My favourite place in Hanover: clean, bright, friendly staff members, great food, a large offer for all kind of fitness levels, great courses, personal training (my favorite Antje). The way they have managed the corona crisis is outstanding! thanks for let us coming back to a clean and healthy club and for putting all those efforts to keep the center running that well.

Now after the Corona time no longer recommended. Poor service. Low staff and poor course offer. Gastronomy a disaster. We have switched to the énoun and it is the way it used to be in Aspria. Too bad for the beautiful club in a great location!

Great Fitness and Spa Club. The perfect place to relax. What I most great the child care was found. The teachers are super nice! Few things could be improved but, nevertheless, how the Digitizing of training plans. And the young blonde lady at reception should be more friendly :-)

I love the sauna experience and facilities. A beautiful setting on the Maschsee.

Guests. Room was not properly clean on arrival — bed not freshly sourced, dirty towels, empty beer bottle and open water bottle, used glasses, used soap piece in the shower. Shower door did not close properly, the bathroom was flooded every time while showering. Carpet a bit rancid. Images are clearly euphemistic. "Late" check out costs 10€ an hour — a naughty after we had received no apology or compensation from the staff for the lack of cleanliness.

The swimming pool with the best views in Hanover is offered here. The membership fee here is too high but certainly justified. However, one can accordingly partly also adjust to the corresponding clientele.

Great gym. All friendly and in devices is everything your heart desires. Also the trainers on the training surface are really nice and always open to questions. First-rate!

The services provided are not worth this price.

I can't tell anything about the fitness center, because I was a hotel guest and only stayed overnight and unfortunately didn't do any sport. But the sports area looked great and I would have liked to have trained with me. The rooms of the hotel are really great. Very large, new, great equipped and a great view of the lake. Only the breakfast unfortunately does not quite fit into the picture, here you could put a skip on it. But is a suffering at a very high level.

Aspria is a great place not only to do sports but also to relax. The staff are all courteous and always nice. The restaurant and bistro always have a great menu to offer and above all it tastes. The post is already expensive, but is worth it. You have to set the consequences in your life and think about what it's worth.

Well… There's nothing better in Hanover, but it's really not that great. Rather standard and unfortunately nothing special. Wellness area also more of a matter of taste. For such a large city rather cramped, quite noisy, a lot of plastic and partly extremely overheated. The restaurant is very nice and a very friendly waiter. Fitness also average. So in other cities there are, unfortunately, better alternatives.

Saunas and infusions great.
The food is rich and very tasty.
Price performance is right.

A little expensive, but you can relax here in peace and quiet at the Maschsee in the heart of Hannover and train.

I was a member of the Aspria Hannover for just over a year. All in all, it can be said that it is a nice location for relaxing and relaxing. The wellness offer is very extensive.
From my point of view, the Aspria is not recommended for people who are looking for a well-equipped gym. Therefore, there are only 2 out of 5 stars of me.
Except on the cardio — and functional straining area, the fitness area does not deserve the word gym in any way. The free dumbbell area is, on the one hand, very small to the other, free dumbbells are criss-crossing around the area and are partly untraceable. There are only two barbell benches on which sometimes there are very light barbell, sometimes none at all and with good luck you get the only 20kg barbell with Olympian's area which is available in the whole club in your hand. Even after several questions, the staff could not tell me how easy the light barbell is. The brackets for fixing dumbbell discs are partly heavily rusted.
In the case of the equipment sector, it is sometimes a long time of the day that it is the order of the day. In addition, the devices are often defective as well as severely worn out. Rather embarrassing for a "MemberClub" in high-priced segement. All in all, the Aspria Hanover is very busy and more than crowded, especially at the typical peak hours in the week after work.

Old equipment, poor and chaotic equipment, very tight, incredibly expensive, small classroom. I don't recommend. That was a mistake to visit Aspria.

Especially in summer it is relaxing and varied outdoors.
The staff are always friendly and competent! Particularly noteworthy is the constant hygiene and orderliness.
Of little criticism is the overly high level of air conditioning in the summer.
We look forward to the next visit after a film production;-)

A super great and varied sport/wellness/sauna facility, with a very nice view of the Maschsee-from the room, from the Relaxtonen, partly also from the sauna.
A star deduction due to some lack of knowledge of the staff (e. G. 3 different information about the breakfast times) and missing refrigerator in the apartment, but on the whole very friendly staff.

Every day at Aspria is like a holiday for my husband and me. We have been there since the first hour and our desire to travel has steadily diminished. We haven't seen more sports and wellness in any hotel. The pools, the huge whirlpool and the sons are very nice. The location and the view of the Maschsee I find fantastic. The staff are also mostly very attentive and nice. The sauna masters are very committed and make every infusion an event. I am also convinced that we members/guests could also do something to improve communication. Greeting each other would be a possibility that was common there a few years ago. Things that bother me, I address the employees. Criticism is accepted there and the problem solving is discussed in the team. As soon as small defects are corrected more quickly, I will follow up the fifth star.

The location is great because the Maschsee is the heart of Hanover. The staff is sometimes friendly and partly somewhat arrogant and not service-oriented. The club is not at the best for the membership fee, e. G. Walls packed in ladies' changing rooms (wallpaper is not a good choice), round tables in the restaurant are heavily worn out, sports equipment partially worn out and not properly clean, the showers in the sauna area are set to less than 2 seconds and you have to hold the button to extend it and shower normally, in circular training the computer was so busy for a long time that guests could access member data if a trainer did not log off correctly (was logged off after several times Prompts changed) … then I wanted to give a guest week ticket, which I had completely forgotten (after several months), but since there was a deadline of 2 weeks, the 25 € (! ) Deposit withheld and the card I still had to hand in (note a plastic card like in the hotel), With the massages I had mostly good experiences, which you can expect for the very high price… only once Did I probably have a helper who also reported on other side jobs and did not deliver the same quality. All around a club that is average and has an above-average location. You still have to know that the wellness area is textile-free — then also includes the swimming pool, which also goes outside and further relaxation pools.

I would like to share here my experiences with the Aspria and its "customer service":
Although the studio is really nice and has a great range of courses, as a customer I feel completely taken on my arm more than once.
When I first became a member, I asked before signing the contract whether you would be out of contract in the event of a pregnancy. "Yes, of course, they have a special right of termination, that's not a problem at all, " it said at the time. In fact, it cost me several months at full membership price, phone calls and emails, medical declaration about sports incapacity, etc. Until I finally got out of the contract.
And now the coronation:
I wanted to re-register because of the really good childcare and went to the studio for a total of three conversations, where each time a new cost point came up on the table, which was previously hidden from me. Childcare costs extra, and after finally getting through to sign a contract, the welcome appointment, again casually, came to the table that the child must either be a member or need a day pass in order to enter the childcare to go.
I am rather perplexed that such a thing is only mentioned after the signing of the contract, and there was a lot of discussion about childcare beforehand.
Now I have withdrawn from the contract within my 14-day withdrawal period and still have to pay the admission fee, as this is an "admin fee".

From the website it appears that all rooms have the same category and price. Also it seems that all rooms have lakeside view. Yes; almost all rooms. I seem to end up in a room that was farthest away from all the action and with a panoramic view of the …… parking lot. And it was only the parking lot that could be seen. Since it is a popular Sports-club, the parking lot was constantly crowded with people so I had to close the darkening curtains to prevent people waving at me while I was undressing. There were no other (lighter) drapes so I had to switch on the lights during daytime. Also I had to keep the windows closed at night because of the constant noise from the car and train traffic (trains run right behind the parking lot). I requested the reception to possibly find me another room but naturally they told me that all was full. When you completely are into training your body you could have a swell time at Aspria. When you are also into keeping your body healthy, food wise; you better look elsewhere. I had dinner in the restaurant (to at least enjoy some of the lake view) and found that only the very small portions are healthy. The variety and quality of the meal was more like the standard offering you can find in every low (burgerlich) class German restaurant. We know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day to keep your body healthy. Aspria Hotel apparently never heard of this statement because there was less offering than a basic bed&Breakfast.

Beware! This is a NUDE spa. If you want to use the spa, including whirpools, panorama pools, etc. You have to be naked! There is no information about this in the website or at the entrance of the club. I paid for a day card for the spa without knowing this. Then I asked for my money back. The guys at the reception could not understand where my problem was. They said to me that it is obvious that spas in Germany are nude, which is not true because I´ve already been in normal spas here. I didn´t get my money back. This spa is not international. The service is very bad.

Ostensibly a great Club but behind the Scenes of one of the worst employers. Employees are massively exploited and illegally dismissed. This is why you should the Store be avoided.

Since 1, 5 years, a member, a regular (several times per week) and still not get bored. Thank you.
