Central location, friendly helpful staff, good buffet breakfast, decent rooms, I would visit again.

It's a decent hotel, some of the staff are very unprofessional tho. You order a drink and gets it 30 minutes later. For the Menu card you have to wait 40mins.

We were in an emergency and urgently needed a hotel. Although the Valois was fully booked, the lady at the reception helped us and we were allowed to use the Wi-Fi. The top of the restaurant was also super-sweet and they were the best sweet potato pommes I've ever eaten!

Good hotel of the middle class. Very clean and friendly staff. Good and sufficient breakfast buffet.

My hotel in Wilhelmshaven for 20 years now. Good rooms, good breakfasts, nice staff and of course the central location are unbeatable.

Room well equipped, very friendly staff, breakfast plentiful and good selection also for Vegetrarier. Unfortunately the rooms are very small. Located directly in the city.

A very centrally located hotel with direct access to bus and train. The rooms and bathrooms are large, although a little dated furnished. Free Wi-Fi is available for guests. Breakfast cost €5 and was very good.

I would be forgiven for this hotel 5 * * * * * STAR.
Always friendly and attentive staff, sufficiently large and clean rooms. Excellent food both in the morning as well as in the evening.
Very central location without it being noisy. Hospitality is great in this hotel and making this experience is very enjoyable!

This hotel gets 4 stars from me because the rooms are furnished relatively old still useable very clean and well maintained. The location is just top one can reach a lot of walking. Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful but came a bit jaded over. Would definitely come back.

Lovely hotel. Very nice ambiance. You could now criticize the automatic circuit breaker in the Türecke. But I didn't have my magnifying glass. Very friendly staff. The restaurant was very far from my expectations to the positive.
An excellent cuisine in combination with a highly motivated, friendly and unobtrusive staff, who sees independently where something is missing. But there was nothing missing!
My only point of criticism would be the coffee for breakfast. Something should be changed. I felt very comfortable there for the second time!

Very saubers Hotel very nice staff air conditioning flawlessly Breakfast very good and very rich. Rooms are very clean. Excellent direct proximity to the shopping center and to the port. This Hotel I can only recommend.

+ Very good location (Central, directly at the main train STATION) + Nevertheless very quiet + Friendly Staff. + Very clean + Rich Breakfast. + W-Lan free of charge. + Beds ok. Showers can not be set. The temperature changes of Kochendheiss to Cold, so be careful.

Is not 4 star Standard. At 32°C was run over a week of no air conditioning. On demand was a repair promised. Later it turned out that some rooms have no air-condition possessed. The proposal of a fan was not necessary, dismissed. The boss did not feel responsible. It is not recommended.
