Unfriendly staff. Staff forget orders, don't come that you can reorder drinks. Rooms are too small, very bad mattresses, musty smell in the room, refrigerator too loud, in the common room dust should be cleaned again in the display cases. Meat is fried dead salad has no taste. Breakfast is good and rich, is always served quickly.

We stayed 3 nights as part of an Animod voucher at the Hotel Borchers with overnight stay, half board and visit to the Meyer shipyard in Papenburg. We were very satisfied, the staff all very nice, the breakfast top and also the dinner good bourgeois tasty. We can recommend the hotel for a short trip, especially by bike.

We had booked a romantic weekend with 2 hours whirlpool and sauna incl bottle of sparkling wine true unfortunately disappointing pool kept no water instead of sparkling wine have it. On the positive side, the amount was deducted from the bill in the evening there was a 3 course menu unfortunately exclusively drinks. Food in itself delicious. Staff
Super friendly and helpful. There are themes rooms for which 3 stars are quite entitled.

The "compfort rooms" are directly under the roof. Far too warm in summer and the equipment is not degree special. However, the room is already clean. The breakfast has saved a 3 star rating yet, as this one is really good.

Rooms are very poorly equipped. We had a comfort room, but it is located on the upper floor of the guest house. For the reason that it was a comfort room, no special equipment was to be noted. Since the rooms are upstairs, it was incredibly warm in the room, so the stay was very exhausting due to the heat. The breakfast was great. A lot of choice and when something was used up, this was filled immediately. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Generally speaking 3 stars, due to the breakfast and the nice staff.

From advice on booking to departure all top. We had travelled to the "Käpitänstour Anno yesteryear and dream ships on the trail" from 13.04.2018 — 15.04.2018 with 16Personen. We were greeted in a friendly manner and immediately found that you can handle everything here with large groups. The keys were ready and there was no long filling of other forms. Everything was prepared for our stay. All the travellers had nothing to complain about. Room clean. Dinner at desired time, 3 course menu of best quality, Lava stone grill food has thrilled us all, much more than we could create.
The staff promptly asked for reorders and served drinks quickly. Alternating buffet on the two days. Attentive service, coffee came fast after, buffet was always freshly replenished. Bread, buns, fruit, homemade jams, cold cuts, yogurt, egg, we didn't miss anything. The trips were organized and well done. A special thank you to the team and the boss of the hotel Borchers for the top hosting and handling by Walter Kluxen team from Hamburg.

Have really eaten better!

Price is very good. Our three Gä6 menu was very tasty and a good compilation.
Excellent I found, which was no carpet in the room, but tiles and underfloor heating.
The room was very spacious and stylishly furnished. The prices of the minibar were O. K.

A good bourgeois hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The offered WLAN is free, but neither fast nor stable.
I would like to highlight however the breakfast. The buffet is quite extensive with various cheeses — and slices, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, egg dishes and fruit.

Very kind young man at the reception, that food and the form of presentation convincing on whole line. Rooms are modern down to the baths, but old is not like bad. At the same time, the atmosphere in the Speißeraum is very high and noble.

Why this hotel should have three stars, is beyond us.
We "enjoyed" two nights in this House. Very evil we came across that they sold us a tiny room with a 1, 40 m wide bed as double room. While we had pointed out in advance that we would achieve our wheelchair accessible rooms, because we have a baby in.
When we claimed this right after our arrival, it was just that this bed would be equivalent to the standard! A 1, 40 m-bed for two people for all for 80, — € per night!
It is right under the German hotel classification 2010-2014 under the point of sleeping comfort for a three star hotel: "beds by at least 0, 90 m x 1, 90 m and double beds by at least 1, 80 m x 1, 90 m. Be in a double room instead of a double bed, two single beds or a Queen size bed (one-piece mattress with minimum of 1, 50 m x 2, 00 m) offered, the hotel guest must
prior to the conclusion of accommodation contract be noted. "
The latter but didn't happen!
After a sleepless night and a further appeal on the morning after, we received the "comfort room" at no extra charge.
Nevertheless, the furniture may be co-ordinated in the rooms, however, seems cheap and come in the years. Repairs are visible.
The breakfast buffet was not, experience aufmunterndes the mood. Great fresh bread from the bakers were hit and Miss. We had no luck, because they were already out an hour before the end of breakfast.
