We were given a twin room in the house as a double room although the twin rooms are also smaller than the double rooms and cheaper.
We stayed with a tour group at the hotel.
The dinner was from 18:00h, but we received our menu not when we arrived restaurant but "only" when all the people of our tour group were present.
I wanted an apple schorle 0.4l, but received a bottle from any expensive company 0.25l. At my request I had ordered a large apple schorle, came the answer: "What else we don't have! "
Excuse me? But that's what I expect in a 4-star hotel! The 4 stars have unfortunately just been re-allocated until 2020. But that doesn't match the hotel!
If the hotel did not have the guests of the "bus tour operators" (with us were 2 tour operators of this kind) during the week in the hotel it would be very empty.
In addition, a "employee" at the reception is completely overwhelmed and unfriendly to the guests, and even wants to teach them! That is not possible, and I am writing this as a "frequent traveller"!
