Large rooms and good Service.

Nice and quiet, well maintained roomsand spacious toilets.
Located next to river Wesse.

Modern and clean. Good parking and a very short walk to the town centre.

We were there for one night, I would have expected more from a German 4 star hotel. The room for 120 € was standard, the bathroom urgently needs to be renovated and the towels were frayed, there hung spider webs from the ceiling.
The service at breakfast left much to be desired. The breakfast buffet itself was fine.
The bottom line is a good hotel, a good location, BUT it urgently needs to be modernized.

The hotel advertises as a 4-star hotel. That must have been a long time ago when this assessment took place. Damaged furniture and door leaves, bathroom dirty, expired drinks. Just cruel. Who likes it so much. See pictures.

Large dignified house, friendly service, marketable prices. Downtown within walking distance quickly, parking next door 20m walk.

I was there for work, for a film production, half or more was occupied for the film production, but the hotel staff did not know how the rooms were awarded, i. E. The charm of the 90s beats you in the rooms. The room is functional the bathroom large and clean. The lobby is rather sparse and the bar uncomfortable. The staff seemed overwhelmed. Breakfast adequate and tasty.

Hotel in the years. Room smelled of smoke and was not quite clean. Carpeting should be renewed.

Nice hotel, very good breakfast, but flat pillows.

The good first impression is deceptive. Dreck under the bed, was not cleared away even after notice to the front desk. Dirty towels and shower front. Even with blood stains. Totally loud soundscape. Sleeping through is not possible. Not recommended.

Impressive construction. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Room a star deduction. May be renovated. Overall very good.
Update a year later: May still be renovated. Cleanliness has air up.

Simple but very nice Hotel. As it beats to put that the light goes into streams first thing in the morning and it is not possible to darken the curtains. A feflwrma would not hurt.

Did you know you were staying in an old prison building! Pretty cool, such a nice stay. Kyle works in the bar/restaurant area, nice young chap!

Man comes into the room and it is dirty. In the bathroom, hair in the tub, and the beds are stained. After inquiries, it would be cleaned, but the sheets from the bed were also dirty and in the bathroom behind the door, plug-in, and hair was. In the entrance area of the carpet looked terrible. On top of a cupboard in the stairwell potting soil was. The towels smelled of nicotine and the folding beds, the slats and the mattress lacked spotty. Sofa bed was a mountain-and descent. I knew the Hotel already ten years ago, and had now again visiting Hameln to do. The direct location on the river Weser is for me as a Jogger is ideal. The room was very clean and offered everything, which one can also for a longer stay. Desk, free W-Lan etc The staff I felt as extremely polite and helpful, the Breakfast is lovingly prepared. The beautiful sauna area is incorrectly identified as the Spa is designated. It is a well-maintained Sauna, the fitness equipment should be modern, the rare-to-find cabin has a good size. Overall, it is a family-run Hotel, you very well may recommend.
