Very nice staff, but the hotel has come of age. In the shower, the tiles loosen and the silicone joints are loose and shady. Under a heater by the pool, everything is full of rust stains on the floor tiles. So the staff cannot make up for the structural defects. Actually, this is a pity, the idea disign Hotel is great.

Location is okay. The room is in need of renovation. The pool area is very nice and clean. The service is very good.

Everything in it, everything in it and everything: I feel very comfortable here, pleasant location and great view over Bonn! The Galerie Design Hotel will probably become my favorite accommodation in Bonn, I will be happy to come back at the next opportunity! :-)

A really super friendly team, which was available around the clock! We could, for example. Without problems extend the stay or use the sauna for a mock price. Highly recommended!

Hotel is quite nice. Unfortunately you have to pay extra if you want to enjoy the sauna and steam bath. The food and cocktails aren't very good.

Real secret tip in Bonn! Inconspicuous from the outside and inside then … : Bäm! Modern and stylish ambience! Super cuisine (you have to try the gallery burger) and cocktails at its finest. Here you can also celebrate well, in the context of about 70 people. Here, the tables are lovingly and beautifully covered and almost every wish is fulfilled. Even the service always gives everything and always stays friendly!
Beautiful garden where barbecues take place in the summer. Modern swimming pool and sauna for guests free of charge. Underground parking available. Good location, just minutes from downtown Bonn.

Quite OK, but the rooms have already come in the years. Everything is very "2000s, " on many small corners and edges you can see that there is no eye and money. The beds are comfortable but the red leather cover has had its best days.
Entrance area is very nice, but respect for the round carpet at the reception … stumperfalle! ;)

Great modern rooms. Nice feeling. Pizza stuff in the hotel was fine. I felt too overpriced (~ €20) and didn't use it. My room on the sixth floor had a nice view of Bonn.

The hotel was in itself quite OK, but unfortunately it smells everywhere through the elevator shaft after chlorine.
In addition, the kitchen, especially for us as a conference group, was under all sow. Apart from the culinary "combinations" like penne with diced (and two different sauces about the same dish…) The food was unfortunately also cold.
At a maritim-led hotel I would have expected significantly higher standards.

Standard hotel. The staff is polite but sometimes a bit serious. The rooms are ok. They are clean and modern. The beds are very hard though and the toilet in my room was mounted very low which made it quite uncomfortable. There is a spacious parking garage beneath the hotel. There is free Wi-Fi in the entire hotel and even outside of it. The restaurant isn't very special. I recommend to go look for food in the city. The pool is clean but a bit small. There is a busstop right outside, which is very handy. Overall I would say that you should only use this hotel if you're planning to go outside all day.

You don't think you can find anything like that in Bonn. Great ambiance friendly service and a nice design. Not that expensive. I'm thrilled.

Awesome staff, good and comfortable rooms, though at times some stuff is a little broken. But no complains over my three week stay with them.

As a venue very convenient: good price, friendly, competent service. The hotel rooms were also very good value for money. The whole arrangement of the Conference over 2 days has been praised by the participants. Dear Hotel Team: I hope to see you again in 3 years…

Very nice. Clean, friendly and also quite nice from the inside. Unfortunately some rooms are on the street and there it gets quite noisy. So those who like to sleep longer and like the open window should ask for a room at the back of the hotel.

Were only there for breakfast. On voucher book no problem. Price performance is without book but not OK. Food was OK, average, sausages and mirrors had been in the heatbox for a long time. But eggs were freshly made on demand. OK, but no high light.

Funky hotel with great restaurant however some building features like the lift all cranky and out of date.

In the meantime very accustomed. In the room defective tiles and way too expensive for this standard. Overall not necessarily unfashionable but the trifles do not agree. Defects do not appear to be repaired. Even in several rooms which have been visited in succession are visible defects. A maritim could not actually afford such a thing.

Too expensive. Shower mosaic defective. Unpleasant and unhygienic. Fitness room Tiny. Very far from the centre.

Clean and large room. Spacious bathroom with a large barrier-free shower. Friendly and prompt check in. A bit far away from the center, if you walk well is not a problem. Breakfast is O. K.

The shower had a problem and the water was cold for 3 days, but the staff was really nice, and the products served are from good quality. Not a 4* hotel in my opinion, but really nice anyway. The swimming pool is gorgeous and a really nice ambience through the whole hotel. Maybe I just had bad luck!

Great hidden gem, well. Located for Bonn and cologne. We use it when going to phantasia theme park 20 no items away. Excellent service, rooms are lovely and been back many times.

Rooms are very nice, bath/showers are great, car noise is not noticible even at night and the service was perfect with nothing to improve. The location is great and free parking spots are available aswell. All in all a great experience.

Amazing staff at the reception. I was there on businesses trip and my agency forgot to book the room for me. The receptionist did amazing job to squize me into free rooms and I hapilly stayed the whole time here!

The hotel is upgraded and looks really nice inside. The pool and restaurant were nice as well. Overall enjoyed our stay but the neighborhood looked a bit sketchy at night.

A very nice place. A bit small rooms but very comfortable and stylish, nice bathrooms too. Absolutely fantastic staff. Location is decent, supermarket and public transport right next to it but not much else.

It is a nice place, it sure has its own design style, so it deserves the name, but rooms are bit small in my taste. It should have been marketed as a three star hotel, it is just my opinion. Try it when you get a nice offer, but remember, the location is odd, it is not close to the train station, it is bit close to autobahn though. There are supermarket almost next to it.

The superior double room was very nice, service further, we hadn't taken advantage. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Three star on the plate and no more. Room is surprisingly large. Double room in the 6. Og. Probably only in the morning cleaned forward to the road unfortunately annoying according to (main street) of the ashtrays at the main entrance. Afternoon were still remains of cucumber and tilting boxes in the ashtray. Very stuffy air in the entrance area and in the seminar room. Blocking the emergency exit in the classroom by movable walls. The breakfast was not the hit. Cucumbers and tomatoes were cut probably already in the evening. The fish looked very pale. I left finger friends of them. Easy but very thoughtful and smart. The young man in the morning service and the young woman in the late service at the front desk very friendly and attentive!
Wi-Fi is offered in my room but not available. Rooms are clean. All in all ok.
Addendum: Read reviews at HRS today with comments. There were also already 2014 same complaints, nothing has changed…
