Hygiene, cleanliness in the hotel, rooms and restaurant top. The evening menu was highly recommended. And my Australian Shepherd was also welcome.

I found the is not treated with a booked relaxing week at the end of you as a normal guest. Furthermore, the staff missing very friendly not only to me personally the basic service properties. To me it was too impersonal and not recommended.

Nice place up in the “mountains”. The room l have are a little bit spartan and out of date but a very comfortable bed. Average breakfast, with a twist it would be great.

Very remote but still quite a lot going on. The rooms and the general equipment are a bit old but you can feel good there. The food as well as the breakfast are very good.

Older but beautiful rooms. Breakfast, lunch and dinner very tasty. The terrace is very cozy! The staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, the seminar rooms are not so nice: the technology did not work properly and the acoustics are modest. Parking spaces are available.

If you like schnitzel, then it is the right place to eat the best schnitzels in the area! There are 2 1/2 pages of schnitzel variations in the menu and you can also choose the schnitzels in four different sizes. Of course, there are other dishes, but I can't say anything, as I mainly eat schnitzel.

I was booked there for 3 nights by motorcycle. Prima single room with relatively large (wide) bed and excellent mattress. The room was clean every day and was also in good general condition, bathroom renovated and top.
Food is good average and does not have to hide.
For breakfast you will find everything you need for the start of the day.
Have saved me the hotel in case I come back to the area!

We only had concerns as we had read negative reviews but it was all to our complete satisfaction. The buffet was rich and very tasty we will definitely come back.

Very friendly service. Selection of the schnitzel is more than extensive. Prices really reasonable. Super great that you can choose between 150, 200 or 300 g of meat. Rarely eaten such a good minestrone. Nothing to complain about.

Nice, down-to-earth and tidy operator pair. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The main business is focused on the Conference Hotel Division. The food is designed in Buffett form. Through the warming tanks it made me a little impression of party service. Breakfast and dinner was fine. I would recommend.

Schnitzel and portion sizes for each generation and hunger selectable and super tasty. You can only recommend to anyone to go for dinner.

We were here spontaneously with the family on Sundays for lunch and immediately got a table. The staff, however, was first a little overwhelmed with us. We quickly covered the uncovered table ourselves. And then we got the card and we were able to place the order for drinks. Here the service is definitely still air for improvement. The food itself was the hammer. We had all the schnitzels in different variations. Super portion sizes (for all of us too much) and all very, very tasty.

Very nice getaway! Everyone in the hotel was super nice. The rooms are clean, the food (breakfast and dinner) very tasty and rich! The only minus point is the mattresses, which are already slightly located. Otherwise everything is top! We will definitely recommend it!

Unfortunately, I have not only good to report.
We went to dinner with 8 people in the Bierenbacher yard last night. Among them were 3 vegetarians. These have put together your menu from the card, with the one or other request. This was due to lack of understanding in the operation, and in some cases it was mockingly ridiculed.
For our 3-year-old daughter, please keep a piece of schnitzel without gravy, unfortunately this also remained without success.
When paying was asked if we need an invoice, this was negated because it was a purely private meal.
When the bill was to be paid in half with a voucher, the no longer quite so friendly service said that would not go because I did not want a bill…
I was not aware of the connection (it is still not) and so I insisted on paying the bill exactly like that.
That finally worked, too.
The coupon was a gift from my mother for me for Christmas. He should make me happy.
Finally we left the restaurant head shaking and dissatisfied.

Although only in the context of a meeting comrades but very satisfied. Appealing meeting rooms and appropriate presentation technology. Food was buffet style and good.

Nice and traditional restaurant (formerly Spitzer) with large map and bourgeois offer. Especially the schnitzel selection of about 30 different specimens in small, medium and large are a good reason for many people to come. In addition, there are theme weeks and — days, the service is friendly, but not always fully attentive, there is ample parking right outside the door (if no seminar guests are there)

Very nice rural hotel with three stars. Very good bike friendly operation. Nice small but also larger rooms. Good meeting place.

We drove to a small family festival in the Bergisches Land and found in the Bierenbacher Hof simple, somewhat over the years rooms, but which left a clean impression. We were surprised by the club of the dog owners who stayed with us at the same time, of course with their animals. A little hidden, however, is the indication that dogs are allowed in the room. Maybe you could do it better directly with the information about the rooms. The food is plentiful, but could not convince us of the taste. So the value for money is only really good if you are more on quantity.

Very good value for money. We like to go there with child and cone.

We have spent a very nice weekend there. There was nothing to complain about. All are very friendly and helpful. Room clean and large enough. Food delicious and plentiful, sauna use unproblematically possible. We would love to come back. Looking forward to the New Year's holiday at the hotel.

The staff is very friendly and the food was tasty. We were walking here and the hotel is ideally located for that, amidst the greenery but if necessary it is also quickly drive to the next town. The room was bright and friendly and sufficient in size and facilities. Sure we will be back!

Parking is plentiful, establishment rustic, rooms need some refresher, that is food. OK and the salads fresh, staff very friendly and helpful, for hikers suitable but otherwise somewhat lonely located.

I like it here very well. The food is 1a, the employees and the boss are very friendly and the rooms comfortable. Also on individual wishes go to you. Only the free Wi-Fi here is a disaster.

Super Service, great food and a cozy atmosphere. We eat there at every opportunity :-) I can really recommend any, of value to coziness.

The room was basically nice, with a balcony and great views. But it smells strongly of food or old fat, just like almost the whole house ventilation helps nothing. And I've never been so dirty, carpet tiles are seen, overall, a rather dingy. The food in the Restaurant is barely acceptable. Positive is the friendliness of the staff.

So the room was not good. Toilet is dirty and the handset is very smeared with something, and the closet in the room gehtvdie Holzbordüre when one opens the door. The food is bomb. Selection of taste and garnish Top. The staff: never so friendly and nice staff, experienced, always with a Smile. Very, very nice. I have, in spite of the room very much, felt very comfortable and I'm still very happy to be here.

Admits the cleanliness in the room very desired, minimalist rooms, partly very Tatty, cobwebs on the ceiling. The rooms are very in need of renovation. Restaurant and catering are fine.
