City Hostel by beans parc Hostel

Just arrived on May 21st 2018. Nice welcome. Our reservation worked perfectly. Friendly staff.

Room well equipped, very friendly staff, breakfast plentiful and good selection also for Vegetrarier. Unfortunately the rooms are very small. Located directly in the city.

I would be forgiven for this hotel 5 * * * * * STAR.
Always friendly and attentive staff, sufficiently large and clean rooms. Excellent food both in the morning as well as in the evening.
Very central location without it being noisy. Hospitality is great in this hotel and making this experience is very enjoyable!

This hotel gets 4 stars from me because the rooms are furnished relatively old still useable very clean and well maintained. The location is just top one can reach a lot of walking. Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful but came a bit jaded over. Would definitely come back.

Lovingly furnished hotel. Very nice ambiance. You could now criticize the automatic circuit breaker in the Türecke. But I didn't have my magnifying glass. Very friendly staff. The restaurant was very far from my expectations to the positive away.
An excellent kitchen in combination with a highly motivated, friendly and discreet staff who sees independently where something is missing. But there was nothing missing!
My only point of criticism would be the coffee for breakfast. Something should be changed. I felt very comfortable there for the second time!

The hotel itself is very good. But the food in the restaurant was ridiculous. Waiting time despite fewer guests over an hour. The potatoes and the vegetables were cold, the meat extremely tough. After this was communicated to the staff, there was no excuse, but we were accused of "wrongly cutting" the meat. It was not my first Rumpsteak and I can say that it was plain and simply bad. However, no apology from the staff and a discount did not come either. Just ridiculous.
So: 5 out of 5 points for the hotel 0 of 5 points for the restaurant…
