Seminar visit — two nights.
Room size sufficient for one person (furniture: wardrobe, bed, chair, armchair, table AND beach basket). Bathroom with shower/toilet is clean and offers neat space for the usual bathroom activities. The Sylt theme (beach basket and pictures) is not important to me, but was not disturbing.
The associated restaurant offers many different ones. Dishes, from wraps to burgers. The burgers are top quality and the prices are fine (11.90€ 200g beef burger with fries).
The biggest plus point is the staff. Always friendly and very helpful. Clear recommendation for seminar, trade fair and conference visitors! :)

Very friendly and good breakfast. Rooms are rather simple but clean.

The Breakfast was delicious, the staff friendly. The room was very small, dark and worn. A cross trainer in the corner, looked left and parked. Overall, very unloving, but for a night okay.

Everything is broken… the heating hissed, the shower hardware is Shakey and loose, the carpet is cheesy… it's just not maintained. It'd be fine after a refurbished going through with a handful of men with tools, but as of now, it feels like it's been patched up with gum and hope.

Will soon be partly demolished a part remains standing.

I was just here for the seminar, but the hotel looked very appealing. Unfortunately, the training rooms will soon be closed. But there is sauna-man in the hotel and wellness facilities. Looks great from the outside.

Rating refers only to the restaurant and the Buffét for lunch: Location and atmosphere: The hotel is well reachable by car and offers some free parking.
The restaurant is decorated in a modern style and offers many seats.
The atmosphere can be a little louder depending on the guest occupancy.
Without reservation, there is no chance to have lunch here.
Food and Beverage: the choice of drinks is the usual average.
There is a salad bar with many different salads, dressings and toppings.
The hot dishes consist of a meat or a fish dish.
There are different encampments.
I have not seen a vegetarian or even vegan dish.
You can choose from one or two desserts for dessert.
Service: The staff is very friendly and helpful and also the Buffét is always quickly replenished.
Conclusion: mostly very busy and so you have to wait about longer.

For an overnight stay without any demands in quick and easy to get out very noisy.

The beds or mattresses meet the offence of bodily injury. Bathroom rammed and brush-renovated, rooms simple but rustic, of course no freely accessible Wi-Fi in the room.
Breakfast buffet, on the other hand, is good.
Total Note 5, not recommended.

Pretty poor! Trying to be shabby chic — reality shabby. No iron. Over 350 euros! No power point in bathroom & poor lighting.

Super friendly staff. Was here on business. A perfect quiet room was searched me out. The woman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. I have not visited the restaurant, but the breakfast. There is what for all. Like I go back here.

Mediterranean-furnished Hotel with nice staff. No Hochhausflair but rather a family Flair. Nice and cozy atmosphere with a great Restaurant next door. The location is Central on the outer edge of Hanover surrounded by willows and Greenery. Top and always be happy! Without exception, to be recommended.

Nice ambience, especially the new Bar area is appealing. The rooms are orginell one must, however, in terms of functionality, check which room you get. The rooms are very noisy, very annoying are rooms at the Gangtür! Overall, however, there is certainly also a renovation is required. The bathrooms are partially very small. 4 stars, however, are overvalued, and the price is a bit too high. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Breakfast is ok. The prices in the Restaurant I find a bit too high.

Always friendly staff, clean and sufficiently large room (Mediterranean), super Breakfast next door in the Restaurant "La Vivezza" (various types of sausage and cheese, cereals, two kinds of scrambled eggs, sausages, lactose-free milk and Sandwich 2 go") and Parking directly in front of the door. Absolute Recommendation! Who food would go absolutely should the Greeks" Minoas" try. A very good and equal Alternative to the "La Vivezza".

It really depends on the room, for what you get. There are good rooms and not so good rooms. Under the roof in summer unbearably hot. To the street it is very noisy. The free Wi-Fi was in my room not accessible. Very annoying.

At 10.08. We have the Training our daughter in the Hotel Viva Creativo is celebrated. It was a very successful day. The reception with Conn. Aperitif on the terrace in the sunshine, relaxed children, in the garden running around, then a incredibly great table with super nice and delicious decoration (then came the Big and the Small at your expense. Eßpapier, Weingummi, Mini-school, just great! ), super delicious and quality food, relaxed atmosphere, nice and unobtrusive Service. Easy class. That was really perfect. Thank you! Even today, give us a call and our guests rave about this great Location. I would even be time for the rite of confirmation (probably 2021. ) to reserve! :-) Thank you to the entire Team.

I've spent now a total of 5 weeks in the small charming hotel. I lived in 5 different rooms during this period. All were clean and functional. Well, sometimes hangs the bedside lamp in the way. Thus, you can arrange but and get used to it. A special praise goes to the always nice and helpful staff. All were striving always for the good of the guest and fulfils every wish. Rarely, I could enjoy such a good service and good food on a training course.
