Very friendly staff. Relatively quiet, could even sleep with the window open, although main road leads not far away.
The first hotel in a long time with a flat 40 x 80cm pillow so I could sleep well.
Bath about small, but still adequate.
At breakfast, I liked the fresh rolls and tea selection. In addition, the tea is poured with boiling water, which is now rare. There are also Kandis on this, of course.
Parking was a bit difficult for me, may be due to the size of my car or the arrival time. Could check in before 12 p. M.!
Public transport very easily accessible.
Surroundings in such a way that I still felt comfortable as a woman in the evening on the streets.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are Picobello and the size is sufficient. The breakfast was very good. Very varied and it was constantly replenished and made sure that all drinks are supplied. Thumbs up and clear referral.

Very clean. Good a little louder but such a tire factory will not because of a hotel the space rooms. The room is tired, big enough. Breakfast is plentiful, cold cuts, coffee, tea, juices, various mame shops, rolls, cereals. Everything available. The metro is 5 minutes away. So you are in the city center in another 5 minutes. Parking for a car is available. All in all worth 5 stars.

Super Hotel with; "To snore good prices". Anyway, the beds seem to be very good. I spent over 2, 5 months in several rooms. Every now and then one hears his neighbors. Very moderate prices in the mini bar. Breakfast is quite reasonable. Outside you get everything you need. I was very pleased. Thank you.

The hotel generally makes a very clean and good impression! The breakfast buffet is top-class: Such a variety: coffee. Milk, 6 teas/Various bread rolls/zig Marmeladesirten/There are fried eggs and scrambled egg, depending on your wishes, freshly prepared/fresh sausage slices and delicious cheese = Nothing packed/cereal/various fruits/2 varieties melon, kiwis, pineapples) /div. Fruit Yogurt/Kräterquark U. V. M… and of course Avenue best quality! What has also made us very BEEUNDRUCKT: Mrs. Carmen Watchmen, the lady who prepares the breakfast and then reads every guest's wishes from the eyes, a very enchanting and very attentive lady ❤! Thank you very much for this exceptionally good service ❤

Very expensive, 150 euro per night, it is just to much for 3 star hotel, although position of hotel very good, near U bahn.

Staying at Haus Sparkuhl was exactly what I needed while visiting CeBIT. The service was friendly. Coffee, bacon, scrambled eggs, muesli, etc. For breakfast. Quiet place near to tram station.

I was going to see Bruce Springsteen at the AWD arena in Hanover on the 28th. Normally I'd would have stayed with my wife's Aunt and Uncle who lives in Hanover, but they were away on holiday, so I had to find somewhere else. I looked in Expedia, and all the hotels in Hanover were full, really expensive or miles out of the city. Except for this hotel, which after doing a bit of research, looked ideal for my one night stay. About the 1/3 of the price of all the chain hotels, but with good reviews. I got there at 13:00 and given my key, plus explanation of how to get back in late at night, as reception would be closed when I got back. 10hrs Wi-Fi was free of charge, so perfect for me. My room was immaculately clean, as was the bathroom. New flat screen TV in the room, plus a safe to store my valuables. The U bahn (Werdestasser), is 2 mins walk from the hotel, then it is only one stop to Hannover main station, and then jump across the platform for the U bahn for the Arena. Perfect! Got back after the concert, shut the blinds and fell fast asleep, I was woken by a police siren, but nothing else until 07:30 when I could hear a shower in another room. But I fell back to sleep and missed breakfast! So the place is very quiet, despite being located near a tyre fitting depot. Would I stay there again, yes, no problem. Hopefully I wouldn't miss breakfast next time.

Those who must stay in this area, is very right in here. The hotel has no restaurant, though, but nearby there is much choice.
