So quirky, spacious room. Dog friendly easy parking and pleasant welcome. Lovely garden full of roses.

Rooms have literally zero soundproofing. I could hear my neighbours, through no fault of their own. Even very quiet conversation or TV would come through.
Worst part some guys checked in after 11, some others checked out at 6am, and my immediate neighbour was snoring inbetween.

Very nice guesthouse in beautiful surroundings. Close to Stade which is a city worth to visit. Everything was very nice. Also breakfast was very good and authentic (like the old days). One thing that I find a littlebit less was that we stayed in an upstairs room with an extra room, underneath a narrow rooftop. That felt a bit enclosed to me. But there were lots of other rooms. So if you have the same issue as me, you can ask for another kind of room. Recommendable this place!.
