liked the surprise bottle of sparkling wine in our room, free of charge cleaning personal was friendly location is one of the most important reasons why we chose this hotel (this was our third time) also good airco and heating system in the room check-in times are a bit strict.

The location of the hotel is top. Within walking distance of the city centre is easy to reach and a Rewe supermarket right next door. Our room was divided into two areas, living and sleeping area. The size of the hotel room is a big Plus. However, there were some Spots on the Windows, which have been affected by mould (-1 star). Otherwise, friendly staff, many thanks for the lovely stay.

The Hotel and the Bar is after the Takeover in 1967 or 1968-built and has been furnished by the Manager and the owner.

Thus it is a hotel bar, this bar only to recommend. By the anbiente you feel comfortable, and the Service is's strives to meet these. My conclusion, this bar is recommended.

Unfortunately I don't have any Overnight in the Hotel enjoyed it — but I was often a guest in the single Xing Lounge in Germany and always satisfied. The location of the hotel is excellent and the Service there is nothing to complain about. The pleasant Bar atmosphere invites you to Chill out, as well as a private conversation. Small but powerful, and highly recommended.
