Stayed at this hotel as a family and were very pleased with the service provided at the hotel! Good food, clean and cozy rooms and a safe holiday area for the child. The rooms have a mini-bar, air conditioning, good noise insulation, everywhere qualitatively catches the Internet without interference. There are a lot of restaurants on site to spend the evening at a delicious dinner and the child has a place to have fun — the area is large. The staff are friendly and clean carefully in the room. Next time if we go — be sure to stop here again!

Was in Hameln on business, the management booked me a room at this hotel. Good, inexpensive hotel, not luxury, but with all the necessary amenities including fast Internet, which is rare in hotels of this type. The rooms are clean, good insulation, near the hotel a large selection of restaurants to suit all tastes, and in the evening you can sit with a glass of wine on the roof of the hotel. Next time I visit Hameln I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Stayed at this hotel a week ago, as everything is fine. Comfort and cleanliness is their chip probably not in all so pure. Prices do not bite, suit most. I will also say about the comfort, in the room all the furniture is new, without defects. There is free Wi-Fi, although I do not trust the freebie access points but will go. Recommend!

In March the whole family (me, husband and daughter) stayed at this hotel. We liked everything! Good location, friendly staff (many speak Russian). The service is excellent, the rooms are clean, cozy, there is a mini bar, breakfasts are very tasty. On the territory there is a parking (like paid, if not mistaken). In general, the price-quality ratio was fully arranged. Next time we'll stay here. T. K. Lacks found.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. The rooms are affordable. Everything's new inside. Clean. Good breakfast. There are enough queues and crowds for food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Respond to many requests. We liked it!

Nice cozy hotel for a decent payment for a Russian man is just paradise. Came last year with a guy for two nights.
All in all enjoyed it. Cozy atmosphere, interior, soft comfortable furniture, elements of luxury, good Housekeeping, Wi-Fi, parking.
The location is also convenient. Close to the historic city centre with local attractions, the train station is a 10-minute walk away.
From the food only breakfasts, but this is often enough, especially if the program is active! I recommend to everyone!

Me and my beloved loved this hotel. Bright and clean rooms, comfortable and cozy feel from the first minutes. This merit belongs to the service staff, their care is felt everywhere. I want to point out that it is care, not importunity. Wifi works very well, for a delicious breakfast you can see the latest news. Not far from the hotel is the historical center, and in the yard there is parking for cars. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Since I give you right there you have hit the nail on the head since I agree with you never more in the hotel especially not in this room 8 which save where it should not be these are real pigs.

I my wife my brother-in-law with wife and child and my sister-in-law with husband and child checked into this hotel as it looked nice and clean on the Internet. We took 3 double rooms which were all the same and just as unhygienic. Still incomprehensible, the different prices appeared to us once €65 once €75 and once €60 per night. We wanted to leave the hotel again but it found itself so quickly nothing else so we stayed because we were not there anyway during the day. My brother-in-law received the worst room at the most expensive price, since he had his little son with him and it was really unbearable (the owner let him the room with the argument "on the internet are enough pictures" previously did not even look at it he had to pay before and received Dan The key) he received after complaint a minimally less unhygienic room (previously it was said there was no other room free but after the threat that he checked out it was apparently, the old room has got my sister in law who came one day later for €60. He, however, paid €75).
We came back to the hotel in the evening after closing the reception and unfortunately could not take a shower or bathing in the entire bathroom with hair and dirt everywhere. The morning after that I complained to the very friendly boss. She then instructed the cleaning staff to clean the bathroom again. However, only a "freshly disinfected" note was placed on the toilet and the dirt and hair were not removed.

Nice hotel not far from the city centre. A bit of a wink, entrances partly over the courtyard, which offers a nice terrace for summer evenings.
I was not thrilled with the following things: — the room was freezing cold on arrival in the winter (minus grade! ) because the bathroom window was tilted and the door to the room was open.
— there were some things in the bathroom that were not normally available, e. G. A few hooks for the towel at the sink and the own utensils.
— There is no guest toilet in the reception area, only one for the staff (which I was kindly allowed to use) — the cabling of TVs and bedside lights were adventurous and certainly not child safe.
— Superficially clean, but the corners were somewhat neglected and this was also well visible.
I liked the friendly staff, the adequate breakfast (I am very frugal) and the good location to the city. I slept well, mattresses so OK.

Old apartment but cute and cosy, we stayed one night and was lovely, tastefully selection of breakfast.

A nice little hotel near the old town. Priced perfectly ok and a good breakfast buffet.
It is currently partially undergoing renovation. However, you don't notice anything as a guest except you look around more closely.

The hotel is very dirty and disgusting. A lot of insects inside of the rooms.

Very nice little hotel close to the old city — 5 to 10 minutter walk. We got a family suite with two rooms and two bathrooms. Access to a very nice terrace. Details in the rooms revealed that the build ingen was old, but every thing had been nicely restored. Very nice breakfast and very friendly service. All in all a place we would not hesitate to return to.

The hotel is gradually renewed. That is also necessary. The renovated rooms are well and tastefully decorated.
Breakfast is adequate, fresh, rich and tasty.
An employee of the reception has not sufficiently internalized the term "service".

It is walking distance to city centre. Buffet breakfast and top coffee / Cappuccino…

Staff is friendly, but. The room is not clean (spots carpet, used handkerchief under chair. ) toilet is dripping constantly. Lousy Wiring. Rooms noisy. No, thank you.
