Can only rate the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately quite hectic and partly lack of coordination between service and kitchen. Wine recommendations could not be given and no knowledge is available.

Well renovated hotel. Comfortable bar and restaurant. Good coffee and well made cake in the afternoon. Staff very friendly and obliging.

Great hotel with super friendly and courteous staff. The spa area is an insider tip. Despite "carnival refugees" not crowded and really well thought out. We'll come back once again.

This hotel is a must. It starts at the reception with a super friendly welcome and a great explanation about the hotel. The lounge bar with its super friendly, very accommodating and extremely helpful service is for the evening to come down just as a must. Dinner is really the hammer. Again a great service, friendly nice helpful (which wine I take). It goes on with the hammer breakfast. There is really something for everyone. I could write so much more, but I have to come to the end.
What I definitely want to bring out again is the service. At all those were many, many love thanks for the super time with you.

Very nice hotel, very friendly service, very good food. We felt comfortable here.
Minus point: No or hardly any provision of bath towels in the wellness area and in the indoor pool. Overcrowded baskets of used towels.
Poor English translation of the menu. And the staff should be better trained in the English language.

No coffee in the morning * We wanted to take the wait of 1 std. Shorten and drink coffee. This was not possible as preparations were underway for New Year's Eve. Funny… The restaurant was still packed with breakfast guests …

The service in the Restaurant is very friendly, the Breakfast buffet is rich and allows for the normal mortal, wishes, extra wishes are immediately fulfilled. The rooms are well Equipped, free Wi-Fi, shower and toilet separated, capsule coffee machine in the room, the suitable capsules are free of charge and at any time, to the room staff. The Spa area I can't say anything since you haven't used it, but, as far as I know, also free of charge. In the Bar there is a Smoking lounge. All in all, the Motto is: "the cheerful Weĺlnesshotel" fit in all areas!

Super room, breakfast very wide selection, staff very friendly. Spa and swimming pool also very good. Every time again.

Nice reception. Breakfast is plentiful and good. The small sauna area is also recommended, with fresh fruit and water free for guests.
The rooms are bright and nicely decorated. There is also a coffee machine and a minibar in the room at a reasonable price.
I'm here for the second time on business and I will certainly come back when it demands the work;-)

A place of relaxation. Just enjoy, relax and find yourself again. The Fährhaus offers an unforgettable experience with its ambience, spa, swimming area and a rich cuisine.

The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. Fresh produce from the region missing, bun u bread sticky, fish cold u dry, the staff ran to me hectic (no coziness at breakfast) €210 for 1 night does not fit at all!

A wonderful hotel to feel good. Friendly staff without being intrusive. And the view of the sea terrific.

The location of the hotel is really nice. The rooms are large and very well equipped. Our room had a balcony and was facing the sea side. On arrival we were greeted very nicely. As the hotel has a large sauna and a swimming pool, the room has bathrobes and lots of towels. The swimming pool is a highlight. It is located on the roof and is heated. The entire spa area is welcoming and generous. Breakfast very plentiful and good. All areas were very clean and well maintained! We enjoyed it very much and would love to come back.

Am on the day of arrival friendly been received. The room is very nice. It is a short way to the beach, where you can make beautiful walks, kan. I like it here.

The area is always heavily attended and crowded better Parking away and walking.

The Wednesday brunch is highly recommended. The reservation should, however, be far made in advance.

We have a delicious asparagus buffet incl. Vospeise buffet of sweet and savory enjoyed Desserts from A-Z. Rich, varied, just great! Large praise to the kitchen, and the unobtrusive, attentive Service!

Super nice staff. Delicious food and a birthday even today, especially the decoration at the table had. Great rooms and brilliant Spa. The 2' th time there and will come back.

A super great Hotel, very friendly, professional and courteous staff, the room was very clean, bright and had great views of the North sea, the Pool at the bottom just like the top of the 7. Floor very clean, as are the Sauna, steam room and Tepidarium. So and so is a Wellness weekend… The Breakfast offers more than you could wish for, nothing was missing and everything was in Abundance… very courteous, the friendly staff fulfilled all wishes… Many thanks to the Hotel and the super nice friendly staff… recommend This Hotel absolutely very…

A very pleasant, clean Hotel. Great Service and good food. The Pool on the seventh floor is just awesome, with a super view over the North sea. To recommend very much!
