A spacious parking area is located directly in front of the entrance. Parking is completely free of charge for all guests. Visitors note that there are always plenty of available spaces, even during large-scale weddings and anniversary celebrations. The area around the parking lot is kept impeccably clean and well-maintained.

The cozy guest rooms are situated directly above the restaurant area. Guests highlight the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and their charming authentic appeal. The comfortable beds with plush, cozy mattresses receive special praise for ensuring a restful night's sleep. Staying here is an excellent choice for resting after family celebrations or a long journey.

The restaurant offers guests a wide selection of European and seasonal dishes. The menu features juicy venison steaks, braised beef cheeks, grilled octopus, fresh fish, tender schnitzels, and the classic Kaiserschmarrn dessert. Portions are generous, and the presentation is visually impressive. Prices reflect the quality and fall into the above-average range. On rare occasions, guests noted overly tough meat, an excess of oil in side dishes, or the unavailability of certain items from the main menu.

Visitors are strongly advised to carry cash in advance. Guests mention that card payments at the venue may occasionally be unavailable. It is best to confirm current payment methods directly before your visit.

Some guests have reported weak mobile reception and occasional interruptions in Wi-Fi service. Due to the secluded woodland location, cellular network coverage can be inconsistent. Guests planning to combine their stay with remote work are advised to take this into account in advance.

The property provides comfortable conditions for visits with children. The venue features a spacious restroom with a baby changing station, and the staff is genuinely caring and attentive toward young guests. The adjacent green grounds can accommodate children's games and inflatable bounce houses. Additionally, the facilities are fully accessible for wheelchair users, thanks to spacious barrier-free restrooms and convenient entryways.

The venue's team receives high marks for their hospitality, attentiveness, and excellent banquet service. Staff members respond promptly to requests, keep glasses topped up in a timely manner, and assist thoroughly with event preparations. Occasional criticisms include delays in drink service closer to closing time late at night, and waitstaff sometimes forgetting to ask guests for their preferred meat doneness.
