RiBecca

Yes, the hotel has a parking area located about 15 meters from the building, where spaces are usually available. A dedicated lockable bicycle storage room with charging facilities is also provided; however, capacity is limited (comfortably accommodating around 4 bicycles).

The hotel operates on a "ghost hotel" concept, meaning there is no on-site staff or traditional front desk. Check-in is entirely contactless: instructions and access codes are sent by email, and keys are collected from a key safe. Most guests report that this process goes smoothly, although some have encountered difficulties finding the correct door and receiving their access details.

Information regarding breakfast is mixed: many guests note that breakfast is unavailable, mentioning that this was unclear during booking. At the same time, some visitors mention delicious and generous breakfasts served directly to the table. It is also noted that the dining area can be cold in winter due to the heating being switched off.

Rooms are equipped with Nespresso capsule coffee machines, kettles, and cutlery. Refrigerators are also provided, although some guests have noted that they can be quite noisy. In terms of toiletries, soap and shower gel are provided in small sachets, though some guests mentioned that the towels were worn and had frayed edges.

Reviews regarding the Wi-Fi are predominantly negative. Guests report that connecting to the network can be difficult, the access codes provided in the room do not always work, and the overall signal quality is considered poor.

Most guests praise the beds and mattresses for their comfort. However, opinions on the furniture are divided: while some describe the interior as stylish and cozy, others note signs of wear (such as broken wardrobe doors) or an outdated Ikea style. In some rooms, guests noted the absence of a proper laptop workspace and an insufficient number of power outlets near the bed.

Yes, many rooms feature small terraces or rooftop areas with pleasant views. However, one guest noted that maintenance was needed on the terrace, pointing out a loose marble slab and protruding sections of wooden decking, which could be hazardous.

Cleanliness at the hotel is rated very highly, with most guests describing it as spotless. Guests mention that towels may be changed unexpectedly (for example, on the second day), and the housekeeping staff is polite. In rare cases, there were complaints regarding carpet stains or mold in the shower.

The heating system is centrally controlled, and guests cannot adjust the temperature individually. As a result, some rooms became overly warm, and contacting management regarding this issue did not yield results.

Yes, the hotel is suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Specifically, the "Suite Dubai" is mentioned, where the bathroom and its amenities are fully wheelchair accessible.
