Hotel Thünenhof Hotel

On arrival we were warmly welcomed and received a brief briefing regarding breakfast, Wi-Fi, etc.

Parking spaces are sufficient and the quietly located hotel looks very well maintained from the outside. Also inside it is very clean and the rooms are friendly and welcoming. There was even a small kitchen including crockery in the room. By the way, the Wi-Fi has also worked perfectly.

The breakfast buffet had a sufficient selection of good things. The breakfast room was also very friendly.

Once again, I would like to highlight the very friendly staff, something that is unfortunately only rarely experienced today!
All in all, the hotel is definitely an insider tip!

Kompetent, ruhig, sauber. Frühstück ist ok. Nur WLAN ist etwas zu langsam.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Rooms also small but functionally equipped; Breakfast okay, if not a highlight. Rooms on the ground floor are located near reception or breakfast room and therefore occasionally a bit louder.

Hotel Thünenhof can only be recommended to anyone.
I haven't seen a better price performance ratio yet.
Everything is very clean, all are very nice.

So, if you are looking for a hotel in Oyten, book the Thünenhof.

We stayed in the guesthouse of the hotel Thünenhof (without breakfast). The booking was easy via mail contact, the welcome on site was cordial. The price for the overnight stay is not cheap but reasonable. After all, the fix — and labor costs in the country are no different than in the city. The décor is type hotel, however the ambiance is a bit frumpy. But you don't want to live in it for life.
The room (with bathroom and kitchenette) was spotlessly clean and the mattress really good.
Shortcoming, next to the ambiance (and therefore a half star down) exclusions cash payment. In a B + b OK, but there is the Thünenhof already DTL over it if necessary we would stay there again every time.

Good ambiance. Eat plenty. Will be used by craftsmen. Price and performance are OK.

The balance between price and value is just right. I had a single bed room, with just the necessities, a desk, chair, lighting etc. And a comfortable bed. The breakfast consist of buns, cereals, dark bread, youghurts, coffee, tea, juice and a few other things. It is not like going to breakfast at a brand-like hotel, but it is definitely adequate and for the price, I would not ask for more. The Hotel is great if one is in the area for work (I had to go between Buxtehude and Oldenburg, so the location was really perfect). If you want to take a walk in the area, that is also possible (go to the left when you exit the hotel to get to some farmlands) The one thing I would recommend is to increase their internet speed and stability (at least in the building where I stayed). The connection was a tad slow, could not handle a Skype conversation and at some points it disconnected completely for no reason. I noticed it was somewhat better in the main building. But all in all great value for money — I would recommend it any day!

Simple Hotel with very nice staff and really great easy Breakfast.

Drive now already the 7th year in a row the last weekend in August here! Beautiful rooms and very friendly atmosphere. Our special requirements can be perfectly implemented.
