➜ We stayed with our three children (0, 4, 15) for two nights in the "Bear's Dream" family room. We can't help but award five stars. A warm welcome by the hotel manager and then we were able to move into our super clean room. Because it is just so incredibly hot, we quickly got another room, because our booked one would have been under the roof and especially for our baby this would have been very stressful. Attention to detail characterizes the hotel, cosiness included. Breakfast, served in the "good parlour", also delicious and the subsequent excursion tips very helpful. We can only recommend the bear house, especially for families, primarily because of the warmth and child-friendliness and also because of the good location (heidepark, Serengetipark, outlet Soltau easily accessible).
➜ A very lovingly furnished hotel in a quiet location and very warm owners. We felt right at home. Very child-friendly, they could romp in the yard and just be a child. Very good service! Sights (e. G. Serengeti Park/ Heide Park) are also within easy reach! There is only the breakfast buffet (which leaves nothing to be desired) but surrounding there are enough possibilities to eat outside. We'll be back!
