➜ Extremely unfriendly staff. Were unkindly pointed out at the door that the room was not yet finished, without a welcome. We weren't invited in either. We were only briefly on the toilet and when we were only fast at the car, the hotel door was closed. We are now sitting in the rain in the hotel parking lot and are no longer allowed in. Incredibly outrageous. This is not in line with the philosophy of the hotel or the way I want to feel like a paying guest.
➜ I was very satisfied. The hotel is not the latest but very clean. Breakfast is varied for the price. It would have been great if there had been coffee with foamed milk. I would especially like to thank Ms. Oekal (reception), who was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for the pleasant stay.
