Were today in the Heidepark. Very nice that everything is so neat and clean. Enough toilets distributed throughout the premises. Would like more signposts. In addition, a few trains were out of service. It's also a pity that there were so few trains on the individual attractions. At the Colossos 1, 15 hours queuing. I was also surprised by the relatively short opening hours. Until 6pm.

Great rides, all super friendly. The accommodation is also good (cabin at the campsite). We had two fantastic days here. We will definitely come back!

Were on October 1st in Heide Park and are actually every year at least once there.
The park is really nice, no question and the staff very eager…
Nevertheless, some of the rides were out of service again, which is really annoying with the prices.
At the exit we learned that this is due to the lack of personnel (many young employees just don't seem to feel like working).
Have paid almost 120 euros for 3 people and will consider thoroughly whether we will go to the Heide Park again in 2023!.

We loved it and had a wonderful day. The food was amazing and plentiful. The staff was friendly throughout. More shady trees wouldn't be bad in the heat and we didn't get along with the plan. But we would come back! 👍👍👍😁

We were back in Heide Park yesterday after 10 years. For the first time with children (6y & 5y). We were pleasantly surprised how many rides were already suitable for children of this age. The staff was mostly very friendly and helpful. The food in the Admiral's inn was good, but in price performance, expensive. Peppa Pig Land is a dream come true for children. Likewise the Dragon Island. Especially great we found the white water run with extra child seats in it. The time really passed much too fast and in the end the time was unfortunately no longer enough for the Ghostbusters and Transsilvania Land. Maybe you should consider opening the park an hour longer. An hour more in the park would have helped us a lot, because there is a lot of time with queuing on it.

Friendly staff, food was ok, attractions nice, only the wild water ride was a little short… and there were no shows either.

Awesome day in the park 20 years since the last time and it’s still one of the best amusement parks in Europe☺️

Spacious, good attractions, sometimes very long waiting times. And unfortunately a very big shortcoming: hardly any gastronomy, which was a real pity.

Much too expensive to queue for hours and for the money I can do better.

The quality of its facilities and the sympathy of its staff. Despite the rainy weather, we had a great time!

Very nicely lit and atmospheric decorated for Halloween and we adults enjoyed it very much. Our half-grown kid, however, less so, as they could only experience three rides due to the incredible waiting times (45 to 90 minutes per ride 🤯). One wonders whether the money on the Hamburg DOM might have been better invested, since the children could have driven more attractions there for the same money.
In addition, 120 euros extra for a meal and a drink per person and 3x cotton candy.
Conclusion: For around 250 euros we would have gotten more on the DOM. 😒

Class park. Great atmosphere for Halloween. And all the employees do a huge job for the little park visitors.

We had a lovely day today. The entrance worked wonderfully less than 5 minutes. The waiting times were super good we never queued for more than 15 minutes. Gastronomy also had everything on and the fries with nuggets were good. All the staff were nice and friendly. We will be back 🙂 thank you for the great day.

We stayed 2 days with you in the park and spent 1 night with you in the hotel. We thought it was mega. The hotel room and food were great. The staff were all very friendly. In the park it was very clean and we were lucky that we didn't have to queue anywhere for an extremely long time. So we definitely recommend it. 👍👍👍

So it was great today 👌. Only the bag service at the octopus was incredibly aggressive and very unfriendly… I was very scared 👀 everyone else was super friendly… And the food should adjust to the price you charge… My curry sausage was shredded, not cut. Had hardly any taste because the ketchup doesn't make it any better… And the fries weren't very recommended either… Najaa I just bring myself food… 😉 Otherwise it was super exciting today… LG 😁 oh yes I almost forgot that in the parking lot was not nice at all… That's cruel … Why do you block the passages and just leave a row on…? Absolute kaos… Good night ✌️

Great atmosphere, nice staff, and like our second home!

Despite all the Corona editions, they have found a great solution for how to still visit the park. Clearly the masks duty during the ride is really strenuous with some things, but today it was pleasantly full, no too long waiting times, no squealing. It was so wonderful. What I found really bad is the volume of the children's rides in Peppa Pig Land. On a roller coaster, I can understand it when you put the sound effects so loud, but not in an area for small children. It was so loud that the children (6 months, 2 1/2 years, 3 years) were always totally frightened and often the ears held up because it is really much too loud. Maybe you can turn the volume down a bit. Otherwise really super solved, with all the runs.

Operations and staff were great (much better than Hansa-Park! ) Thank you for a great 2 days!

We had the western room wich was furnished very cool. Everything is clean and tidy. The breakfast is rich and tasty. The employees are friendly and free fast Wi-Fi is available. You can book a table for dinner (buffet) for about 30€/person, but you can have a lot of light meals in Soltau (10 minutes from here).

Sehr schönes Abenteuerzimmer (Western). Alles sehr sauber und wie neu. Deko und Soundeffekte mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The hotel is definitely worth a visit! There was nothing wrong with the room and everything was there. The whole hotel complex is very well maintained and welcoming. The staff is very nice and very accommodating. The food was very good! The selection is very large and you get as much as you want. If you book early enough, the price is more than fair and the ones on offer is enormous. I can recommend the hotel unconditionally.

The opening of the bar outside until 22:00 would also be nice.

Stay was very nice. Park great. Hotel very nice. We stayed in the pirate room, which is large and well equipped. Dinner and breakfast very tasty and sufficient. Children in the evening on treasure hunt, so also quiet dinner for two possible. I think it, although we still had discount very expensive. You can still work on the price.

The decorations and ambience in and around the hotel is great. Friendly staff — but don’t count on them understanding English. We booked a room on the Ghostbusters floor (in lack of other availability for 5 persons) and although the room is decorated in high quality, the whole theme is a really awful idea for a family hotel. Firstly, having a generally scary family room (in a park catering for smaller children) is just plain stupid. The audio and visual light display in the room did very little to make our kids feel comfortable and it took us the first day to settle in. Secondly the dimmed lighting is ridiculous. All the cupboards and storage space is way to dark to be useful so we ended up having to use our flashlight to find clothes. Thirdly, the ghastly shrieking sounds when someone exits the elevator is loud and disturbing for kids trying to sleep. An idea could be to turn them off during the evening. All in all a nice park and hotel — but stay away from the scary rooms.

We were there for our child's 4th birthday. Super nice staff, everything very child-friendly, an absolute adventure for big and small. The breakfast and the surprise booked were great. The child as well as the parents had a great stay in the hotel and park. We'll definitely be back. 5 stars + + + from us.

A super nice hotel.
Clean rooms, good breakfasts and lots of fun for the kids.
What I didn't like was the games room in the basement. Slot machines, I find, have no place in a children's hotel.
Staff were very accommodating.

Ideal for a park visit to stay right there. There are great deals that are affordable. The food in the restaurant is really good, you are divided into two time zones. The swimming pool was unfortunately closed for our stay (autumn holidays) due to overcrowding.

Very nice hotel, delicious buffet, super nice staff.
It is also so relaxed to go in half an hour before the park opens and already take one or the other lap. Even a quiet lunch break in the room is no problem, away from all the noise and hubbub.
We are guaranteed to be back!

Very loud, noise level 24h like a youth hostel, sounds of screaming, shouting, parties, singing, music, tv, etc. With apparently really low quality walls so you hear every noise and word your neighbors make. Rooms have no A/C, no coffee/tea makers, nothing except TV and toilet, this is a 2-Star hotel max. To add to that and confirm, the breakfast is similar bad, only one coffee machine for about 500 guests, loud, full, mass production at its worst.

We have stayed here a night and were 2 days in the Park. Cool, I find that all the hotel guests are already a half-hour before regular admission to the Park. We were exactly half past ten there and quickly found a Parking space. The Check in was faster than I Thought. The room was of course still free, but we left our suitcases in the car and then went to the Park. As we came in the evening from the Park, we were able to go right to our room. We had booked the pirate room (the cheapest category) and the decor was perfectly adequate. So to the room you can't complain really. For dinner, you may want to come up in the morning at arrival time to pick you. What is quite well resolved, is the reservation of the table. You get a shield that you put on the table and so does not need to remain always at the table. The Buffet was very tasty and there was a great selection. The staff were all nice and attentive. In the end, all of us were very tired. After dinner, we went to the water Park. I would have thought it would there. Of course you can't say, "I swim now a little bit", but to splash it. For smaller children is by the way taken care of also abundant, for example, with a treasure hunt. The next day we were looking forward then to the Breakfast. And also here I can only say: class. Such a great selection and everything was very tasty. Just before half past ten, we have been in the card room, the suitcase in the car loaded and a great day in the Heide-Park spent.

The rooms were really great. The breakfast buffet was also very good.
The treasure hunt in the evening across the Heath Park was a perfect conclusion and really gave our children the rest;)

The short break in the Adventure Hotel was very pleasant for us (2 Adults 2 children). The Stay in the Dragon (-tame) — room was very exciting and with great attention to detail the room was designed. In the hallway in front of the room, acoustically was already generated at every entrance from the elevator.
All in all an exciting stay where the time went by as if in the air!

The hotel is a bit different and a real play paradise for children, the rooms look great (we had a pirate room) and certainly please the adults too, there is a rich breakfast and dinner buffet. 1 star deduction because you have to book the evening Buffet for an additional 30 euros and that I think is a bit expensive, since I never eat for the price and you have no possibility to order individual meals.
But you can certainly eat well in the area.
All in all, we loved it here.

The food was very good for New Year's Eve celebration 2017. Unfortunately, from 21 30 there was nothing left. The tablecloth and the chandelier we had to hold down from 10 pm, because it was covered for breakfast. New Year's jewelry disappeared. The band said goodbye at 23 40. For €99 PP is piracy. Pure adventure. Berliners at midnight were good, napkins were still there. Fireworks was good.

The New Year's Eve program was even better than last year. Much more for children and a evening show. I think it's great, evening shows might as well be in the normal program, why they were removed is questionable.

This time, New Year's Eve was much better than last year. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

I spent the last weekend at Heide Park, where we had an overnight stay at the hotel. I was positively surprised as I thought that the quality of the accommodation is probably more of a youth hostel character. We had the pirate room at the Adventure Hotel. The room would have been for 4 people and was lovingly decorated in pirate ship style. Here and there there was in the spacious room loving details to discover. The bathroom with the great showers shower was the biggest surprise and was lavishly designed in stone and wood optics. The rooms were, contrary to my expectation, very clean, just like the whole facility. The entire Heath Park — staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The quality of the meals in the hotel was good. There was not, as first suspected, schnitzel and fries, but plain cooking with roast beef, fish and goulash but also a Mediterranean appetizer buffet. It was also very nice that we as hotel guests were introduced to the park 30 minutes before the official opening of the park.
What you should consider is that if you include backpacks in the hotel's lockers, you will not be able to return to the hotel after entering the park and then back to the park on the same day. So think ahead of what you want to take to the park and use the lockers in the park if you want to eat on the food.

Nice hotel, with chic rooms (all with own theme. ) Staff is friendly and professional and the breakfast was also really good. If you want to spend more than a day in the Heidepark, there is no way to pass.

Top rooms, very clean and good meals.

Just had the Buffet, but it was a great expiriance. Good Food, free Beer, Whine and beverages, nice Restaurant, like Pirates Tartuga… The Bar was a Ship, also great areas for kids.

Great for families, unique place, all is medium to large scale and well organised though improvements can be done at reception (too small and crowdy at peak hours) and a private entry to indoor swimmng pool would be nice. This would ease embarrassment to pool visitors passing the reception in swim gear Friendly staff is welcoming and fun activities in the park are great and very exiting. A minimum of 2 days are required to enjoy all fun games.

The Rooms couldnt be used until 16:00. Wasn't much of a problem because of the park. Room was more or less perfectly clean and nice looking (Rainshower). During breakfast there was everything one could want.

The room was HUGE for myself, they cleaned it every 2-3 days. Even tho they lost my socks they still have all my love. The new Ghostbusters ride is so dope!

Staff was super nice. The room looked phenomenal and the show succeeded just in the evening. We will stay there again definitely.

Nice hotel with lots of entertainment for the kids. Eat amazingly well, rooms in the summer something warm because no climate, but you can handle. Swimming baths also marks after a day in the Heide Park visit. Happy again.

Wir waren abends zum Essen im Hotel, da wir den Geburtstag meiner Tochter dort feiern wollten. Essen war ok, Service 1a, die Animation am Abend ist super für Kinder. Erst gibt es eine Schatzsuche durch den Park und anschließend eine tolle Show.

I was with my friend in d. Hotel for 2 nights. It has us look good! Many offers for children. I personally find expensive €30 per person for d. But dinner. BUT you get €30 for d. What available!

Hotel is nice. Rooms are beautiful, jeddoch only at first glance. The curtains are full of the dust under the bed was also dust and 0, 5cm dust was on the Cabinet. No wonder that it is fully DUSTY in the room, if you move a little in the bed, so nothing for allergy and people like me, who like cleanliness.
The food was good, the staff (operating) was polite, as well as the receptionists, up on the blonde Lady at the front desk, who smiles without end up with the wrong and gelernen unehrrlichen smile. Says grinzend Disapper learned 4 sets and hoping you would come so rightly. But when an additional question of you, drop the stupid and dishonest grin and then she says only cold and hate > it's all IN the brochure then… Terrible…

So far the best children's Hotel, I know. We were already two times here and were impressed. Especially the rooms with space for 2 adults and up to 4 children are great! But the food, the children's entertainment (treasure hunt), the swimming pool and the former inlet in the Heide Park round off the great experience.

We have stayed in a pirate room. The set up is good and doing here just the bathroom. The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. For 4 star, I expect but that up to the end of breakfast time still fruit salad and scrambled eggs are added. Here no longer existed already 15 minutes before the end.

Well-situated hotel, especially for families with children. Good food and great evening shows.

We were already 2 x always positively impressed here and also. The staff is always friendly and helpful and it was also not set up. Since it is a themed, of course many kids are present, thus also of the noise level during dinner or breakfast is increased. But the white man before, so is not a problem. The rooms were clean and large enough both times. More, you don't need as you anyway stay all day in the Park, can be reached directly via a side entrance. Children will program suffice here offered. This is a review for the holiday camp. There everything was very well organized, very friendly, fast, competent and helpful staff, nice small youth hostel-style huts. Unfortunately, they were somewhat suspicious and the snoring neighbor had to first be set by hitting on the wall for normal breathing, before we could sleep, but otherwise everything was ok. The food was good, there was a good selection of different dishes, so that was something for everyone.

Our stay in Holiday camp. The overall expectation was great, but we missed some decent furniture to relax in, in our house.

We were in the Camp of Heide Park and it was Super. The houses are Well gepflaegt, the food has also tasted. The Camptruppe was very friendly and Helpful. The only thing we did not like was the small garden in front of the house would not gepflaegt was and the fit to the rest not.

The attractions are top, the friendliness is staff of also top that food also very good.

Unfortunately cleanliness leaves something to wish, man sees while but unfortunately clean the staff with bucket and broom not all too much. What a pity. But no reason not to go.

I know the hotel has very long and was always satisfied. The staff are super friendly and the food (especially breakfast) is always 1a. The evening program is really good.
What occurred to me on my last two visits, the cleanliness of the room is very stark, so I had them once again to clean my room after arrival. This must not happen when the prices in the hotel.

This is a great fun park for all the family. Lot's to do food is not too expensive but also plenty of places if you have taken your own food to sit and eat.
