Is this really an hotel? Closing the doors at 8pm?! Leaving me and my family no other choses than looking for an other hotel at 9pm without any other solution (like a key box for example.?! ) The answer from the hotel? Only one: we closes at 8… You have to find something else…
No profesionalism. No understanding. No communication possible. But of course they keep the money…

The name could lead to confusion: Erika is situated in prime location of Hahnenklees with great views of the Park and the Kranicher ponds. It is a family-run pension in the large attention is given to the guest. The owner, Mrs and Mr black, are sincerely committed to the guests a pleasant stay. This begins with the offer to create the luggage in the room and continues with help and advice when needed. Who not necessarily but emphasizes on latest furniture good mattresses and very pleasant sleeping comfort, which is right here. The breakfast is simply outstanding and incomparably well, I haven't experienced that yet elsewhere! The room was already made every day after breakfast, the rest in the House and in the vicinity came to us very. A good price-performance ratio! free Wi-Fi access is available in the House.

A very nice German hotel in the Harz. The view from the hotel is beautiful as it looks directly onto the two lakes in the town. Inside the hotel the interior is full of beautifully carved wood. The breakfast is great. Room in old fashioned German stile. 100 percent recommended.
