➜ We have already spent 4 holidays in Bad Zwischenahn and were always relegated to the "Haus Bröring". We've always liked it there so far.
Now we had booked again in August for a few days and were very disappointed.
There wasn't much of the friendliness and service of previous bookings.
We arrived at the hotel at about 13:00 and were greeted with the words: "A room is not finished yet and it will not be finished before 15:00. " Neither a nice welcome, nor a little information about the hotel (you couldn't know that we were already here 4 times)
In the evening we wanted to go to the small swimming pool and the sauna. Then we stood in the bathrobe at the door with a note "Closed for technical reasons". We were of course very disappointed, because the wellness area was always a main reason for our booking. But neither on the website of the house nor by the staff we were informed about this condition. Reading some reviews, we find that this condition is already a little longer.
The next day we wanted to take a moor tour with the train "Emma". A flyer at the hotel informed us about the departure at 11:00. Once there we could read on a display that the tour does not start until 12:30. A short phone call there gave clarity. The departure times on the flyers in the hotel are wrong and should be older than 2 years. You should be up to date in the hotel.

"Spa area" was closed and broken. There was no staff and we had to pick up our key elsewhere. It's all a bit messy. The rooms were good, but very old-fashioned and habitual.
