Nice service as well as a great room! Fits everything. Happy to 👍 again.

The whole hotel is clean, a very good and friendly team and a very nice breakfast buffet
always happy.

Breakfast good. Room a little small and somewhat indisused.

Very nice hotel with high potential, unfortunately it is not used as well as it could.
Unfortunately, no information was passed during check-in, such as Safe and Wi-Fi Password. Questions at the reception did not go as it is not occupied. Unfortunately, no one goes with the phone number stored there. Perhaps that is what we should be working on. The Wi-Fi is only accessible in the public area of the hotel (not in the room) anyway, so we could not use it anyway.
Unfortunately no fridge or mini bar in the room. There is a market in the immediate vicinity, but then you have to do without cold drinks.
On the 3rd floor there is a beautiful roof terrace and a bar which unfortunately is not allowed to be used.
Breakfast is really very good.
All in all a nice hotel, but unfortunately a little expensive for what is only offered.

Were for a long Weekend in Bensersiel at the Hotel 4 Seasons.
We made ourselves made make the Room feel good and Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast Buffet excellent and has not been missing. The Staff are very friendly and attentive.
We wish all good and satisfied Guests at the new Start.

A wonderful weekend here. Just a shame breakfast doesn't give until 08:30. After the reopening, I wish the owner every success. There was nothing objectionable about the room.

Even when a room was reevoked by telephone, it became apparent that there were no professionals at work here. It took almost 5 min for someone to go to the phone. As long as you were on hold.
The room was clean, but without any comfort. Above all, a minibar was missing. The bathroom was only superficially cleaned. There were a lot of lime leaves at the shower and there was no more than soap.
Breakfast was available from 8:00. This time was also observed on time, because before that one did not come into the room. (Was the same on both breakfast days) Then, when you went to the buffet, you realized that it wasn't complete yet. Bread, for example, Kam was only after 15 minutes. Sausage and cheese were a bit more likely to be there. Also, food from the day before had dished out again. The crowning glory, however, was the harness. There was a piece (knocked off) missing cups and plates or the cup had a crack that was already dark of coffee. This one wasn't very appetizing. In addition, 8:00 is plenty late for breakfast if you want to take the ferry to Langeoog at 9:30.
Verdict: The house is worth for €138am a night, the money is not worth and has nothing to do with 4 — stars.
