An extraordinary weekend is behind us. After our rooms were allocated, we were offered 2 apartments in return. We are more than satisfied with the accommodation. Also the breakfast booked. First class. Keep it up.

Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. If I were to be back in Haselünne, I would come back here at any time. Unlimited recommendation!

The hotel is clearly too expensive there is no air conditioning or ventilation, but even worse but that there are no real curtains there is bright in the room at 05:30pm day! In the evening, everyone can also look into the room when light burns! The double bed consists of two single beds that stand together so that you have a wooden bar in the middle. There is, however, nothing to be said about cleanliness! The TV is also no bigger than my tablet PC!

Friendly staff, historic building style-oriented furnished, clean room at reasonable price, very good breakfast buffet. Recommendation.

Nice little hotel which consists of two houses, the house Monnich and the house Russel (there the room) which are connected with a tunnel under the road. There is also a sauna with whirlpool and a wellness area. Room with double bed, bathroom with shower (there could be a change of the faucet because temperature control is somewhat difficult). Some signs of wear on the furniture.
Flat TV with satellite reception, minibar (drinks €2) and very fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast in the main building in buffet style. Elevator available there. Very nice staff. 4 parking spaces in front of the house Russel 6 directly behind (number in Respectful park). Further parking spaces behind the Resraurant "hunting lodge Wiedehage" and 2 parking spaces opposite, as well as in the underground garage. There is also a lockable bicycle cellar. There is also direct access to the hotel.

Nice little hotel which consists of two buildings connected by a tunnel under the road. Parking in the underground garage as well as in front and behind the house on the other side of the street. Room Classic furnished with shower/WC flat TV with satellite reception, minibar and very fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast in the main building in buffet style. Very nice staff.

Mega beautiful old hotel, with beautiful large rooms. We were there for a romantic getaway and were satisfied:)

2 nights in a Business room. The room is decorated in a modern style, generous of space and Clean. What is reduces the overall impression of the old. 20“ great TV, cheap in a plastic bag wrapped plastic cups in the bathroom and partly broken interior. For such an expensive room (95€/night) you would expect something better. The Breakfast is ok. Selection is quite simple, here is a little more fresh instead of pre-packaged products are missing. This also darkened, unfortunately the overall result. Otherwise the Hotel is very well designed and the idea implemented in a Hotel with several different old buildings, even if the paths are often very long and confusing.

A nice hotel. A supet breakfast. Very nice staff. Had a lot of fun at the Berenzen distillery.

A beautiful hotel, well maintained in our eyes. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room (No. 51) was very large, good in shot and easy to reach by elevator. Only so-called ' dark sleepers ' could have problems because you cannot darken a window. The reception of the free wireless LAN is good. The breakfast buffet is also good and the breakfast room really beautiful. Only the normal buns have the character of ' petrol station buns '. But this cannot affect the overall result due to the other selection. In addition, we can recommend the massage used without any restrictions. The sauna is an additional positive highlight (we could not test the whirlpool due to a technical defect).

Nice but bad beds, the room and bathroom should be refurbished once. Hardly any sockets.

Really nice hotel with classic ambiance. The staff were courteous, the rooms and also all the other areas clean. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. I'm sure it wasn't our last visit.

Fantastic. Had a lockable bike shed for our motorbike. Room was great and staff were very accommodating despite language barrier.

The breakfast is good. However, it is important to make sure that you get a renovated room. For 10 euro Difference It is also otherwise possible to land in an ugly departing.

Although the room was quite simple, there was no possibility of darkening the windows, although there were apartments on the opposite side of the street (about 5 meters). A table was also not available. The restaurant is located in a different building. Breakfast is average.

I had three rooms at the hotel with breakfast (€49 + €7, 50) posted on the 10.01.2015.
Received a booking confirmation by email directly.
Upon our arrival 08.08.2015 — after a long bike ride, you wanted to give me that no rooms were free. The Mr (music d. Managing Director) at the reception, tried me after every trick in the book to deal with.
Because I didn't give up, tried it in other hotels rooms to get — all were booked. Then followed the Super Gau, he offered us one night in Meppen (incl. Taxi ride, etc. ).
Now my patience to end — was (had we wanted to Meppen, also Meppen was been booked) and I was slightly more energetic and behold he put me 3 room key (all room together) on the counter. Now I was totally fooled me. It must be assumed that the guest who is willing to pay a particularly high price, get a room — other guests are only considered if nobody finds otherwise. Absolutely beyond the pale, I didn't expect the House from a Berentzen.
Here I ask myself now what is it for action.
Since 12 years I am doing bike rides through all over Germany, but as a poorly-run hotel is me still not under come.
Purity, spotted large stain in the carpet, walls and empty holes. Shower holder in the shower not to attach, fell from its holder in the shower head. They could not do door lock of our room! Janitor needed to unlock it,
Breakfast was OK!

Sad Christmas
We booked had 3 days, 4 nights over Christmas including three 3-course menu or buffet.
The booking confirmation we received and have traveled the way from Cologne. Eincheck after you told us that there would be difficulties with regard to eating. We actually get to have a 3 course menu. On the second day, we had to eat in the Balkan restaurant. The food was so bad that we are left almost everything. Christmas Eve there except for breakfast to eat anything because all the restaurants were closed and also the spa area was closed from 14:00. You would need to us before all of this. The discount of €50, 00 could not relieve my anger. The water in the hot tub was very cold and the floor dirty. On request why?, the staff told us, the Jacuzzi is always so cold there guests him after the sauna would use. My conclusion, no sauna no jacuzzi. The bed was very good. I slept well.

We were excited about the Christmas days there and sind (waren). Everyone was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was also great. It was all because what it takes.
The sauna and steam sauna would be opened for us. The sauna area was also nice. All together there were nice quiet days we wanted also.

We had booked a room through a provider that was apparently reported from the hotel after 10 days (in spite of confirmation and payment has already been made) as "overbooked". The statement of a competent employee " (so etwas könne Schon MAL passiern, wäre in anderen Hotels auch so…) " is on ignorance can't be beat.
It must be assumed that the guest who is willing to pay a particularly high price, get a room — other guests are only considered if nobody finds otherwise.
Absolutely out of the question!
