Very well managed hotel in a central location, with friendly staff,
in which we felt very comfortable.

Excellent business hotel (quiet, clean, value for money, good breakfast, pleasant staff) beside the old canal and "fischmarkt"/altstadt.

We had a lot of fun here and the food was great. Thank you to everyone in the team for the always courteous and competent support in the 3 * +. Parking is plentiful and the city centre is within walking distance. My pictures show room 72 on the second floor. See you… We will certainly be back …

A great hotel in a beautiful city. From here you can really do a lot of business. Cuxhaven, Helgoland, Lucky City, Hamburg, to name just a few excursion destinations. Perfect for cycling in the old country.

The hotel is beautifully located directly and in a few minutes walk you are in the old town.
The rooms are top and the service is nothing behind it. So when visiting Stade, always the best recommendation.

The change from Holyday Inn to the H + hotel led to some improvements. Room clean and good. Food could be improved a bit.

Nice clean hotel with harbour view. Quiet and yet centrally located. Super mattresses and good parking facilities next door on the large parking lot.

Recommended for a short stay. Those who are sensitive should bring earplugs, for direct noisy neighbors. The best thing is the location of the hotel, from there is walking distance to everything in the centre.

Nice reception, clean rooms, great views directly at the harbour, the city centre/Fußgängerzohne is only 5 min away, restaurant in the house, cinema next to, rich breakfast.

Acceptable hotel. However, for 3, 5 stars not good enough. Room at first sight spacious, bright, friendly and clean and tidy, in second look: hair in shower cubicle and floor, stained sheet and stained ceiling. Breakfast is also only within acceptable limits. You get fed up, but the selection is rather skinny and the presentation did not produce anything. In my 10th professional experience in the tourism industry I know better hotels in this classification. Positive: Quiet House, modern, good location, free parking in front of the house, very nice staff in all areas. Top! Conclusion: You can stay here quite well if you do not have high demands. Tip: Better to book on your own homepage, the prices are cheaper here than on all comparison portals.

Rooms are good, facilities are quite nice but need to improve reservation system.

Nice tidy rooms, but no aircon or fridge. Close to the city with almost everything you need in addition.

A pleasant hotel with friendly helpful staff. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast is buffet style with a good hot and cold selection. The hotel is well situated with an easy 5 minute walk to the picturesque town center and shopping area.

Warm welcome everytime at the reception. Wunderful breakfast. Free Wi-Fi and parking. 20 % discount in the restaurant, which serves really good spareribs. Clean room and well working shower. Great location.

4 days in the hotel are sobering. The location is good. Rooms normal standard, until on the backdrop of the smell but with the charm of the late 90s. The bathroom offers a shower with shower curtain, what does not inspire confidence under hygienic point of view. Cleanliness was ok, but probably the cleaners in the accord are driven through the House, so that also stays rubbish under the bed and stick in the bathroom just hair in the sink and the shower…
The staff is friendly. The restaurant in the House, offering American food is good. However, bad that the bar closes way too early… The breakfast is really poor. This is available, everything but in moderate quality — E. G. Milk, UHT Tetra packs "Good & cheap" on ice cubes are available on the buffet.
A gall is the price: single room per night 105 euro incl. Breakfast are much too expensive for the standard. The bottom line: with a small hotel or a bed & noisy fixed I would be driving much better.

Top-very clean rooms good service.

Great location, very clean and friendly, competent contact person. We will be back! Only drawback: only fast food restaurant Pier 1.
