Very nice place where you don't really feel welcome.

Great courtyard, super delicious food. Really really good!

Beautiful interesting themed rooms. Breakfast excellent. If you are looking for solitude, you are right here in the Wendland — no matter what time of year. Large well-kept courtyard area with a beautiful sauna. Possibility to sleep in hay beds. Even for seminars there are enough nice rooms. Hiking opportunities are available in the Wendland with the beautiful Rundling villages. But without your own car, you're lost here.

So beautiful here! You don't need more idyll.

We spent a very nice and relaxing weekend in the mansion. Everything is so lovingly furnished. Thank you Heinz and Carsten.
The rooms have wonderful names. There is the Angel Room, the Devil's Room, the Pig Room and the Polar Bear Room. Everything is very well maintained and super renovated.

A place out of town very quiet where you can go for a weekend and forget all kinds of things and problems.

Always worth a trip during the cultural country area!

Worth a trip for everyone, too, for Wendländer. There is a lot to see, especially at the KLP (Cultural Land section). Great village. Super beautiful old houses. Very child friendly.
Five stars in any case.

Nice, cozy accommodation, super delicious food, care with heart!

Were for a few days, at the end of the year, in this beautiful mansion, decorated with great attention to detail. We have the tranquility, the great hospitality with a very large selection of hot and cold dishes (also vegetarian), the individual offers such as sauna, round trips to the surrounding area — with visiting artists, early-days, hikes of various lengths, lovingly Furnished rooms and the very hospitable operators Claus and Heinz as well as the good fairies of the house comrades. The highlight was the New Year's Eve with excellent food, film, music and Dancing under the Stars.
We have not only met interesting love people but also found a new destination for a time of relaxation and deceleration. Thank you again to Carsten and Heinz!

Beautiful country side, authentic architecture!

The rooms are nice but the breakfast is worth for the price not his money. The cocoa tastes of UHT milk without cocoa and the buns were already 2 x baked.

Actually I should not evaluate this, otherwise that talk is even further and it is definitely no longer a secret tip!
For all that time tastefully, off of mass taste your soul want to dangle and are open for everything (even the Rooster's Crow 8: 00 directly in front of the open window :-) )

The Hotel is situated about 50 km from Uelzen, at the direction of Lüchow — Wendland and Gorleben are fixed in the population grown, are everywhere Anti-nuclear signs. The Hotel is ideal for a weekend break, for Couples or with Several, it is very dog-friendly. All are friendly, however little professional, the Breakfast buffet is plentiful, however, the eye is well known, too bad also on Saturday, there was only "Aufbackbrötchen", however, even freshly made scrambled eggs. The hotel owner takes care of himself, however, he wears in the guest room "Slippers". About taste is well known, but it can be found for our sense to many erotic or zeideutige pictures on the walls. A particular shortcoming is that almost all of the baths (in main house) has no own heating system; also jegglicher comforts, such as a television is missing, you must not use.

An old manor house in the middle of a small village of round to feel good. Meadows and woods as far as the eye can see, sheep, goats, chickens and a House cat gave us the feeling, escape the city. 18 rooms — each one unique in itself and a special theme modern sanitary facilities dedicated to (Diana room, Devil or Angel, Lighthouse room etc. ) — very well maintained, partially disabled. And what we liked very, was that there are no televisions in the rooms and we had time for us, which happens all too rarely. And who wanted, could via laptop watch news or listen to. We had a delicious breakfast with fruit salad, Tomato/mozzarella, scrambled eggs with sausages, superb organic jams, organic cheese — sausage every morning. We still didn't know the Wendland. We drove much bike and walked and then relaxed in the sauna overlooking the grazing of animals or sunbaked us in a deck chair.

Until a few weeks ago, I was never in the Wendland — then I was allowed in as a guest to a wedding in the manor house Salderatzen two days short break. It was like being in another world, a Paradise of Wellness for all the senses. A few minutes after arrival here, in fact, Stress and daily grind forget — you can enjoy only the beautiful surroundings. So many lovely Details make the ambience perfect — I lived in Eisbärzimmer and felt like being in a cozy Igloo. Also I had a look at some of the other themed rooms of this house to throw and was just thrilled. Royal, I liked the Diana-rooms — in honor of Lady Di. But I think the next Time I'm probably the Leuchtturmzimmer book. Not only because of the beautiful Strandkorbs in the room, but from here you have probably the most beautiful view in the never-ending nature of the Wendlands. The special atmosphere in the yard of the mansion Salderatzen is mainly in the evenings so really comfortable, if the small lights in the Fenstersimsen burn and in the yard the fire in the Eisenkorb blazes. Then you are really in a small holiday Paradise. I can stay here only recommend to everyone! Thank you for the nice days.
