Everything great food and very friendly service.

We spent a weekend there and felt very comfortable. Very nice rooms, a very good kitchen and a breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The hygiene concept in Corona times was also convincing.

Just relaxed there for a few days. Very friendly and accommodating staff, despite C. Everything great, good conception of hygiene, gladly again.

All great breakfast, nice and courteous staff. Beautiful rooms. Super Food.

Absolutely super nice rooms, all very friendly and the beer garden is highly recommended.

We had the "little time out" from 29.2 — 2.3.2020
Arrived on Saturday was a friendly welcome, room ok and in the wellness area it was also not so full.
Then in the evening a great food super nice waiter although it was full ran everything great!
Sunday 10 o'clock we had mud wrap and massage the appointment was not so great exactly in the breakfast time 8 — 10:30 o'clock.
From 3 p. M. We were back in the wellness area everything great!
Then we went to dinner at 7 p. M. And the evening should not be as great as Saturday:
There was no one in the restaurant at the beginning and we had to wait 10 minutes until someone came ☹
Then the waiter came a lady and told us first that the cooker probably salted the red cabbage and there is salad for it. She also had nothing better to do that to tell at all tables did not make a good impression although only 6 tables with 2 people were occupied it went badly.
Then came the soup which was salty and then came the red cabbage?
Dissatisfaction was also noticed at the other tables ☹☹☹
So we were very satisfied with everything house, breakfast and wellness area.
" But the performance on the lady's Sunday evening was not so great and did not do your hotel well "

We were there on the weekend. Very very nice very nice staff. We will definitely be back.

We were this year already for the 4. Time there and can only recommend it. Super nice Service, great food, and the Suite in the new cultivation left nothing to be desired. A beautiful Hotel with a Wellness area, which contributed with a one-hour Massage in our Arrangement for recreation. We will also be next year, repeat offenders.

The facilities are great but the Internet doesn’t woks as offered, staff not helpful at all, no free drinking water in the room.
Arguments about the checkin times and we had to asked for towels as they were not supplied.

A great Hotel, with great staff. The new rooms in the adjacent building are equipped with super-modern, floor-to-ceiling Windows with external blinds, huge Flat-TV and comfortable beds. And also at the Breakfast, there is nothing to complain about. To recommend very much!

Hotel itself I can only consider as very good. He is only 3 months old. But service is totally bad! Despite the sign "do not disturb" they come into the room. Food is mega badly organized! It was announced beforehand that we would be having dinner at 8 p. M. But in the end everything was empty! we were only allowed to enjoy the leftoverfood food (such as halved black schnitzel). They didn't even know that the whole group was going to come for seminary! And first it was announced as if we had half board, even though the full board was paid. There were also some little things, but in short: TOTAL DISORGANIZATION! We filled up as 2nd class all the time!

At these temperatures (35°C) we sat indoors in a kind of conservatory. It was pretty warm.
The food was however very tasty and absolutely recommended. The service was very good.

Were not satisfied at all and will not book this hotel again.
The room smelled unpleasantly of cigarette smoke and was otherwise not special.
In the evening at 7.30 p. M. We could not order anything as a hotel guest in the restaurant, because the kitchen was busy. And that with two small children!
Breakfast was ok. But that's it.

A solid hotel, unfortunately not worth the price. Rooms of the "Premium Class" do not have a refrigerator, for the spa (extra advertised) there are no bathrobes / bath/sauna towels / slippers, and to crown one as a hotel guest (with two small children) in the restaurant is still denied the food. It would just be a wedding and a bus on site. Clean and mostly friendly staff. The shortcomings are management issues.

We spent a few wellness days here and it was very nice.
The room is top and breakfast delicious.
As an important tip, we had booked half board which we can absolutely recommend.
Each dinner was an absolute positive surprise and a highlight of the day.

We did a family getaway at the Jever Schützenhaus and we were thrilled.
Super nice staff. Chambermaids, waiters and reception are so attentive and helpful. Just great. Our baby was lacking in nothing. The food was super delicious. And the rooms very tastefully decorated. The spa area is beautiful and great. A must for any Jever lover my husband is one. Highly recommended.

Super Hotel mega friendly and helpful, special requests are immediately and staff done very friendly, large groups no Problem eating very fine for bus drivers to be very bus Parking directly in front of the entrance, I can only recommend further.

Our stay at Schützenhof was very pleasant! The people are very nice and the food was excellent!

Fantastic interior scenery, but unfriendly boss who threw out the waiting pack twice to mail his crew. And this not even half an hour before the start of the wedding ceremony. Poorly solved… Sometimes you get on with a smile.
Staff also not quite on Zack or understaffed.

Great hotel. Great restaurant. Great breakfast. Wellness and everything you need.
When I'm in Jever and around, I like to be here.

Clean rooms, nice service, Super Wellness area!
However, a "Greenline" could be more consistently carried out when eating. For example with eggs and without strawberries, asparagus and peas in winter…
But it was still tasty, sufficient and good to look at!
We would come back!

The large room was nicely decorated and we were very satisfied with food and service.

The food tastes very good. The map is clearly arranged. There is no quantity of choice, but that is a characteristic of fresh food. Always happy.

Good room, good restaurant, plus a pool and a properly equipped gym. The staff was very friendly. My overnight stay was very pleasant and I come herme again.

The food does not hold what price and presentation suggest … the quality is acceptable, but any seasoning is missing and in this price segment I also expect a pepper mill on the table and not these smuggled spreaders on the table. The rooms are very nice. However, the staff is very unmotivated and completely misunderstands the term "service. " I would like to be discreetly cared for and not also patronised and conducled by the "restaurant management, " of all places. Since there are now good and ambitious restaurant concepts in Wilhelmshaven, you have to rethink and repair the dusty offer.

Very nice location, very nice owner, food as part of the conference hosting was good to very good. Room was great. If I need a hotel again in the area, I will gladly book again here.
