A nice hotel, only the hotel management seems overwhelmed! Have booked 3 months in advance by phone and I was very looking forward to it as it was going to be a gift. When asked for written confirmation, the previously promised price was no longer up-to-date (more expensive) on normal demand as this can come, I was informed in a rude tone "either at the current price or cancellation" I just wanted to know how such a thing could be. No friendly excuse or Sorry, but unfortunately now only the expensive rooms are available or anything like that. Think of such a question is up to everyone. In addition, she was running around with her phone and seemed very stressed. Very sad, the Mrs. J. Seems overwhelmed, but for that the caller/guests can nix. Then it was said only she would be sour the business relationship is disrupted and she cancelled my booking and I should refrain from further contact. Blatant! Now I'm standing there and I don't have a gift. This is not customer-friendly behaviour in the service sector towards customers. I feel very sorry for people like that. You can't do anything about it. It would only be a pity if such a behavior caused the guests to fail to do so. Even if the hotel is beautifully and tastefully furnished, it stands and all coincides with the handling of the paying or interested guests.
