The place is great, the rooms are great, everything is there. Water can be drunk from the tap. Breakfast is fine-I like fruit. It's great.

Well appointed, clean facilities, great customer service and excellent breakfast.

Room was OK, especially clean and equipped with everything necessary. In detail you could tweak a few more things (e. G. A bottle of water and some totally plastered). Unfortunately, the TV did not work, which I found very sad at the moment, but since I arrived very late, you could not change anything here. Can happen. The beds were comfortable. Good three stars up to here. I like to give the additional star for the excellent breakfast and the very attentive hospitality. That brings you really good in the day! Thank you!

Very nice guest house. Lovely clean rooms. Basic but nonetheless very clean. Nice spotless bathrooms. Powerful shower. Good traditional European breakfast. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Refrather Hof quickly became my go-to hotel in the area. The host is the absolute best — she makes me feel right at home. The breakfasts are included and are top shelf. I needed gluten-free bread/rolls and asked about them for the next day's breakfast — and some were fetched for me within 10 minutes while I was at breakfast *that* day. Also there is a great spa in walking distance, and you can get into the city by public transportation. All that for a very reasonable price — gets my highest recommendation!

Good hotel. All right. The room was a bit small.

Not to mention for fairs visit in Cologne very convenient, only 5 minutes to the S — Bahn and Dan is in 15 minutes right in front of the fair.

Small but fine. The hotel is located in the vicinity of a small centre. All shopping facilities are within walking distance. A small parking lot behind the house is also available. The breakfast is OK and the people are all very nice.

Bus connection to Bergisch Gladbach to the bus station or train station can be reached directly in front of the hotel.

It was all right. However lacked a hair drier and the mattress was too soft. Otherwise good.

Offer & reservation: The tenders, the offer, as well as the book went by mail very quickly and was to our complete satisfaction. Be taken into account should at the time of reservation, that there is an increased price of rooms at certain times when there is a fair in Cologne (fair price).
Hotel rooms: The rooms are clean. Although the Interior is partially something old-fashioned, this has never bothered us. Cleaning is depending on the floor between 9 and 10 o'clock in the morning (it will knock beforehand).
Hotel overall impression: from the outside looks very well maintained hotel and looks very nice. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is top and this choice everyone will find is definitely something. A parking lot is located behind the House of the hotel as well as in front of the hotel. After 10, no employee is more at the reception, but you can get a code with which it comes after 10: 00 in the hotel in (ideal for night owl ;) ). You must get Wi-Fi access data upon receipt.
Transport: Nearby, there are two bus stops where buses depart every 20 minutes.
Bottom line: We recommend this hotel definitely and like to come again.

The Hotel Refrather yard in Bergisch Gladbach is a very clean little bed and Breakfast Hotel with nice rooms and really friendly staff. For questions, help the hotel staff will be happy to assist you. It is also in close proximity to the Mediterana, which one should absolutely visit if you are in Bergisch Gladbach. I can recommend the Hotel to anyone, very good value for money would like to have.

The staff at the hotel is unfriendly are all arrogant. Breakfast will be given away at an early stage. I would vorsclagen anyone this hotel.

The stay was very pleasant and the room was fine. We have friendly staff a lot of Tips to get and this is a nice time had. We would love to come back.
